Fantastic cake! As a baker myself, these cakes are high quality & fresh every time. The cream cheese frosting is awesome!! My FAV is pumpkin! I'm not even a pumpkin person! I guess I am now! I've tried the Red Velvet (a bite it was my husbands I don't like red velvet it was still good though), the confetti & the carrot as well as the pumpkin. All very wonderful. I've only been in CO for two weeks and I've already had my card stamped 8 times. I'm so bad, they even know me when I come in now. I can't help it! I'm surprised I'm not sick by all of the cake I've been eating ! Anyways, the staff are always so great! I highly recommend!!!!! If you don't stop by here you're missing out!!! We discovered NBC a few years ago and have essentially replaced all other cake options with them! They are truly delicious cakes! Even my little girls love them and ask for them for their birthdays (over the nasty character cakes from the grocery store)! The only reason for the 1-star deduction is for two reasons: the discontinuation of the Cinnamon Swirl flavor and the last time we bought from them, they put the wrong cake in our box. Oh gosh, I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes! Their cakes are moist, have the right amount of sweetness, and just plain delicious. They have a bunch of different flavors too - my personal favs are Lemon, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Pecan. I usually order the bundtlets, which are pretty much personal-sizes cakes for one or two people. That's great for cake gluttons like myself who could easily down a 10" cake in one go! They offer even smaller bundtini dozens and larger 8" or 10" cakes. The staff at this location always provide quick and friendly service. I've have yet to have a poor experience with this location. Like other locations, this one will have cake samples out. Pro tip - be sure to sign for their newsletter. They periodically have BOGO promotions on their bundlets. You can also get a punch card if you're a regular customer. Only con is this place is terrible for my waistline. Hence, they are a periodic indulgence. I have stopped in here a couple of times now thanks to the suggestion of my brother. First, let me say the service has always been great. Always given a warm welcome by someone as soon as I enter the door. And why wouldn't it be such a warm and happy greeting? I'm here to buy cake! I've purchased the gluten free chocolate chip for a gift and the carrot cake for myself. Best carrot cake I have had in a long time. This post speaks only to the customer service and not to the product . Ordered here for a surprise for my mother on Mother's Day . We had received the wrong flavor cake and I live out of town so it was not noticed until the day of in which I was NOT going to have my mother return it on her special day . I ASSUMED the bakery would be closed as they didn't have an option to pick up that day . So I called The following Monday and the owner was awful . She wanted to do anything but believe She was wrong . Never once apologized for the inconvenience.After a photo was sent of the labeled cake flavor she still insisted on seeing the inside of the cake . At that point she began to get even more rude saying we needed to bring the cake back .the way she speaks to people is not okay to a customer or person at all. I'm not sure where she received her training from but usually the customer is right especially when they prove it . I will Never order from here again. read more

I'm usually never the one to complain but this actually pissed me off a little. Went there a couple of days ago to get a cake for my sisters birthday, got there and asked for a red velvet cake. They told me it was going to be around $20 dollars. She grabbed the cake and showed it to me and I saw that there was no decorations on it. So I asked her why it wasn't decorated and she told me that would be an extra $11 dollars which I have to problem paying. What made me mad was the fact that she didn't offer it before she charged me. Told me that it would take 10 minutes to get the cake decorated. I waited for 25 minutes for them to give me the decorated cake. Got home and when we opened there was a big ole hair on the cake. I obviously threw it away because that is absolutely disgusting. Had to go to Sams and get a new cake since this place was already closed. Then today I call to tell them about it and the lady on the phone tells me that she can't do anything about it unless I bring the cake back to her. Like sure mam', let me hold this nasty cake with hairs on it in my fridge then take it back to your store.??????? Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back again. read more

B.E.S.T. Gluten-free chocolate chip Bundt cake I have ever had! You would never know that it was gluten-free! I did have a bite of one of their samples which was a confetti cake and it was fantastic as well. I have been to this place about 20 times. My favorite flavor is Pumpkin Spice, which is only here 1 - 2 months of the year. My favorite type of cake is the Sample Platter, but you have to give a day or 2 warning that you want it since it is not a usual request. Whenever you are near this store (either at Qdoba, or Coldstone, or Del Taco or whatever) you should go in and sample (little 1" x 1" squares that they ALWAYS have set out on a little table) it, you will be a fan, if you have never had one! I stopped by to get a small cake to sample a cake before ordering a large one. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was a sample of the cake of the month. I rarely take samples because I think they're gross and germ infested. The store was so clean, I never gave it a second thought. The cake was very moist and flavorful. I was worried there wouldn't be enough frosting, but I was wrong. The frosting is a true buttercream and delicious. Not the gross whipped stuff other places are passing off as buttercream. Buttercream should contain both butter and cream cheese, not cheap oil. Nothing Bundt Cakes offers high quality cakes, friendly, helpful service and most importantly, delicious goodness. read more
