One of our pieces had a stain on it as the installer use putting it in. He noticed it....that says a lot!!! But, here is the "great" part. What a fantastic experience working with them. The young lady in the showroom was wonderful. She was very patient while I looked at all the different pieces of granite in their yard several times. She never rushed me along. She gave me my estimate immediately. I didn't have to wait for an email or a call like so many other places I went to. And their price was so, so much cheaper than everyone else. Then the men came out to measure our place exactly when scheduled. And they were very quick and efficient in doing so. And best of all we only had to wait about 10 days for the installation of the counters. They did a fantastic job on the installation and the seaming. It is near impossible to see where the seam is. Very impressive. And they did the cutout for our 70/30 sink perfectly. And when they installed the sink, it was set perfectly in the cutout. I am so happy about that. We have had our counters for about a month now. And we are just as happy with them today as the day they were installed. Gorgeous! We are renovating a home in Marshfield and decided Granite Countertops are the way to go for the kitchen. We were fortunate enough to include Holbrook Granite among the providers. They have an outstanding selection of granite at the very best pricing. It was no easy decision. Our countertops are singularly the largest investments in the project. We visited several granite fabricators and the more we looked the more we became convinced Holbrook Granite was the company we'd be doing business with. They were helpful, courteous, and most of all patient in working with us. Min, the owner, spent a lot of time with us explaining and educating us on what to look for in stone and the process of cutting and installing it. When we choose them provided us with a timeline, showed up on time for every appointment, and were professional throughout the process. They met or exceeded every expectation. We are extremely satisfied with their pricing, quality of product, and most of all service. With the money we saved we had them make up new vanity tops for both bathrooms. My only regret is I can't post pictures of the finished project. It looks GREAT!!! Exceptional service, outstanding product AND it is the most affordable granite in the area. We remodeled our kitchen and based on previous experience we knew just where to go. We went in and borrowed a few samples to look at and think about as we designed our kitchen. From start to finish it took us about 6 months to finish the job and our interactions with Holbrook Granite were just lovely every step of the process. They checked in proactively were available to bounce ideas off when we needed professional input. The template process was quick and easy, turnaround time was outstanding. They explained the entire process and were quick to educate us of ALL the options available and the pros and cons of everything. The actual installation was amazing, on time, efficient use of time, outstanding service and communication, exceptional product, best prices out there. I used Holbrook Granite on our kitchen remodel and thought they were fabulous, especially Min. We knew exactly what we wanted for granite, Jet Mist Black with an ogee edge. Some of the edges/corners they did were very difficult, which was brought to my attention numerous (unaffiliated) contractors. Min is very detail oriented and he always came to every appointment on-time. One of joints between the countertop and the backsplash was missing a little bit of caulk sealer (hard to see because of the black granite), and he came out personally to re-caulk the entire kitchen. We shopped around a lot for our initial granite purchase and Min had a fair price and excellent product. We have chosen to work with him again to find a remnant piece of granite. I do not feel the need to shop around anymore! read more

They showed up and performed the work when they said they would. Quality of materials and installation workmanship was outstanding. Really couldn't be happier with my choice to use this fabricator for my project. They have a nice selection on site, although I needed to go to a warehouse to pick out a slab for my size project. Loida and team were happy to help with the selection process and were quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. The turnaround was very quick and before I knew it, I was looking at my beautifully installed countertops with pride. Very much a mixed bag. On the positive side, you can't beat the price and the granite was nice. On the negative, the installers were fairly incompetent. In my first installation, the installer almost cut our wiring to the disposal, but we stopped him in time. They did not seal the counter well so we had to do it ourselves. They did a horrible job on the sink installation, they used cheap, plastic fasteners and the screws are not the right size so that our undermount sink is falling out. Lesson is that you get what you pay for... read more

I used this company several months ago. I purchased a new stove that wouldn't fit flush to the wall. They were able to customize a shelf over the stove that almost perfectly matched the granite currently in my kitchen. They were friendly, timely and did a great job. I own a business with my husband and appreciate when people give us good honest reviews so I thought I would pay it forward. I highly recommend them, their fees were also very reasonable. read more
