Kim (The Manager) She is very rude !!! This location has been sold out of the Biscoff Special Edition flavor since the first day. I called to ask when maybe they may have some more and was told they only were send enough ingredients to make 700 and sold this 700 out the first day and have no idea when corporate is sending more. I simply asked for corporate contact info so that I may ask them being this is the only store in my area and was told to "GOOGLE IT" , and then she slammed the down in my ear and gave me the dial tone! Staff at this location are very rude. I walked in today to try the biscoff flavor bundtlet, as soon as I opened the door, one of the staff members yelled out "if you're looking for the biscoff cake we don't have it". She never greeted me or anything, just yelled out making sure I knew they didn't have the flavor. This location rarely has the limited time flavors. For last few releases, I've gone here and am always told "we're out of that flavor for the week" "we no longer have the limited flavor" but they have advertisement and signs posted for the limited flavors. They really need to do a better job of stocking seasonal and limited time flavors. read more

We were celebrating a joyful occasion -- our twin children's first grade graduation -- and stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes in Lafayette with the family to pick up some celebratory treats. Our 4-year-old daughter, who is autistic, was excited and shouted "Happy party!" as we walked in. It was a sweet, innocent moment of joy from a child who expresses herself differently. But instead of being met with smiles or even simple courtesy, we were met with cold, hateful stares from one of the employees behind the counter, who was on the phone. She looked at my daughter with visible disgust, making it instantly clear she had a problem with her, not because she was loud or disruptive, but simply because she was different. When I quietly told my family that we should leave, the employee snapped, "I'm on the phone!" as if that excused her behavior. My father-in-law gently said, "She's autistic," hoping she might show some understanding. Instead, she repeated -- louder and even more dismissively -- "I can't hear, I'm on the phone!" Not once did she apologize. Not once did she show empathy. She didn't step away to finish her call. She didn't soften. She just continued to act like my daughter was a burden for existing. I've never been more disgusted by a business's treatment of a child -- let alone a child with a disability. We left without buying anything, and I will never return. If you care about kindness, compassion, or the dignity of all people -- especially those with disabilities -- take your business elsewhere. Then when she brought it she set it on the counter and said nothing! She is not a good representation of your company and from what the other reviews state there have been many complaints against her. I was able to order online (really, really easy) and picked up the next day for a large group. Lots of varieties to choose from. The staff was amazing, helping me to my car, chatting a bit about the holidays, overall very pleasant. Location is wonderful. Store was clean and following Covid guidelines (clean and masked). This is especially important around food production and I really appreciate the staff making it a priority. Their pickup system was organized and I was in and out within a few minutes. MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND YOUR ORDER AND PROVIDE CORRECT INFORMATION! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were directed to their website on Thursday at 4 p.m. to order with the option of delivery for Saturday, only to find out that the delivery option is not an option! That wouldn't be a problem except that we are out of state, ordering a Mother's Day cake for someone there in Lafayette. On Friday morning, we spoke with Andrew, the owner of the Lafayette location, who indicated that they have suspended the delivery option for the weekend as well as phone orders, and directed us to Door Dash. After much back and forth with the incorrect information provided, we asked to be contacted once they receive our order just so that we are sure the correct order would be delivered. Andrew stated that they do not have time to confirm our order would be correct once they receive it, but finally, relentlessly said to contact him the following day to see if they could confirm the order. How does one have time to add to their bottom line, yet, not confirm that the order is correct? Door Dash has limited just about every option, and disabled the " Add Special Instructions" so that the "Quote Cards" cannot be changed from "Best Mom A'Round" to "Thanks for Helping Me Grow" one, etc. We contacted the store back to make sure that they could have the correct Quote Card on the cake, and that process took over 20 minutes of back and forth with Briana placing me on hold for up to 5 times to ask about changing a small, 4 cm card!!!!!!!!! We are expecting a call from Andrew to verify if this "can" be done. This is the ONLY location that we have placed an order from that is incapable, unfriendly, unavailable, and not seamless! In fact, one of the California locations that we are picking up from tomorrow OFFERED if we would like a different color hydrangea or flower on the cake, and SEAMLESSLY made sure the correct card would display!! It's not Rocket Science, guys, and it's Mother's Day - there's zero reason why that card request was not easily changed. This store is remedial in its process, does not think outside of the box, and is certainly not on par with delivering exceptuonal hospitality, which we expressed to Andrew and his team; we arent asking for a redesign, different cake flavor, BUT ONLY THE CARD THAT YOU ALREADY PROVIDEAN OPTION FOR! read more

This is the perfect place to order a unique cake and grab some adorable party décor as well. So, they sell the bundt cakes in a variety of sizes depending on your party needs. The eight inch serves 8-10 while the ten inch serves 18-20. If your party is really big they have a tiered cake which serves 26. On my visit I was interested in the bundtlet...a personal sized cake. Now here's where it gets a little bit interesting. Which flavor to get? Is that a trick question because they all sound divine. I'm talking Red Velvet, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Lemon, Marble(chocolate and vanilla), Pecan Praline, Carrot, White White Chocolate, Cinnamon Swirl, and White Chocolate Raspberry. Holy Moly. I wanted one of each, please and thank you. The struggle is real. I finally settled on White Chocolate Raspberry and my daughter chose the Pecan Praline. The White Chocolate Raspberry was incredible. Soft and delicate with just the right amount of frosting. I wanted to sample the Pecan Praline but my daughter would not share so I'm guessing that one was wonderful as well. I love this franchise so much that they are my go to for gifting! We gave these out as engagement party gifts and as part of our party favors for our weddings. Yes I love them too much. There's always their staple flavors that you can not go wrong with: raspberry chocolate, carrot cake, vanilla, chocolate, lemon and their marble. The frosting is the best. Wow...first review? Really?? Well I had the pleasure of trying a bite of one of the cakes from here, specifically the carrot cake. It was delicious!! So I had to go and find out of this place was more than just a bite of goodness. I was impressed by the lady who helped us (didn't get a name). She seemed very willing to help us and answer any questions thrown at her. And she offered us a sample of the white chocolate raspberry cake, which of course I had to try! Glad I did, too...it was amazing! I ended up buying a carrot cake (of course) and a chocolate chocolate chip cake. The chocolate chocolate chip did NOT disappoint. Very good, and the icing (which I believe is the same on all of their cakes, cream cheese) was also good. I have to say that the place was pretty nice. It had the right feel, if you know what I mean. This is a franchise cake shop and for that reason I am amazed at how good the cakes are. I have been to one in Orlando, Fl and the taste and quality is consistent. Lots of varieties and their are even some flavors introduced for a limited time. My favorite thing about the taste is that none are overly sweet so that you get a good balanced flavor of the with the icing. Neither over powers the other. The cakes are moist and offer a variety of the flavors that is in the cakes and not the icing. I believe the icing is the same for all. Their is an assortment of sizes from one bundt to individual to mini (bundtinis which are like cupcakes). My fav go-to is the red velvet. read more

This offers sweet relief from the tasteless fluff found in most store-bought cakes that's only there to support the sickeningly sweet decorative icing. Speaking of icing (MMMMMMM), this company found what works and committed to it: huge petals of delicious cream cheese icing that bloom out from the center like a daisy. I've heard many of my friends say, "I never liked cream cheese icing, but I love it on these cakes!" The icing petals are what send these cakes over the top.
