There's sucha vibe to Las Cruces that I absolutely love. The town is full of gems and Indulgence Bakery and Cafe is one of them . You'll find so many fun quirky aesthetics here . Highly entertaining, from the spatulas decorated as dragons and hung to the silly Alice in wonderland comedic wallpaper. After several years in Las Cruces, I finally at the end of July I made it to this incredible place. I have had their baking goodies in parties and they were delicious. My friend had their Home-style Breakfast. I had their Mushroom Swiss Crepes. My crepes were the best I ever had loaded with mushrooms and Swiss cheese in an out of this world wine sauce. Both of us had their regular coffee. My friend took several pastries home and he told me later that were great. Our server was Victoria who explained in detail the menu to us. She is very pleasant and courteous and kept our coffee mugs filled up during our breakfast. She mentioned that she loves working at Indulgence which shows in her overall personality. The decor is so corky and unique. A gem with vegan and vegetarian options. The place reflects the love from the two ladies who own and run the place, one up front and one in the kitchen. Grandma surprised us with dessert from here after lunch today. We had never been before. I'm not usually much of a dessert girl and the cheesecake tart thing was super good. The Italian wedding soup is to die for, however it is unfortunately only there sometimes, I have never asked what the schedule is for it but if it's available I would highly recommend. The service is a tiny bit slow but it's a great place to go if you aren't in a hurry. The ambiance of the place is very friendly and French farmhouse like with some assorted painting from local artists. One thing that really stands out to me are the cream puffs, they are amazing and I always leave with an extra dozen. read more

I've been to Indulgence Bakery and Cafe several times for both breakfast and lunch, and it never disappoints! The fried chicken breakfast sandwich is perfectly crispy, and the burgers are excellent with flavorful sauces. The fresh fruit that comes with the strawberry blitz crepe is a refreshing touch. Salads are always crisp and fresh, and the ranch dressing is the best I've had anywhere. The Philly cheesesteak is wonderful, and the enchilada crepe is rich, savory, and deliciously unique. Everyone is so nice, and the desserts are a lovely treat too! Everything here tastes fresh and well made definitely one of my favorite spots to eat. read more

Today my husband and I had breakfast here and I could honestly say we really enjoyed it. I had the Southwestern breakfast and my husband had Biscuits and gravy along with orange juice and my coffee. When we arrived there it was busy, but we did find a table fast. Andrea was our server, very friendly and very informative of the menu. Staff are very friendly and on top of their work. Their food is great and on top of that, they also have a variety of baked goods and also serve lunch, but we were ready for a great breakfast! The whole cafe had a great atmosphere. Lots of very nice Halloween decorations. We will definitely come back again, but for lunch. Prices are reasonable and absolutely worth it. The food is good but never cooked the same way. The first time that we went there we tried the French dip. The meat was dry and flavorless. The mushroom crepes are fantastic. The second time I ordered the breakfast sandwich with the fried chicken. The chicken was way overcooked and dry. Again, the mushroom crepes were delicious. The potatoes were overcooked and had way too much pepper on them. The biscuits and gravy are good if they put enough gravy or else if you ask for more, they charge you for it. The third time I ordered the mushroom crepes of course and this time added two eggs overhard and potatoes. Everything was delicious together. The Cuban coffee latte was not good. It was very weak. I returned it. It was not worth the $6. The flavored ice teas are refreshing. Other than that, the service is always great. read more

This is a hidden gem in Las Cruces. It is such an understated location, so at first glance it may not really invite you in... but go inside! I promise, you will not regret it! I have been twice since the first time I discovered it and both times, the food has just been out of this world. The first time, I ordered the mushroom crepes and my husband got a fried chicken bowl. The mouthful of those crepes had me dancing and praising God! I really don't understand how the food tastes that good! The second time I ordered the chicken bowl because the last time I wasn't quite satiated after my meal. My friend ordered something that came with a soup, and was told the soup of the day was Carrot Bisque. I said "excuse me?!" The server repeated herself... of course I ordered a cup! We are new to the El Paso / Las Cruces area and while we have found some pretty nice cafes. This one has been the best so far. Definitely coming back. We sat outside with our pups under one of their umbrella tables. Our server was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Lemon Blueberry Blintzes and Indulgent Latte. Both were delicious. My partner had the Cubano Latte and Southwest Bowl. He thought his Latte needed more sweetness but we got it iced so maybe thats why. And he loved the Soutwest Bowl. Stopped in with a party of 6, and we thought we were going to another restaurant but this was such a pleasant surprise. The staff had to put together two tables for us, so this is better for smaller parties but they were very accommodating. The atmosphere? Cozy and super cool art. Fun mugs and dish ware. Nice music and small space, and the bakery display was great to look at. All of the pastries, cake, and quiche looked amazing. Sat down to eat and our waitress was nice, jovial, and polite. Helped us decide on what to eat with helpful recommendations. The coffee and food was incredible. In particular, the Quiche and the Chicken Biscuit with the red chile honey were incredible, but everything was delicious: the fries, roasted potatoes, the salad and dressing, the fried chicken and pickles - I was thoroughly impressed. One of us ordered the biscuits and gravy, and she didn't love the gravy, but we were raving about everything else. 11/10 would go again. Save room for dessert. read more

We all agreed this was one of our favorite meals in las Cruces. The *blintzes* oh my. The table was divided- I thought the strawberry was the best hands down. I typically like lemon the best but I'm picky about lemon curd, it has to be very sour. But most everyone liked the lemon the best. The vegan breakfast bowl was fantastic. Love those breakfast potatoes so much. The guac wasn't the best, however, it tasted like the prepackaged kind to me. *THIS* is absolutely the best red chili sauce I've ever had in my life. I wish I could buy bottles of it. I nearly licked the bowl. The green is also extremely good. Now- this was a pretty pricey breakfast. With tip for a family of 5 (3 children) and just 2 coffees we were close to $80. We really wanted to try some of the delicious looking pastries to take home but felt we had probably spent enough at that point. You can also order pastries and coffee up at the counter, I believe, to have it be just a regular coffee shop and not have table service. There's some nice tables outside too. We would definitely go back, even at these prices, because it's too good not to. read more

The place was HOPPIN' the whole time we were there, and it wasn't even a weekend day. Because of that busyness, our coffee and food didn't come out quickly, but it was worth the wait. yes, I just left this restaurant and first of all the waitress I asked for scrambled eggs on the southwestern dish and she brought over easy eggs and then it was completely saturated. It was so much chilly. You couldn't even taste the potatoes also when I told the owner Megan, she just said we could've changed it. I would've thought she could've offered a discount on the bill was $14 which I think was a little bit overpriced. Plus the potatoes they served with them were not crispy at all. They were soggy from the sauce that they put over the potatoes. She had an answer for that too. Also, she did not remember one of her employees that worked there over two years and I distinctly he's the one that recommended that place anyway I do not recommend that place also because of the service and attitude from the owner and the waitress !! Growing up I had a sick mother who often couldn't eat due to her meds. The owner would give her a portabella sandwich every time we went whether we could afford or not. I have followed these amazing people from when they were in front of Cruces High (Go Dawgs) and I continue to eat there. I am visiting my son in our hometown of Las Cruces NM. I showed him my list of choices from a Visit Kas Cruces app, then checked out yelp! For reviews, but he suggested Indulgence for a cheesecake lunch. He raves so much about this bakery and their Italian influenced desserts, and told me it is run by the former owners of Si Italian restaurant, which we'd gone to the last two times I'd visited. What he didn't realize that "cafe" meant they also served savory foods, so we perused the menu online and decided we'd head over immediately! I was in search for my hatch green chile cheeseburger fix, but when we sat in the comfy booth and reread the menu, I decided on the marinated, grilled chicken sandwich. My son ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Common menu items, you might say? Not here - nothing is common or ordinary fare. His sandwich contained 2 crisp tender juicy cutlets, homemade pickles, avocado and grilled onions with a side of ranch. He also ordered deli a seasoned fries with a hint of cumin. My grilled chicken had a subtle, delicious marinade flavor, topped with Hatch green Chile, avocado, fresh lettuce & tomato - and did I mention their homemade buns? We shared half each, but after my half, I asked if I could take one of the 2 cutlets and give him back the rest - still with plenty of chicken! My son is an eating machine, but he wound up asking for a go box for what I handed back plus most of the half I'd given him. He slurped the rest of his orange Italian crème soda as he said it was time for dessert! He'd strategically saved a tiny bit of room for dessert! Our waitress- who has been with the family since their "Si" days, described what was in the case, then invited us to see for ourselves. After much oohing & aahing, my son had the individual Key lime pie-topped cheesecake & fresh brewed espresso breve. My stomach already aching, I couldn't resist the turtle, since they didn't have plain that day. They also had red velvet cupcakes, other cheesecakes flavors, Italian crème cakes pecan or lemon cookie bars - all generous portions. While we almost couldn't keep from finishing every bite, our stomachs begged for mercy, so my son went home with 3 go boxes! I will be back for my green chile cheeseburger! read more

Came on Saturday morning. Was a short wait, but so worth it. Once we were seated, the service was fast and attentive. We had Gina's Turkey Club and it was amazing. The flavors paired perfectly, and they didn't skimp on the avocado. The mushroom swiss crepes were wonderful as well. We finished with a chocolate cupcake and a tart.
