If your looking for a cure for the sweet tooth N.B.C. Is my go to and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. The lemon raspberry was sooo good. The carrot cake satisfies the almost healthy guilt, and the chocolate chip cake taste delicious and just makes me feel good because I'm a true chocolate lover. The red velvet is so silky smooth and really allows me to overindulge after Sunday dinner. Whichever one you choose I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. I just wanted to write to give my thanks to Beth. Our daughters are attending college locally and in my haste to get a cake ordered online, I apparently did something wrong and the order didn't go through. I called at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and Beth was so sweet, she offered to deliver it herself since it was on her way home. She went above and beyond for our kids and I couldn't be more appreciative. On top of it, the cake was delicious as always. The kids and friends gobbled it up! You have amazing employee!! read more

I had never had the tiny cakes before and am sorry I didn't just spend 65 and get bundles. I explained this was a birthday for my son who died in Iraq. My fault for assuming they would understand there was adults there. The tiny cake where ridiculous to hand out. As well as wrong flavor. Supposed to be 3 key lime rest split between chocolate and confetti. Inst I has almost all key lime. I ma not saying the cakes are bad. The bundles taste wonderful but this tint ones were dry. paid $30.00 for a dozen Bundtini's on a Thursday morning. When I went to serve them the following day for a birthday celebration, we were very disappointed to see that none of them had icing on them. Isn't the icing what they famous for??? We had no choice but to serve them as that was "the" dessert. Only four were eaten as most found them too dry without the icing. Never again! First I will say that I am very picky about my desserts -- they must be really fresh. Since we tried 4 different flavors of the single serving size cakes, I was curious to see if they would all be fresh. And, they were! All were excellent. The frosting is delicious, very sweet, creamy and buttery, with a hint of cream cheese flavor. We tried the pecan praline, chocolate, red velvet and classic vanilla cakes. One small "individual" cake is large enough to share, in my opinion. Service was very good - very friendly staff and the store was lovely. Might be nice to have some cafe tables w/seating added, but then they would need to have drinks available, and that complicates things. We will be back! read more

I was a huge fan until today. Now I will never patronize this business again. I am very fond of their product, but their lack of customer service has lost me as a customer! I usually purchase 6 or more bundlets each visit. Today I was in need of a birthday cake and ordered it prior to my appointment in the area which I would pick up in addition to my regular assortment of bundtlets. I travel 45 minutes to get to my appointment in this area and today there was a bad accident which caused a major traffic jam. This caused me to miss my appointment and made it impossible to get to pick up the cake I ordered. When I realized I was not going to make my appointment and therefore was not going to be able to pick up the cake, I called to cancel the order. I was told that it was too late and that the cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. I had only ordered it less than an hour to prior to calling to cancel it. How could I cancel something 24 hours in advance when it was ordered only less than an hour ago? There was no understanding and no leeway given for something that was out of my control. I was sitting in bumper to bumper traffic. I ended up paying for a cake that I never received because the owner said that they could not take the loss on it. I'm Sorry, but they just lost more that just the cost of a cake mix! They've lost a regular customer. I work in a service industry and the first thing we try to do is keep the customer happy, because without them, we cease to exist! Obviously not something that concerns this business owner. read more
