And unless they show us the numbers and budget and all that, I'll continue to believe our money is being pocketed. They do not check on their properties or clean them up. They put out a lot of survey's but nothing ever comes of it. I'm still wondering about that in house inspection about 2 years ago... even the guy doing the inspection was shaking his head at how bad things were and it's been crickets since. They do not care about your life with these out of date fire detectors and none of them are near anything that would catch on fire which I don't understand. The landscaping company they hire does an awful job. And they don't clean up the massive amounts of dog crap in the "parks". Yes, it's the dog owners responsibility, but at the end of the feckin day, it is YOUR property to upkeep, Hunt. Commissary is a commissary. Foods constantly out of date, or damaged. Terrible produce, and terrible stock rotation and ordering. It's gonna be worse when they privatize it soon, or just flat out close them. But, right now it's the cheapest place to go in these expensive times. We of course live on the worst side of the city. And it's not the people's fault it's the gentrification of the rich. The BX is like an old 90's mall, but all of the stores are open and there's vendors lining the middle of the halls, and a food court. They also have a lot of unnecessary and expensive stuff. And do not EVER buy something large (like appliances or furniture) and have it shipped to you from AAFES. We won't *ever* make that mistake again. You won't know when it's coming and it'll come completely damaged at that and you'll have to do all the work of doing a return. Just avoid it entirely. 5 stars to the on base shop at the gas station. We trust them with our vehicles.

So much negativity, no one wants to hear the problems she has in her working relationship with others. I have other experiences with her when I mail stuff. She is rude and unpleasant, being on a military base you think she would be more respectful.
