been going to Nothing Butt Smokes for years to buy cigs , way and many years before they began selling " Flower !" I'm not interested in Flower just Marlboro cigs . I asked for a carton , the child under age 21 said we don't have a carton . I said , " I'll buy all loose packs on the shelf my brand . "The kid said , I can only sell you 2 / two packs . I said out loud in full formed words , " WTF?" The kid ran to manager and said I had cussed him , which I did not . The manager came out and said , " Sell him all the loose packs , his brand . " Then the manager said , " You can't cuss in here ." I said , " I can cuss anywhere !" Manager said , " We will not serve you ." I don't drive miles for 2 packs of cigs ! The employees were nice. I was going to this store for 4 years to buy my cigarettes and THC accessories. The manager named Kathy is the issue there. Her employees like to joke around which I see no problem with but when they start calling people a bitch is not right. I was being asked by the employee at the front counter if my mom called me would I answer (yes this is a real conversation he had with me) and I said no I wouldnt. He called me a bitch for saying that I wouldn't answer the phone and I was banned for defending myself and saying something about the manager after being called a bitch and the manager who's my mother. I went to a couple of nothing but smokes and Lubbock Texas looking for my cigarettes almost out okay went to the one on 34th Street at 2267 34th Street in Lubbock Texas and it had one a carton but they wouldn't sell me a carton . Cause it was the last one this is at 6:30 p.m. they close at 8:00 p.m. I could only buy a couple of packs ,do they not know how much gas cost to come to the store to buy a product they show it to you and then they won't sell it to you. I was willing to pay that little difference so I wouldn't have to come back the next day. Now I think I'm going to Dollar general or one of those stores or stripes. read more

Jamie the "manager " as they call her. Snyder tx. Directed my husband to the drive thru because the inside was closed. There was 4-5 cars in front of us but we still waited. She served every single car then told us the shop was closed. I'm extremely upset this seems racist. When I called asking for the name of the owner I expressed how upset I was that she denied us service when she clearly told him to go through the drive thru and to put herself in our position. The only response was that the same thing happened to her plenty of times. Is this what type of customer service you offer to the public? It's funny how he was the only black person out of everyone that was waiting m and yes we waited for so long I was able to see everyone as they left the way that the drive thru wraps around the store. read more

I worked here for 2 weeks worked every day with 2 days off in that 2 weeks when I went in Monday was told because of hearsay I was let go and have been waiting to here back from Michelle because I don't see how I get fired on people lieing about me when I saw t manager that day I was so called acting out and my coworker even told her I did nothing wrong or acted different and its funny how they wait till Monday to call when It happend Saturday I mean u really concerned you would call t same day and t manager ms jamey who is a hypocrite cause shes all against drugs and people on drugs except her daughters boyfriend who was there 2 years and as she told me high everyday and she not once fired him but let someone walk in to buy an incense burner and not only she look down at those people she is mean and with such an attitude like they are trash in this world I mean why sale incense burners if u hate em so much u run a store u have to have great customer service and not just with who u like....but I did nothing wrong to get fired but work my ass off just to be told I was fired cause someone was lieing about me 2 days later I even offered a drug test but she said no just give me ur key now she has a older women and herself only working there and needless to say my ex coworker told her she was stupid for firing t only help they had because of hearsay....this store in snyder needs new management someone who is not racial and judemental and I want to know what I did wrong before I hire an attorney for wrongful termination when allegations were all hearsay and lies read more

Ah, the smoke shop. Many a memory I have of driving through this place (yes, I said it - it has a drive thru window) to get a new pack of smokes, and a soda. I no longer smoke, but did for many years, and this place was my favorite smoke shop. Some of the greatest things about this store? - They take any coupon and apply it to whatever smokes you want. For example, you can bring in a Marlboro coupon and buy American Spirits with it. - The staff is always super friendly and fun. - They sell lottery tickets. - They have THE BEST sodas in town, because they have the BEST ice machine. I know this may sound strange, but its true. They have kick ass ice and you can buy a large soda for cheap and get extra ice... it will last all day. - It is a head shop too. We used to stop by here during an afternoon of housework or any big project at home. Or on the way to a party or concert when we would have a 'road drink' on the way..... just add vodka! It is a great place to be refreshed. read more

Very dissappointed never have ice any more & they also need 2 stop asking if we want our change back.

Usually this store is very accommodating but yesterday when I went to get my usual 3 cartons of cigarettes in the drive up I was completely ignored. Two of the employees were just chatting away and laughing and glancing at me from time to time but never making a move to wait on me. After sitting there for 5 minutes I finally just drove away as cars were stacking up behind me. ( wonder if they got waited on). I don't have time to watch your employees play around. I was going to stop by Nothin Butt Smokes today on my way home from work for cigarettes. The drive through had 9 cars in line (which is not unusual) and the line is always SUPER SLOW. I decided to park and go in. I had my 6 year old step-daughter with me. As I entered, an employee very nastily told me that I could not bring her in the store and that it was posted on the door that you had to be 18 to enter. WTF? Is a 6 year old child going to attempt to buy cigarettes? Plus, I've been in there several times only to see the employees children behind the counter. What makes it okay for those children to enter the store? Children can't come in the store with their parents, but the store has no problem giving the kids a sucker when you go through the drive through. I take my step-daughter to the liquor store with me and their door says you must be 21 to enter, but they never turn me away. Apparently the liquor store owners know many people don't have an option on whether or not they bring their child with them. I guess I could have sat in line for an hour at the drive through watching the employees goof off and flirt with the customers, but I really don't have time for that. I can take a child into any other business that sells cigarettes, i.e. Murphy's, 7-11, United, etc. I took my business elsewhere today and will continue to do so, as will any smokers with children that I tell about this on FaceBook, MySpace and Twitter.
