I have been a customer here since they opened and I have never once had a less than pleasant experience! The staff is so friendly and polite and noticeably does their very best to be as prompt as possible. I love that you can just walk in and get a cake without having to order ahead (unless you have a very large order) and I also love that they have a bundtlet option (small individual bundt cakes) that are the perfect size to give as individual gifts or for a single serving. (Although I can eat on one for a few days) The cakes themselves are delicious and moist and they have so many different flavors to choose from with a rotating seasonal cake every month. I've honestly never tried one I didn't like. But my favorite is the white chocolate raspberry. They deserve 5 stars for consistency, quality, and service. read more

I purchased a cake online (funds already collected). I called in advance to let them know that I was on my way so they could have the cake ready. They informed me that they couldn't package the cake up until I got there (although I pointed out I was 10 minutes away). Once I arrived I told them I was here right outside the store where they could see me and requested that they package up my cake while I make a call. No line no people (I could see inside the store). 5 minutes later I walk into the store cake not ready still in the back. They need to do better for customers that have planned ahead and paid ahead and pickup at there pickup time. I hope owners review for training opportunities of young staff there. read more

I have frequented this establishment about 4 times a year since it opened, and never once have I gotten anything but a superb bundt cake. The place is jam packed on holidays so make sure you get your order in a day before. The service has always been excellent and the FREE SAMPLES are the best. A must visit. The staff is wonderfully polite. Sample try is either fresh and completely full or dead empty - because cake samples! I follow them on Facebook and always go when they have a BOGO bunteltte deal. $3 for 2 - love it. Love the flavors and they have something for everyone. My personal favorites are the carrot cake, white chocolate raspberry, or lemon. The mixes are great and have the right amount of flavoring and add-ins. I'm not big on icing but this icing is delicious and can be savored. It is a little pricy but I don't have experience with professional bakeries to really know. Disappointed in the presentation of the product - I bought 2 (12) packs of buntinis for a birthday celebration and added little deco hats - order taken, they do t take cash,I see the sign on the way out but there is a definite way to display that info better, place an order and told it would be 20 minutes so I said I would wait in my car - right out front, approx 20 minutes later I go in, here to wait in line again, once I opened the box at home I realized they just shoved a dozen in a box - they had toppled over and got stuck together- Here is why this is a big deal - I just ordered these on a trip up in Dallas - same order- they came in a box where they were set in individual slots, they made a cute bday presentation And the store offered to bring them out to me when ready, I didn't have to watch the clock and hope they were ready The cakes are good but also expensive $54 for 24 mini cakes - I just expected more service and better care- obviously other franchises do it - Disappointing read more

We took a little bit of time to look around and decide what we want. However, we ordered three different bundtlets with extra icing and they were packed up rather quickly without giving me a chance to look them over. When we got home I noticed they were all different sizes with different amounts of icing on top. I feel a little ripped off because each one should be the same size with the same amount of icing. I personally really like their white chocolate raspberry cake and my all time favorite is their Pineapple Upside Down Cake even though it is not regularly available and is only a flavor if the month, it is delicious and like all of their cakes very moist. I already had two, and I'll probably have a few more before I leave." Ok, so here's the form your cakes can take. They have full size bundts in two sizes that you can get festively decorated for your special occasion. Then there's the bundtlets that are a big single serve. Don't think you'll share because you won't want to. Then there's the bite size buntinis by the dozen. Cute, but not for me. I need a bigger bundt than that. My favorite flavor is the double chocolate chip, but the red velvet is good too. It has chocolate chips in it. I hear good things about the praline and lemon too. I ordered the day before and it was agreed I would pick up the cake on the following day after 12:00 pm. My husband when to pick up and had to wait and the cake was ice cold.
