I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! I was in need of a small piece of Carrera marble for a restored antique drinks cart which I was giving my wife for her birthday. It had been in her family for generations. I had been working with a marble and granite company in Waltham for months and at the last minute they doubled the price and extended the delivery deadline. I had also received universally poor experiences with several other fabricators in and around Newton, Watertown and Waltham and held out no hope that I would find any company in the business that was different. I called Stone Depot and spoke with Cynthia. Wow, what a difference. She was helpful and responsive and immediately sent me pictures of the Carrera marble slabs they had in stock. Her price was 2/3rds that of everyone else's, and she promised to have it fabricated in under a week. I drove down there, and we agreed together on the piece they would cut. 3 days later it was done and ready for pickup. She had pushed it through because of the fact that it was for my wife's birthday. I cannot recommend Stone Depot in Dedham enough. Cynthia is amazing and the team did a fabulous job delivering ahead of time. If you want to work with a company that is a delight, fabricates a fantastic product, and over-delivers on their promises then you should check Stone Depot out. You won't regret it.

Really appreciate both Kelard and Yola for their hard work and detail! They would call me all the time with updates on different part/product, delays, which we really needed to hear through the remodeling process. Also, Kelard helped give me advice for a friend of mine in Los Angeles that burnt his marble counter with a hot cooking pan. He gave me what a normal buffing job estimate would be in a big city after looking at my friend's photos. Really kind of him. This company it is the worst Cabinet company in Massachusetts for both quality and customer…read moreservice. I am a homeowner I purchased custom cabinets through my Contractor Kendrick home improvement. I paid for delivery upon delivering the cabinets. The delivery people drop the Cabinet. Then they banged the face of it up, chipping it upon refusing to sign for it and requesting the call the main office they told me my builder, I could fix it and still pay full price. They also ordered the wrong. Base Cabinet and told me that not every kitchen needs a silverware drawer again I called and spoke to the manager who had zero customer skills. Call me a liar and said I was trying to rip them off for a lousy $300 Cabinet the poor Contractor did his very best to argue with this company on my behalf heard this conversation and asked him why are we doing business with such a ridiculous outfit and instead of making it right they took the cabinet that they damaged back to their warehouse on Friday night took some paint and touched up the chips put glue all over the dovetail because the face of it was coming off and shipped it back and said that's the best they could do. Remind you now these are custom cabinets again. I had the poor Contractor call the so-called manager back today and he called the Contractor a liar after I sent them pictures of the damage to the cabinets and that they will not help me any further so the builder, said I am gonna do whatever it takes to make it right for my client and I'm totally fine with it because it's not about the money but I would not recommend this company to build me a birdhouse so if you're in need of kitchen cabinets or flooring stay away from GF kitchen and bath in Quincy mass because they are ripoffs and they have crappy service and all I can say if you're a contractor and you run into this issue, please take care of the customer like my Contractor did there is just so many people trying to rip off the consumer. I'm so glad Kendrick home improvement did the right thing and took care of us I'd like to give a shout out to the owner, Simon Kendrick of Kendrick home improvement in Harwich, Massachusetts for looking out for the homeowner and not his own pocket. I called mid-day and their salesman reassured me that it would most like come by 2:30 PM. I called again at 4:45 , he then said it is still out for delivery. My day and time was wasted. The next day they called at 7:30 AM and delivered it. The item was damaged and had pink round sticker identifying the spit wood. I had no idea what the stickers were for, now the driver was gone and it's the weekend and they aren't open. Update: Shortly after posting my review, Dan (Owner/manager) called me personally and talked to me about what had happened. Dan was very professional and wanted to get me a new item to replace the damaged one right away. Dan drove the new item to my home within an hour of our phone call. I want to thank Dan and Next Day Moulding for excellent customer service which allowed me to complete my project on time.
