Seriously so GOOD! I am so glad Nothing Bundt Cakes decided to come to Las Cruces!!!! I ordered a 10" lemon with the addition of a poinsettia for Christmas charm. The poinsettia, a green holly, and little Merry Christmas sign cost $8.00 - which I thought was reasonable considering they dressed up the cake to make it an occasion! I traveled with the cake on the road for 2 hours and it didn't budge. When I arrived at my destination and took the plastic wrap off every item was exactly in place. A job well done! We once saw this place next to Urgent Care, and remembered it because Nothing but Bundt Cakes sounded strange. One night driving by we saw it was easy to park and still open with customers inside so we pulled in. So many choices, looked like a great place to buy party treats. This is my second time coming here, and during the covid19 times of course. I ordered a carrot cake for my birthday and to put it simply: Delicious! It was exactly how a bundt carrot cake should be. Moist, flavorful and pairs perfectly with the icing. I am giving them 5 stars for a tasty cake. The only negative would be the price. It's a little more than what I would normally pay for carrot cake but given the occasion I wanted the birthday decor. It was lovely with mostly interchangeable color schemes.
