Coconut cake with passion fruit cream and toasted coconut was our favorite, with the tartness of the passion fruit cream and the wonderful texture of the toasted coconut. While ultimately we didn't select Room for Cake for our wedding cake, we thought it was a great experience regardless. Communication with Lauren and pickup was very easy. Her kitchen is located in a converted seminary which is located near the old mission, so driving into the property was a cool experience itself.

We made several changes along the way, and Laurie rolled with the punches and always said 'yes' no matter how complicated or complex the request was. I sent her an inspiration photo from Pinterest and she made our dream cake come true. She even accommodated putting on two cake toppers and florals! We received so many compliments on our cake and our guests were blown away with the quality of the taste but also the presentation and design.
