I love these cookies! They are crispy soft and chewy in the inside. I love that they have so many options if flavors to choose from.

This was my first time walking into a Crumbl store and I have to say it's very cold - in the sense that the team does not greet you, and you order from a tablet in the corner of the store... I assume this is appealing to some, but I really enjoy human interaction and being suggested items from the menu. There are no tables to sit and enjoy your cookies or chairs while you wait for your order and absolutely nothing on the walls- no color or pictures other than the crumbl logo. Cookies always taste amazing. Just not always happy with the customer service. But this review is about how I ordered a 6 pack (6 different cookies). I got 6 cookies but they gave me 2 chocolate chip instead of 1 chocolate chip & 1 pink sugar cookie. I had already walked to my car and then realized they had messed up my order. I went back inside and the lady took my box from me, took out 1 chocolate chip cookie and PUT IT BACK IN THE PILE OF FRESH COOKIES. And gave me a new pink sugar cookie. I don't think that's very sanitary as she doesn't know what has happened once the cookie left the store. I could have touched it or dropped it on the floor and they're just going to give it to a new customer. read more

Always love having treats like Crumbl especially for a holiday like Thanksgiving we ordered a box of six. I've never had to check the box to make sure we got the right dessert, especially since it says exactly on the receipt what I'm supposed to get. The service was friendly. Everybody was moving about quietly but getting work done. But we did not receive what we ordered. It wasn't caught until Thanksgiving morning when I opened the box to present and I got oh no, you didn't get the one I wanted and I realized we got a different one that we can't even eat because it's become rock solid Plus we haven't had a good experience with that brownie in the past so we don't order that one. We were really looking forward to the one that was missing. It's not like they were busy and she had to rush to put my order together. It was the only order she was putting together. It's very frustrating when you pay money for something and those cost a little extra anyways and then to not get it. Went on a rainy day so no line helped immediately, very simple floor plan so you order then just step to the side and wait for your order to be done. Staff was very helpful and polite. And the cookies were very delicious. Ordered a dozen mini cookies and one Dubai chocolate cheese cake. Everything was delicious the menu does change so if you were able to try the s'mores cookie, caramel apple, and strawberry cake cookies they're amazing. I love Crumbl, but this particular location has serious hygiene issues that make me uncomfortable. I've experienced two incidents that were pretty alarming. First, I was at Crumbl yesterday when a customer returned a wrong order after taking it to their car. Instead of discarding the cookies, the worker took them to the back, then brought them out again and attempted to give them to another customer! Thankfully, the customer noticed and refused. Everyone waiting was shocked--no one knows if those cookies had been touched or even licked outside the store. For the premium prices we're paying, we should at least be sure the cookies are fresh and safe to eat. In a separate incident, I saw a delivery person waiting for an order that was out of stock. The Crumbl worker called the customer but didn't change her gloves after handling the delivery person's phone, then proceeded to touch the cookies with the same gloves! When I politely suggested she change gloves, she made it awkward by announcing it to her coworkers as if it were a joke. This location needs to take food safety and cleanliness seriously--customers deserve better. read more

Crumbl is one of my favorite places to go when I am looking to treat myself or have a little cheat day! While thenprice has gone up, the quality of the cookies and the customer service has really just been on an uphill route over the past couple of years! The cookies are soooo unique and tasty and come packaged very well for travel! No smashed or soggy cookies here! I do recommend ordering for pick up because the store front is quite small and gets packed to the brim during peak hours. Be aware that there is no seating available in the store itself. I went and the staff was silent not welcoming at all. I went to order and they took twenty minutes for ONE cookie. There was a huge line when there was two staff and nobody was helping them and the worker did not look back once to help anyone. The worker called my name and I walked up to the counter and she still didn't give it to me for another ten minutes and she just looked at me clueless. I'm new to Bakersfield and also my first time to this location. Last week (between March 11-16, 2024), they had the Buttermilk Pancake cookie flavor. It is one of my faves so I just had to get it. Arrived to a small plaza with ample parking spots. However, it is pretty busy since there are a handful of businesses within the plaza. My transaction was pretty quick and straightfoward. Can't tell anything about the staff other than they were quick and efficient. This location is spacious enough, clean and organized. Highly recommend this and will be back soon! read more

Customer service was a joke today, lady in front of me had the worlds biggest preorder ahead which they hadn't started, but proceeded to solely focus on her order, 3 workers, only 1 pulling cookies, 1 making cookies, the other was just lost in oblivion. My order was a preorder, it wasn't till I asked them about my order after watching walk in orders after me receive their orders first that they realized they completely ignored my order as I watched them scroll on the iPad behind the counter further back to find my order they never completed. In addition I saw the workers, I won't describe them, their boss can look up who was working today, 9-6-25 at 4:30pm, pulling out there cell phones from their pockets and not changing gloves, then proceeding to cradle cookies on their spatula with the same gloves. Horrible Experience at Crumble, Stockdale Bakersfield. I was overcharged and never received my refund. This happened 8-16-25 . I have left several messages with management and I never received a call back. Crumbl should take responsibility for the service but most importantly the financial problem. So I was overcharged accidentally, when I asked for the money I was overcharged I was laughed at and they tried to ignore me at the register. A total stranger behind me stepped into help and I was then given a card with a email on it I emailed I called I have been polite during the whole situation and probably would have let it go but they have been rude disrespectful and are in the business of taking your money and not returning the money they took accidentally. I am more than understanding in fact I am a manager and work in customer service as well and crumbl I don't care what planet you're from at least take responsibility and return a call, email or just apologize and I will be happy to go on with my day. But because I am being ignored and my money is involved I am still waiting for the manager from the Stockdale Bakersfield location to respond back to me. I still have the desert that was so bad it wasn't gifted and I was double charged so I would like my money back. I have written a review to this location, not sure where it has gone. My daughter's birthday is today, and she went in for her birthday cookie. There was nobody else in the store when she went in. The employees were talking and didn't greet her or acknowledge her. When the girl came over she was almost irritated like she didn't want to be bothered. My daughter had a question about the Wonka cookie. She said "it's just red velvet" in a snotty tone. It was horrible customer service. Although the cookies are good, the service has always been less than desirable as the employees never have a smile on their faces. It's also not so fun when the floor is very dirty and has clearly not been cleaned for a long time. And my least favorite thing was when the service was so slow (my order had taken over an hour and been switched between 3 different drivers) that my doordash order got cancelled two days in a row, clearly the employees recently have not been trained on cleaning or filling orders. read more

Today I ordered a six pack of cookies at 8:40. I was waiting for DoorDash to get back to me on what time I would receive them. He was also slow on letting me on the know. It was already 9:35 still no answer. Crumble's finally replied saying your cookies will be done by 9:45. Then 10:00 came around I called DoorDash he ignored my call and texted back by saying I'm at Crumble's still waiting. OMG! I said, "just tell them to cancel it. They did before I could even send that text off to him. So 10:15 no cookies for my kids who were patiently waiting for them and looking forward to eating them. Thanks a lot Crumble Cookies! This place is SWEET!!!!!!! Seriously, this cookie shop bakes some mighty sweet cookies!! I'm a diehard sweet tooth, but even I have difficulty eating just one of their cookie flavors in one sitting. I have to cut them into quarters. Going to Crumbl Cookies is truly a special treat. Their cookies are not cheap. They are worth the price tag in my opinion though. Each time I go, I purchase 4 different flavors. Those 4 cookies will take my wife and I three days to finish. Three days later, the cookies still taste good. Love the fact that they rotate their flavors each and every week. So there is a good chance you will not see the same flavor (with the exception of Chocolate Chip) until several months later. Make sure to check their website every week to find out which flavors they have available. They have smaller cookies that you can order. 24 hours notice and 50 cookie minimum order is what is needed I believe. Everytime I go, the shop has always been clean. Customer service has always been friendly, patient, and helpful!! A+ for the staff!! Will continue to patronize Crumbl several times a year! Happy to have them in Bakersfield! read more

So, we gave it one more try....hahaha such a joke! I'd give zero stars if I was able too... Oh my goodness, Crumble was having a sale this day where you got 6 cookies for the price of 4 and apparently everyone in Bakersfield was there in the chaos attempting to get cookies! First let me say, that was one of the WORST store experiences I've ever had! The entire app system was a mess! The store couldn't keep up with the special ran by corporate and everyone was SUPER flustered trying to figure out what to do! There was an unorganized line of crazy mad people with NO idea what to do to get their cookies and no one there to explain anything. People were essentially stuck in hell waiting for the cookie prize that for many never came! The app....Yeah huge joke! People purchased cookies in advance only to arrive and have to check in BEFORE their cookies were even added to the cookie queue to be made!!! So people thought they were farther along the process to be told they weren't even in the queue because they didn't know they weren't even being made! AND no one knew they had to check in the even start the process, oh because no one was there to tell anyone what was going on!!! Promotion day at Crumbl....a HUGE joke! 200 people inside a store maybe able to hold 25 people all pushing everyone around, yelling at the staff and losing their crap because it's obvious this business has NO idea how to run a business! The store itself was an absolute mess!!! So trashed! No longer following health standards due to the panic of the situation, placing cookies to cook on nasty dirty trays by simply changing the parchment paper on the trays! Some SO black you could barely see the aluminum of the pans! Many areas had RAW cookies with cooked cookies and NONE of the advertised refrigerated cookies even made it in to the refrigerator! Oh let's not even talk about the flies COVERING EVERY cookie on EVERY pan...THIS company has NO idea how to complete a promotion like this appropriately or even how to clean its establishments! After finally figuring out how to get our cookies started, we waited 1-1/2 hours before giving up! Such a waste of time for nothing! That was the last time for my family, we won't be returning! When you walked in there are 2 computers you can order from or two registers. Your pick! Feeling talkative and full of cookie questions, try the register with their friendly staff. As for their goods, what can I say that hasn't been said before, they are the most unique cookies in town and you can't get tired of them because the menu changes weekly! That's good and bad news.
