On the day of pickup, she brought the most beautiful blueberry cheesecake out to me! It was exactly what I was hoping for, and it was even made with fresh blueberry compote. As for the flavor, holy crap! It was so delicious that my mom wanted to keep it all for herself. She did manage to share, so I can testify firsthand that this was the best cheesecake I have ever had.
