The difference was obvious enough that I did not find the manager's explanation credible. Finding any foreign object in food is concerning, but what made the experience worse was feeling that my concern was dismissed rather than taken seriously. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and proper food safety standards. I am sharing this review so other customers are aware and can make informed decisions. I hope management takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously in the future.
