Very hard to deal with this business when trying to order a cake. Process is over the phone and too much room for confusion. Cake itself was dry and not good. Upcharged for decorations without agreement and only one person can deal with credit card refunds so waiting 3 weeks for their vacation is stupid and unprofessional. read more

CAUTION!! Most of the 4/5star ratings post are from employees and friends with fake reviews. The staff never responds to emails or phones. I managed to drive to place and ordered cake for my daughter's birthday and the experience was very bad. Below 4 reasons : 1. Misspelled the Name on the cake - in the instructions it was clearly written to spell the name.The finishing after correcting the spelling was not very good. Though I still accepted the cake because it was my last resort and mistakes do happen. 2. Printed Alphabet Sheet - Not sure who gave this crazy idea of having a printed sheet for alphabets on the cake which is not soluble in the mouth on the cake is a very bad and unpleasant experience. No friends and guests liked this sheet. 3. Dye used on the cake - Cake was ordered for green color. The Green Color was so bright and a very bad food color for kids to eat where you see their color on their tongue.The color should have been lighter than this very bright Color. I hate to even post the pictures of the cake for reviews. 4. Cake spouge - The cake spouge was very dry to taste. The sponge cake inside none of my friends and guests liked it. This is some of the best French bread that I have ever experienced. I got a bag of the Parisienne French and the special French that I used as the bread for roast beef po boy. Great stuff. The ladies on the phone and Carlos took great care of me. They are a full service wholesale bakery. They do it all. My order was probably the smallest order all day and they still treated me great. As a last and only resort after an other bakery turned down our custom order for my LO 1st year birthday due to some miss communication at last moment, we found this place and is like heaven finding...they not only could make our custom order 2 level cake with wonderful flavors within a day(1 and half day in precise) but also beat the pricing almost by half compared to all other bakeries on an apple to apple comparison. As people say,things happen for good. If not other bakery pulled out our order, we would not found this Gem. IMPORTANTLY, all my birthday guests liked the flavors(tiramisu & tres leches) and freshness of every bite. I proudly recommend people who read this to definitely give them a try. Very disappointed in this bakery. It had great reviews and I took a chance by ordering my husband's birthday cake. Placed the order and was told it would be ready by 6 am the following day. All I had to do was email images of the design, which I did. I called the following morning and was advised there was no cake made and no record of the order, despite remembering speaking with me and receiving my email, per their request.
