I tried Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time in TX, before it even came out to this area. I wasn't terribly impressed being that I used to bake from scratch back then. The only thing that I truly appreciated was that they were individually packaged. I remember the chocolate cake was very dry but the yellow was moist but oily. Apparently I signed up for their mailing list and always received deals, but ignored them since I never had time to go out there. Well, this time I finally was passing by this location and happen to have a BOGO Free coupon. I remembered not to select the chocolate ones and chose confetti and carrot cake. The icing was extremely sweet the cake itself was very greasy. Oddly enough, I still enjoyed eating it. I put the remainder in the freezer to avoid eating in one sitting, and since it was so greasy, it was just as good as the day I purchased it. The customer service was almost robotic, instead of "yes" or "no" responses, she had to follow up with an unnecessary response. For example, I simply asked if they had any utensils, and instead of "No, we don't", she had to say "no, we are not a so and so establishment". She was nice, but it was just a weird interaction. The shop itself was nicely decorated and well-maintained. They don't have a bathroom or seating area. I'm not sure if they aren't receiving enough business, I did receive another email for BOGO Free, and if I kept the receipt, there was a survey available, resulting in a BOGO Free. I don't know when I'll have a chance to go back out there again, so I didn't bother saving the email or receipt. There is plenty of parking available in front of the establishment, shared with neighboring businesses.

Got my box of a dozen assorted bundtinis home safe and sound lol $28 for prepackaged box: $30 for custom mix and match

NBC is deserving of 5 STARS just because their cakes are hands-down delicious, moist and FRESH FRESH FRESH. I had some bundtinis at a friend's house recently and I WAS HOOKED. I went in to get my own box of a dozen little bundtini beauts. The shop is super tiny inside but run efficiently by staff that are friendly, cheery, helpful and pleasant. I was told that their cakes are ALL MADE DAILY, IN THE MORNING. That's frankly EXACTLY WHAT I WANT TO HEAR. #PRAISE Bundtinis are sold by the dozen. You can either choose 1 of 2 flavor assortments (their classic/favorites set or their specialty set - 3 each of 4 diff flavors) for $28 OR for $30, you can do a custom mix and match assortment - the only thing about a custom assortment is they will tell you it's a 15 minute wait for them to assemble your order. Not horrible to get the flavors you want if you aren't enamored with their pre-boxed assortments and if you're not in a hurry. TIP (and I'll also share this on the Tips page): you can freeze the bundtinis and pull them out of the freezer, defrost them at room temp and they're good as new - truly! We take them out of their cardboard holders, stick them in a ziploc bag, plop the bag in the freezer and you're good to go! Bundtinis when the craving hits you ( = all the time). They're perfect for a little something in the morning with your morning cup o' joe or splash of tea. Or as a sweet top off to a dinner meal. $30 for 12 small bite-sized cakettes, if you will, isn't cheap but for the flavors, high quality of the cake itself, and the absolutely delicious not-sickly-sweet frosting - I must say: NBC CAKES ARE WORTHHHHHHHHHH ITTTTTTTTTT.

We love Nothing Bundt Cakes! We only come to this location, the staff are super friendly. The cakes are beautifully decorated and always fresh and moist. This Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints! I always buy all of our family's birthday cakes from this Nothing Bundt Cakes in Dulles. We love these delicious cakes.

I'm usually not a big fan of American cakes, but these aren't even close to typical American cake flavors or even cupcakes. As soon as we stepped in, my husband and I were greeted and I immediately walked over to look at the selection of mini bundt cakes they had at the front. I ended up getting confetti, red velvet, and strawberries and cream. The bundt cakes are so perfectly moist and rich in flavor! I was also pleasantly surprised that the red velvet had chocolate chips in it (big yum!). Still have yet to try all of them, but I will probably be back again several times to do so. The customer service was also superb and always is here! The location is convenient and easy to find, in a small shopping plaza strip. Parking is right out front in a medium sized lot.

Bundt first, CAKE! There's something special about Nothing Bundt Cakes. I can't remember the first time I tried it, but I was hooked soon after. And I firmly believe that the bundt cakes here are far better than most traditional cakes. Ya heard right! When I learned there was a Nothing Bundt Cakes in the northern Virginia area, I wanted to get this for my dad's birthday instead of a standard sheet cake. Having ordered Nothing Bundt Cakes before for parties and gatherings, I wanted to get the bundtinis, which are the size of cupcakes, but mini bundt cakes instead. Nothing Bundt Cakes makes it super easy to place an order online. In fact, I was easily able to do this through my phone, just a few days before my dad's birthday party. The site is easy to navigate, choosing from the different flavors and options for the bundtinis and having it be ready for a specific time and day. On pick up day, the bundtinis were ready, with the exact order fulfilled. I also was able to order small pom poms toppers for the bundtinis for an additional charge. However, at the Nothing Bundt Cakes shop, they have a bunch of celebratory items for the cakes, such as different toppings, plates and napkins, as well as gift items like table linens, frames, etc. The bundtinis were devoured, and I liked how we were able to try an assortment of flavors. I highly recommend ordering these if you want to get something similar to cupcakes for a celebration. These are the perfect size for an individual and are yummy!

Cute wrapping for some holiday gifts

Amazing customer service... the staff member who helped me was super friendly and helped me select a bunch of cakes for holiday gifts for my neighbors. She was kind enough to wrap them for me as well. Thank you so much... I'll definitely be back!

Super cute shop and even cuter cakes! Love the concept and how they stay true to the bundt cake! They sell multiple sizes and multiple flavors. This trip we tried the lemon and the chocolate, chocolate chip. Both were delicious and SUPER moist. The bundtinis only sell by the dozen so keep that in mind. The bundles are perfect for sharing with someone unless you have a huge sweet tooth. I have a friend who recently bought two large cakes for a special event and she said everything turned out amazing so they seem to be great for celebrations of all kinds! I'll definitely be back to try more. Oh - and make sure you get their frequent customer card. For every 9 cakes you buy you get the 10th free. :)

    Pretty carrot cake!

I ordered an 8 in carrot cake for my sister's birthday and everyone loved it! It was moist and yummy. I tried the pumpkin sample as I was waiting for my order and almost bought that one too but had to hold myself back. The staff was super sweet too. You really can't go wrong with Nothing Bundt Cakes. Although they've franchised, there's still a homemade, local bakery feel to it.

    Actual birthday coupon.

Lousy and pathetic customer service. I visited this location to use my Free "Birthday' Bundtlet email coupon. The white female cashier demanded I show her my identification before she would accept the coupon. The value of the coupon is $5.50. The cashier stated that she had to make sure I had not created a fake email account just to get a free bundtlet. I found this business practice inappropriate. I do believe my race played a major part, African American. I do not recommend this location.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!…read more I posted a review several months ago about Ridgetop CoffeeTop consistently running out of coffee and giving customers a 16-ounce cup when they actually paid for a 20-ounce cup. As a result of that review, I spoke with Christina, who manages the shop. She was genuinely sincere, apologized for the issues, and assured me that things were going to change. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. On Friday, July 10, at approximately 9:30 a.m., I visited the shop again. I was the fifth person in line, looking at my phone, when I heard the first customer being told they had no coffee. He immediately walked out. The next two customers ordered iced tea. The fourth customer, who was directly in front of me, ordered two cups of coffee. I clearly heard the employee tell him there was no coffee available and that he would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Although he was obviously frustrated, he agreed to wait and took a seat. When it was my turn, I asked the cashier if I had heard correctly that there was currently no coffee. She confirmed they were about to brew a fresh pot. I pointed out that five customers had already been in line and that this was a coffee shop with no coffee available. After already turning away one customer and asking another to wait, only then were they starting a new pot? The cashier responded with an attitude, saying, "You'll just have to wait 5 to 10 minutes." This is exactly what I discussed with Christina months ago. I simply do not understand how a coffee shop can repeatedly run out of coffee. At a minimum, there should always be another pot brewing or ready so customers are not left waiting 5 to 10 minutes after placing an order. That is poor planning and poor customer service. It is clear that nothing has changed since my conversation with Christina. I asked if either Christina or Dan, the other manager, was available, and I was told there were no managers on duty. At that point, I walked out. I cannot recommend spending your time or money at a coffee shop that repeatedly fails to have coffee available. It would be like going to a grocery store with no groceries. If a business specializes in coffee, customers should reasonably expect coffee to be available.

Very interesting concept as this place seems to be more of a dessert shop, I am curious on how good the viet food is.. maybe one day! I ordered the valentine bingsu which consist of a bunch of fruit and vanilla ice cream. The bingsu was advertised with "milky ice flavor" which I did not taste the "milky" part. The shredded ice was a great consistency, though! Easy to scoop up, melts fast, & not ice-y which to me is crucial to a decent bingsu. The strawberries paired were great and very sweet, the peach felt like it was from a can, pineapple gave off canned vibes, except it was extremely bitter and basically gone bad. Mangoes were OK not very sweet and Vanilla ice cream was good but you can't go wrong with that if it's store-bought. Overall would give this a 5/10 maybe 4.5/10. You order on the kiosk or at the counter. I opted for the kiosk as the employees were busy, I did however asked at the counter to Change my order after once I realized they had the valentine bingsu since I was feeling more fruit desserts (originally ordered the strawberry & cream).
