I visited this store and the girl at the cashier apparently looks upset. When I started talking asking about gluten free options she didn't even let me finish my sentence. She started pointing to the screen display without even knowing what I was going to ask. Then when she finally heard what I asked she was repeating like a broken record the only option Nothing bundt cake has for gluten free. Definitely poor customer service. 10/10 cake!!!! This is the fluffiest & yummiest cake I've ever had. We ordered an 8" red velvet cake with decorations for my mother in law's birthday, and we were all so happy with it. It had this great soft, fluffy texture, with some chocolate chips inside which added a bit of crunch. Beautifully decorated, and kind staff who will help with questions! Nothing Bundt amazing service, amazing cakes, and amazingly clean atmosphere. I am always able to go quickly go in and out. The staff is always patient and friendly, even when I'm deciding between two flavors. New flavor for holidays that are always a must try. Reasonable prices so you can't argue there. Great cakes and customer service! I will be back! I placed an order online the night before for Bundt Tower. The flavors I choose was red velvet, confetti and white chocolate raspberry. The pick up time was for 12pm the next day. I didn't think it would be ready since the order was placed less than 24 hours out. I arrived and the cashier is nice an welcoming. She immediately gave me a greeting. Then she allowed me to take my time and take all the pictures I wanted without rushing me or asking me what I needed. When done taking photos I approached counter and told her I was here for pick up. She went to the back and came back with my order. To my surprise it was ready. The cakes is moist and super delicious! It just melts in your mouth. All three was so good I can't even pick a favorite. The best part besides the taste is always the price. The price was reasonable and worth it. If you need a cake or just want a snack check then out! You won't be disappointed. read more

Never fails to bring joy to your mouth. Flavors are rich and cakes are consistent from state to state. I've had them in nevada, north and south Florida and never needed to wish I had ordered from another store. They are a great birthday treat or for at home entertaining. They do offer delivery at some locations if you get busy during your day or need to arrange a birthday surprise. If you order for a birthday make sure you get someone to place the hats on the cakes on arrival since they are in a package in the bag. Try them, love them. Live & Love! read more

I am a long time customer of Nothing Bundt Cakes. I think they are the BEST cakes in town and the best I have ever had. No complaints about their quality. However, I went to the Doral store today, after trying to call them several times with no answer. When I arrived, "Lizette H," assisted me. I asked for a box of bundtinis. All of a sudden I saw five additional employees walk out of the back. I asked, why don't you answer the phone if you have so many employees? Her response was "We have been very busy." I explained that businesses thrive on customer service. She said, "Oh we have a lot of customers." I said, "but bad customer service will make you lose them." No one is up there forever. After exchanging a not so pleasant conversation, I told her that I was going to write a review on Yelp. I asked for her name and she went to the back. She did not give me her name, however, it was written on the receipt. I spoke with another employee, who is always very nice, and she said that they were just following the owner's order. This is all "Lizette H" had to say, instead of engaging in an argument with me. I expected a little more from Lizette, especially since she seemed like the most mature of the group. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews and I seldom do. However, I believe this incident deserved being mentioned. read more
