"Ora King" salmon was just regular salmon. "Wagyu" filets were tough, chewy, and nothing close to real Wagyu. The lobster had an off, fishy taste and was borderline inedible. Dishes were poorly executed across the board -- overcooked, oddly prepared (including breaded fish that should never have been breaded), and not even close to a gourmet standard. Portions were huge, but quality was extremely low. It felt like quantity was used to hide lack of skill and honesty. The biggest issue wasn't just bad cooking -- it was misrepresentation. Charging premium prices while serving subpar ingredients and misleading the client is unacceptable. For $3,000, this was nowhere near a luxury private chef experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere.

He pulled through again appetizers were the mini crab cakes cooked to perfection, Second course summer salad was fresh and had a citrusy raspberry vinaigrette. The main course was Lamb Chops with port reduction cooked exactly the way I like them served with sweet potato and Brussels sprouts. And dessert was the perfect finish to the meal it was so hard to leave room for the bread pudding with cream anglaise. The parking lot is mostly gravel and a bit unstable for walking. A golf cart was used to ferry folks from the lot to the venue. Nice touch. The security guard guided us to another smaller lot cautioning us to go slow up the ramp , so as not to bottom out. Oh joy. We made it OK. The venue is several buildings. One of the smaller ones appears where the bridal party can get ready. It's next to the steps you take to get to the wedding gazebo area. The larger building is where the dinner and music happens. It was set up with many tables for the guests. Also has a fully stocked bar. Restrooms. Nice ones. The senior staff kept in touch with each other via walkie-talkies, so the event moved along and timelines were maintained. This place is worth a look.
