They take walk ins but I highly recommend making an appointment so you won't have to wait. I have an online account so made my appointment there. The check in process is done on a tablet right by the front counter. All you have to do is put your phone number in then scan your drivers license and insurance card. After checking in I only had to wait two minutes then I was taken into the back to have my blood drawn, the phlebotomist was professional and friendly. She completed the process painlessly. The whole time I spent in the office was less than 10 minutes. Great experience that's why I will continue to come back.

The lady at the registration desk was monotone, yet barky. The lady who took my blood was ruuuude. No "hi, how are you" or smile. She was very short and seemed frustrated/annoyed when I wasn't following her commands that she mumbled under her breath. Bloodwork, or any medical procedure, is a very personal experience. I expect some level of professionalism and staff that makes their patients feel welcome and comfortable.

This was all about my deductible okay? So I go there, they have this amount that you must pee up to on this pretty big cup. Then the sink is locked. I need to run the water to help me pee....especially if it's going to have to be so much pee.... he yells at me through the door to shut the water off. Then he said my urine wasn't warm enough.....I had to come back the next day to do the whole damn thing over again! They said my results would be available in 2-3 days. It's a whole entire week later and still no results. At this point the insurance guy is calling me because he wants to set my deductible. I call them exactly one week later to find out what's up.....he lies and informs me that they have been calling me everyday for the past three days. I have an iPhone. There is a clear record of all of my calls...even missed calls....three days? Lie. I still haven't gotten my results......DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! Go somewhere else to get tested. Don't come here.
