(04/23/26) Nothing Bundt Cakes was such a sweet birthday stop for me last month! I came in for the very first time to redeem my birthday freebie and was immediately impressed by how beautiful the shop was. The atmosphere felt so clean, cozy, and welcoming with such a fun vibe all around. As it started getting busy, the workers quickly organized everyone into a line which made the process smooth and efficient. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait long before it was my turn, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Brittany. She was absolutely lovely, super friendly, and incredibly helpful! I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her during my visit and really appreciated all of her recommendations. A1 customer service for sure -- she truly made the experience even better, so I definitely wanted to give her a special shoutout! Even though my visit was brief, I still enjoyed it so much and could already see myself coming back again. For my birthday freebie, I chose the carrot cake flavor and it was delicious! While I was there, I also picked up the cutest sparkler candle. They had so many adorable candles, packaging options, and little extras throughout the store that made everything feel extra festive and gift-worthy. Got a cake for a birthday! Ordered the patriotic set up on a red velvet and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the staff is. I've had it before but had never bought one myself. Frosting is great, cake is moist, and our party enjoyed it. Only gripe I really have is how expensive it is. Maybe a few dollars less and I would definitely consider getting it more often! The price is crazy for the size you get. I will say it does taste really good but the price is just way too high. They should really make it to where the exist doesn't open to go in. I say this because the exit door is close to the order pick-up so when I walked in to pick up my son's cake the employee told me the line started at the enter door. He let me pick up the cake but the makes no sense anyone should have to stand in line to pick up a cake that is ready to go. Coming for years but the price increases have dropped how often I come. $8.25 per small bundt is getting hard to budget. They have a great rewards program sign up and get a free bundt on your birthday. I always feel obligated to buy one. Today stores and banana pudding are going home with me. Bundt cakes are always a simple and tasty go-to for any occasion. Work? Check. Party? Check. They have a variety of flavors for just about everyone. My wife mentioned they had a limited time resess pieces flavor and wanted to try it so I decided to snag one on the way home. Plot twist, They had two reeses flavors, and using simple but efficient man math, I grabbed both since I had no idea which she meant. Prices are a little pricey, $7.00 for a mini bundt cake is cray. I remember the good ole days when I could get 7 tacos for that. Ah well. Recess chocolate peanut butter. 5 stars! Not too sweet, bundt cake had small morsels of chocolate and reeses in it , topped with frosting and peanut butter. Bomb!! The reeses bundt cake, had reeses pieces on top, and in the center of the cake. I missed the little crunch of the pieces, having them in whole made them cold and the shell got soggy. Wow totally blown away!!!! Ordered a cake from them with a pickup the following day. I showed up early as I do to everything and was told that it would not be ready until exactly 12:30. I was 30 minutes early!!! There was the same cake in the display. All they needed to do was change the bow or hey throw a bow and wrap one up. But no!!! No exceptions!!!! Store is really pretty. I'd never been there before. I was there on a Saturday. They were very busy. Seemed a bit short staffed. That being said, would've been nice if there was verbal mention of need to refrigerate cake, not just a small card that I didn't notice until the next day. Horrible experience. I order cakes from here all the time. First time through UberEats and paid extra for flower decor on a birthday cake and got a plain cake. Paid for delivery, tip, fees, $50+ later was given the runaround by the store and by Uber. All the store offered was a $10 credit. Seriously! Second time that employees helped someone else who had came in after me, even when I come in and they see me arrive first and I stand where the sign says line begins. Today I ordered and they asked if I would like a topper I said yes and picked a flower she acknowledged the one I picked then asked what color ribbon. She says it will be a few minutes so I say no problem. Owner brings it out and there's no flower. I say I had picked out a flower. She looks at receipt and rudely says I wasn't charged for it. I said but I told the other girl to add one. She says again it's not on receipt like I was making it up. At least say would you like us to add one and we can ring it up. HOWEVER, I went to order online for someone else to pick up and was astonished to find a 3.5% fee added to each bundtlet just for the privilege of ordering online. Not going to happen. I'll just wait until I can order in the store. It was my daughter's birthday and I was looking for treats for her cheer team. I was at a store with a bunch of cupcakes in my cart and thought there had to be something better. So I pulled my cart over and Yelped bakeries and one of the options was Nothing Bundt Cakes. I pulled up the website and saw they have the cutest little bundtinis. I called and asked if it was possible to get 36 (only sold by the dozen) in about 20 minutes. They said no problem. I put the cupcakes back and went right over. The young lady that helped me was the nicest, sweetest person. She was patient while I pondered my choices and helpful in explaining the options. She even helped me to my car. My daughter was so happy and the kids loved them, for the most part. I got a variety and the kids did not want the pumpkin spice. The most popular was the funfetti. So in the future, with little ones, I wouldn't even give options. Just funfetti (in my opinion and limited experience). Either way, it was a great choice and much cooler than cupcakes! read more

Had a birthday that I needed to grab something sweet to accompany a gift, Nothing Bundt Cakes came to mind. Went online to order for pick up later in the evening but I was unable to retrieve my password to login to my account. I went to reset my password, but my reset link never showed up in my email. While looking in my email for the link, I realized I had a promo code for buy one get one free bundlet! Wonderful surprise since I planned on going there anyway. We did some shopping and then arrived at the store. We were greeted upon entering and there was a little line formed at the counter with 2 orders ahead of us. We were instructed to form a line to the side. After we started the new line customers kept pouring in. Now they were really busy, it was about 15 mins before closing on a Friday night. The shop is really cute.They have lots of goodies and cute gifts available. When stopping in for an occasion one could easily find a last minute gift to go with the delectable Bundts. Absolutely brilliant customer service. The worker was so sweet and helpful when placing my order for some bundlets. There was a mix up with one of the cakes in my order so I came back the day. With no hesitation one of the workers assured me they would fix the mistake and grab their shift lead. The shift lead was also very sweet and immediately helped me out. While waiting for my table next door , decides to walk the area . Place is super cute with all their displays . There's a lot of cute merchandise in the store , they don't just sell Bundt cakes they sell other stuff too. Customer service is awesome was greeted right away. They were a little busy helping one customer with a order , but made sure we were okay I wanted just a small Bundt cake, they don't sell the minis by them self . I love Nothing Bundt Cakes. I order a cake from them every year. I do think they are on the more expensive side but whenever I bring the cake to a party - it is always a hit. However, this is my 6th purchasing a cake from them and every time it is close to $100. Today, January 13, 2024 at 11:20 A.M. a friend of mine was picking up a cake for me for my boyfriend's surprise party. Hindsight, we live out of town. I have the email that gets you a free mini bundlet once an I.D. is shown. My friend facetimed me and I proceeded to show the I.D. and Jonette was working the pick up orders denied it because it has to be the birthday person picking it up. We live 2 1/2 hours away, I order a cake from them often, and yet they couldn't make that exception for one little cake? That is very disappointing and inconvenient.
