Don't sleep on Nothing Bundt Cakes! I always thought the cakes would be dry like pound cake but they aren't! They are super moist and the perfect balance of cake to icing. The first time I had it someone from work brought me one! Wow! I was shocked how good it was. This time my wife and I decided to try some on our own, we specifically wanted to get the seasonal Biscoff one. The store is small but it doesn't need to be big, it's very festive and reminiscent of a typical to go dessert shop. The staff was super friendly and recommended the White Chocolate Raspberry along with the new Biscoff version. We really liked both flavors, the white chocolate more than the Biscoff, only because the Biscoff was a little sweeter than we were expecting. I'm not able to get them often because of the whole diabetes thing, but it's a nice occasional treat to get an individual one and split it with the hubby. The staff here is nothing but friendly and their cakes are so delicious! I've been ordering from NBC since I moved to Florida and out of all the locations, this one here in Lake Mary is my favorite. I feel like their cakes are much much better than other places. They always have cakes in stock just in case you miss a birthday, too! I ended up getting two individual sizes to try two flavors; got the strawberry & cream and the lemon raspberry. Both were so sweet and moist. Definitely a nice little treat. Picked up some mini Bundt cakes aka "bundtinis" for a coworkers birthday. The employees were helpful in their suggestions of flavors so I was able to make sure I got a little something for everyone's tastes. They also have seasonal flavors that come and go and a few of the flavors are about to change on Memorial Day. After discovering Nothing Bundt Cakes in Orlando a few years ago, I can finally claim a "new" favorite location (only because it's 15 mins away, I actually LOVE them all), The Villages. After visiting the N.B.C. store in Winter Park on Saturday, I found out that "our" Villages store had finally opened and so of course I had to patronize "our" new store and make my presence known because I will be visiting quite frequently. I've been to the Lake Mary location twice to pick up for my husband and both of my experiences were less than pleasant! The first time the young girl seemed sad and expressionless. My mother in-law called from AZ last year to order a birthday cake for my husband and she had a horrible experience with Deb over the phone. The second time I went back to pick up a cake last week and The old lady Deb was very rude and began harassing me in the store for no reason. I suggest secret shoppers need to be assigned there to see how certain customers are being treated. I've done that type of work in AZ and will recommend it in FL. The Lake Mary store was no exception. Each store has a nice sized sample sitting out and waiting for your arrival. This is the cutest little bakery in town! My best friend (who also was working with me for many years) was relocating out of state and I wanted to bring in some sweet treats for her last day at work. Since this place was right down the road from me, I decided to go online and place an order for pickup. Navigating the site was very easy. I placed my order and picked up my mini bundtinis on Christmas Eve at 10am. I walked to the counter, gave my name and they went to the back and grabbed my goodies. I would consider myself a regular at this NBC location. I use this business for holidays, birthdays and gifts. I'm a big fan of the product! That said, my mom ordered a birthday cake here and I picked it up for her. We were bringing the cake to a restaurant and I know that people in my party were going to want to take some home.I had forgotten to bring Tupperware with me and when I arrived to pick up my order I asked if they had any type of box/container for extra slices of cake. I was told no, which I totally understand they they may not carry this. Then I asked if it would it be too much trouble to take 2-3 empty, small bundlet containers with me instead. Both employees behind the counter looked at me like I asked for a kidney. It was so uncomfortable and I can't be the first person to ask something of this nature. I was told ALL containers had cake in them, they don't keep spare containers around (can't say I believed that one) and they had NOT ONE that they could give me. I was so put off by this...a little generosity would have gone so far on behalf of this business. I'm turned off and so was my family when I shared this. The location in Waterford brought some cakes to my old firehouse. I didn't really pay much attention back then and neither did most firemen in the house. We all quickly found out how delicious these cakes are, like ridiculously good. I had one bite and was hooked. Even cops would probably give up donuts for these. So I moved over to this area and live super close to this location. I recently went in for a promotion and wow, these cakes are every bit as good as I remember. A wonderful texture, not dry, and delicious cream cheese frosting. There are nearby restaurants that you can visit before coming here. This is mainly a to go spot. read more

My office recently ordered a cake for our boss's birthday. We went to their website, selected "delicious wishes" and had trouble ordering it online, so we called the bakery and they told us they could help us order it over the phone. We confirmed multiple times that we were ordering the $67 cake which, on the website, includes all the decorations on top (the orange bow and the happy birthday banner). We had another coworker pick up the cake because they were in the area, bring it all the way from Lake Mary to Daytona Beach, only to find out that none of the decorations were included. When we called the bakery, they were very unsympathetic and unwilling to make any reparation for their mistake. All in all, not worth the money, not going back. read more

NBC is was a dinner party hit. We were in charge of bringing dessert for a recent dinner party. Being very indecisive and liking to try as many options as possible ordered a box of bundtinis. This is thier version of of cup cakes. In our box we had 2 of each of the following flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velevet, Lemon, Strawberrys and Cream and White Chocolate Raspberry. All the cakes were fresh and moist with amazing frosting. I think the favorite of our group was White Chocolate Raspberry followed by Lemon and Strawberry. The red velevet was the least favorite, it wasn't bad, the others were just so good. I had placed my order online a couple nights before and it was ready to go on time when I picked it up. The inside of the store has plenty of gift items and or course several cake options to pick up. I really need to try carrot and snickerdoodle and the cake of the month was raspberry lemonade. Price gauging because it's Valentines Day. I call to order a birthday cake to be delivered for a friend's birthday. They said because it's Valentines Day and they're very busy, therefore they can't leave to do delivery. They said if I really need it to be delivered then they will call a third party to come in and I have to pay a 50$ delivery fee instead of the normal 20$. Talk about inconsistency and price gauging!
