Dear [Store Name/Management], I had both a defective product I recently purchased and the poor customer service I received when attempting to resolve the issue. I purchased a vape from your store on Friday evening for approximately $30. After using it normally for two days, the battery died on Sunday night. When I plugged it in to charge, the screen became pixelated within minutes and the device stopped functioning entirely. Prior to charging, the vape was working, so this failure was both sudden and unexpected. When I returned to the store after work to explain the situation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, I was told that they did not know what I "did" to cause the vape to stop working. I found this response both insulting and unprofessional, especially considering the product failed after only two days of normal use. At this point, I am not even requesting a refund. I am simply asking for a reasonable resolution--an exchange for a functioning vape. It is unacceptable for a product to fail this quickly and for a paying customer to be treated with disrespect when seeking help. Ive been coming here for a long long time and have spent thousands of dollars here. Hell I'm one of the few that still have the VIP card! Purchased a disposable and when I got home with it the button wouldn't work making it unusable. I take it to the same shop and let them know what happened. I was asked if they had me try it in store, which they did not. So I was told there's nothing they could do except sell me another one! So I tell them I just want the same one, they tried three of them before giving up and telling me to pick something else cause they all had the same problem as the one I brought back!! Called the shop asking if they have any decent to high end cigars. The gentleman on the phone said yes that they have at least 8 decent/high end cigars. Drive over and the girl in the drive thru states "no. We only have Swishers or unknown stuff. Try Green Gorilla (another shop apparently). Ours aren't labeled and aren't that great". I bought a vape and it stopped working within a day. I brought it back to the 34th street location to exchange, they said they can't take it back and i habe to take it to the 19th street location to talk to the manager. I had to wait for his shift to begin and brought it to him later in day. The "kid" manager named Caleb, made many excuses not to exhange and cleaned it and gave it back to me. The vape still doesn't work. There is a federal law says within 3 days of purchase we have a right to return the product. They are crocked and don't buy anything from this place who happen to break law. Bought the cloud pen 3.0 from them after I was told it was the best vape to use. Come to find out they sold me a battery with a defect. I called them about it and Colton told me to go to the shop on 34th so they could swap it out for me. When I get to the 34th shop they tell me they can't help me and to contact cloud pen personally. I contacted Matt and basically said I was out of luck. If I would have known they couldn't warranty a vape pen they sold me the same day it came broken out of the box I would have spent my 150 dollars elsewhere. By the way cloud pen won't answer your calls or emails so don't do business with either of them. read more
