Snickerdoodle, lemon raspberry and confetti bundlets
    Lisa M.

I decided to stop by this location and get a lemon raspberry, snickerdoodle, and confetti bundlet. All of the flavors were delicious! My favorite is the confetti. The cakes are so moist and perfect amount of icing on top. The only downside is the price. These bundlets are a little high, but it is sadly the case everywhere now. I'd recommend this location and will be returning.

My family's go to cake spot for every birthday! The frosting is irresistible and I'm usually not a big fan of frosting! Top flavors: Carrot, Red Velvet, and Chocolate Chocolate Chip.

These little bundtlet cakes are amazing! They have a great variety of flavors to choose from as we had red velvet choc chip, lemon drop, chocolate chocolate chip and another flavor (I may have them named wrong so ask when you go). The icing is smooth perfect cream cheese and really accents the cakes nicely. The cakes themselves are freshly baked, soft, super moist and flavorful. The packaging is really cute too so you can bring these to any kind of party and everyone will be asking you where you bought them. They are perfect 4 to 5 bite size each. This is going to be my new go to for deserts! No fuss "bundt" delicious little gems!

I have had a bundt cake for my birthday the last three years and I must say I am hooked! I've told so many people about them that I've made fans out of a lot of people! My absolute favorite that I've had for my birthday is the red velvet. The inside is just so moist and the cream cheese frosting is "oh my gawd" good. Seriously, I could just eat all the frosting off the cake before eating the actual cake! I've tried their mini size bundt's and I haven't had a flavor that I didn't like. But I keep going back to my red velvet cake. They have different prices for different sizes. Typically I get the 8 inch bundt. The bundtlets are good for snacking and getting a few different flavors. This place is a must try. Seriously! If you want a specific cake decorated it's an extra charge and I would call ahead and order it, just to be sure you can get it like you want it.

    The best gift ever!

Got this as a gift from my friend from suburbs! So delicious. The price is reasonable, delicious, and much better than cupcakes in every ways!!

All weekend, I kept telling myself I was going to make a Bundt cake... It must be the Fall air, because I have been craving one of my Bundt's & was in such a *mood* to bake... Not only is it one of the easiest cakes to make but the flavors & mixers are endless.... Because Halloween is right around the corner and visions of pumpkins danced in my head, I initially thought of making Pumpkin...then switched to Chocolate....back again to Pumpkin... decisions...decisions....I fight with my taste buds on a daily basis... Suffice to say, I never did make that Bundt cake...Why? Well, imagine if you were driving and just happened to be stopped by a red light at the intersection of 83 & St. Charles Rd - only to find in CLEAR SIGHT the words: "Nothing Bundt Cakes"....what would you do? Thought so...and that's PRECISELY what I did. I made a very determined right hand turn & BOLTED into their parking lot....(located were Pier 1 used to be, in same mall w/Pie 5). I have to admit, I had heard about this place opening not to long ago and was sort-of curious.... Around 4:30ish, this bakery was popular....dressed with a whimsical touch & playful feel, it was nicely organized, and display case was FILLED to the RIM with ALL flavors! There were exactly 3-4 girls helping customers and 2 or more in the back area I noticed.... I was INSTANTLY greeted by a very friendly & enthusiastic young girl: "Hello! What can I help you with?" Wowzers....I didn't have to wait at all.. Talk about service! I KNEW I was going to purchase 2 Bundtlets (personal size) $3.99 ea.... I always need variety, it is the spice of life ya know... Perfect serving for one, or sharing for two...Of the flavors offered: Pumpkin Spice, Red Velvet, Carrot, Marble, Pecan Praline, Lemon, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Swirl, White Chocolate Raspberry (this sounded delicious, btw), AND White White Chocolate.....yikes...I could have picked three! But stuck to my guns....ONLY 2. I went with......Pecan Praline & Chocolate Chocolate Chip. Kill 2 taste buds with one stone. Funny how I didn't end up with Pumpkin afterall.. Honestly, I didn't think I'd like these cakes as much as I did. I certainly didn't imagine them to be so incredibly moist & 'bakery' quality...The buttery, yellow cake with swirled cinnamon & pecan pieces was impressive. The cream cheese frosting had a great, homemade taste. It was definitely sweet, and the cream cheese stood out among the powdered sugariness....but just a tad bit too sweet for my taste..You may really go nuts over this frosting though...(sticky too, you'll want to lick your fingers ). Contrastingly, my bundts are only dusted with powdered sugar, so while I appreciated the frosting - it would have been just as good without...but definitely cream cheesey goodness... The Chocolate Chocolate Chip was 'chocolaty' with a chocolate chip type 'crunch' in every bite...and was just as moist.. Thank you "Nothing Bundt Cake" for relieving me of baking my own while satisfying my desire for "Bundtness".... I can easily see coming back here for a Bundtlet @ $4.00 a pop...but in all honesty, because I KNOW I can easily bake a yummy one too - I can't see justifying $21.00 for an 8", or $31.00 for a 10" UNLESS someone requested one...OR, YOU are not fond of baking, or simply do not have the time.... They will also decorate your cake for any occasion. This is a franchise - and from the attentive, prompt service & friendly manner in which I was treated today..(in addition to the yummy & fresh cakes) I will say the Proprietors' here are doing a fabulous job so far...They use all fresh ingredients and even offer Bundtinis! (bite size cupcake versions). How adorable & dainty! For all the above reasons, "Nothing Bundt Cakes", deserves *Nothing Bundt* 4 stars....

Let me start by saying that we're a huge fans of small businesses and want to see them succeed…read more I've also worked in plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in my day. Definitely not trying to be a hater. My friend and I were on our way home from Chicago, looked up some bakeries along our route. We stopped here to get some goodies to take home to family, and to snack and have a coffee while we drove 6 hours. My friend ordered: white chocolate coconut latte, 2 donut holes, a strawberry, a salted caramel, and a pink velvet cupcake. I ordered: chocolate pretzel iced latte, a big chocolate chip cookie, tropical fruit (?) danish, coconut, pink velvet, and French silk cupcakes. I'd say between the two of us we probably spent $60+? Walking in the shop is adorable and colorful, an employee had a brightly colored tie dye shirt on and we said hello to them first, commented on how much we liked their shirt, and barely got a response back, let alone a greeting. The employee at the counter wasn't rude but definitely not overly eager to greet or offer up information. Questions were answered when we asked, that was it. When I received my iced latte I asked if they had any straws and just got a head shake in response. Totally fine with no straw, but my friend found a stir stick for me, which was honestly the main reason I wanted a straw so I could stir up what was clearly sitting on the bottom of the cup. Lattes were fine. We tried the chocolate chip cookie in the car and the texture was good, crispier on the edges and the middle was chewy enough. But it tasted very bland, so we didn't finish it. A little while later we decided to try the donut holes, they had good flavor but they were so dry and crumbly, presumably because they were sitting out in the open air, who knows for how long. Also didn't finish those. Even later we decided to try the salted caramel cupcake because I'd read on the case that they had Swiss meringue buttercream so I was really excited about that, and thought for sure this would be where they would excel. While the flavor of the cake was fine, I wouldn't say it tasted like salted caramel, there was some kind of cream in the middle that was good, again not salty or caramely. But that was the heaviest, most dense cupcake I've ever had, and not in a good way. The buttercream was good, and the caramel drizzle on top did taste salty. My husband was so excited that I was bringing home that tropical fruit danish and the coconut cupcake. We tried the coconut cupcake together and again, it had a lot of actual coconut in the batter, it was dense but also dry. We abandoned the cake and ate buttercream, which was good but not coconutty. So we moved onto the French silk cupcake. This cake had a great texture, light and soft, good flavor, some kind of chocolate mousse in the middle was good too. Again, good buttercream, but the top had a bunch of dry, flavorless pie crust chunks all over it. I understand that it was supposed to mimic a French silk pie, but it was such a good cake without the crust chunks. My husband had his pastry today (next day) and though dry he said the middle was good, other than the pineapple in the middle he couldn't taste any other flavor. We tried the pink velvet after dinner tonight and again with the super heavy and dense cake texture, no real flavor, but the cream cheese frosting was yummy. I cannot say how the other cupcakes were, as my friend was so disappointed in the one we shared and the report we gave her about the ones we tried, that she hasn't eaten them. Ultimately the French silk one was the only item that was eaten completely. Keep making that buttercream, it was the best part of everything we bought. I sincerely hope your employees weren't having a hard day, I try to be understanding that you never know what someone is going through, but that's the only reason I can think of for them to be so completely disinterested in helping or talking to paying/tipping/polite customers.

I'd go so far as to say it's the best breakfast sandwich in Elmhurst. I would order it without the greens since I personally don't like how soggy they get on the sandwich. Tried the dirty chai for the first time and dare I say it may be better than a certain local coffee shop's. I do think $22 for a sandwich and coffee is a bit expensive, but I'm always very satisfied with my meal. It does come with a large side of home fries, but I usually end up not eating them, so I'd love to see more side options to choose from. Also had cupcakes catered a few months back including some gluten free options and they were all a big hit. Definitely on the expensive side, but they were good quality and absolutely devoured. The environment is always welcoming and open plus the staff are very kind.
