For instance, I wanted a very muted, sage green chocolate on my cake pops and golden sprinkles and BHoS was able to accommodate, no questions asked; and this was just for one item. She's able to give you any color frosting, sprinkles, designs... let your imagination go crazy! Not only were my little desserts BEAUTIFULLY made, they were delicious and a hit at the wedding. We ran out of desserts because people kept coming back for more! No sirree. They also sold cupcakes, trifles, cream puffs, and tarts. They were all sitting pretty looking divinely delicious in a refrigerated counter. I bought two cupcakes. One was a honey roasted peanut butter on chocolate cupcake and the other I forgot the name of. But it was a chocolate cupcake of some sort with a vanilla type of cream frosting. Those were $4.50 a piece. Carlos told me the cupcakes are cold but best eaten about 40 minutes to a hour at room temp. Sorry to say I had no will power to wait that long. They both got devoured shortly after I got back to my car. Even without the wait, it was delicious. Moist, flavorful cake. The frosting was delicious and piped on perfectly. Sure the frosting was a bit stiff when I ate it because I had no patience to let it settle to room temp, but it didn't take away from the taste. Homemade perfection.
