The cupcakes don't seem as fresh or flavorful as they used to be, which is disappointing given how much I used to enjoy them. Additionally, the prices have gone up from $1.75 to $2.00 per cupcake, that's one pricey a** cupcake for the size. While I still enjoy the unique flavors and the moist texture of the cupcakes, the combination of declining quality and rising prices makes it harder to justify frequent visits. The other half just tasted like regular cupcakes, good but nothing special. Favs were cookie dough, tiramisu, Reese's, and guava. They're tiny and pretty expensive, $2.30-2.50 per cupcake. When ever I'm in the mood for a small treat I stop at this Mischa's to pick up a cupcake or two. Most recently I stopped by to pick up a couple of boxes to gift to friends. I went as soon as they opened and the cupcakes were all fresh and they had almost all of their flavor options available. For my boxes this time I chose some seasonal flavors like eggnog, ginger snap and coquito to be in the holiday spirit along with some of their traditional options. The packaging is always cute and so are the bags they put them in so makes for a nice little gift to sweeten anyone's day. I'm highly disappointed. Y'all know I love cupcakes. This was our first time in Miami, so I found this place and after reading the reviews, took a chance. The young lady at the counter was super sweet. I didn't know that their specialized in mini cupcakes. I should've known by the price they charged for 4 that something wasn't right. I went about 1 hour before closing on Sunday, so they didn't have much to choose from. I got lemon, red velvet with buttercream, cookie dough, and a chocolate cupcake. The icing was beyond sweet. I had to scrape it off and just eat the cake. The cake was somewhat moist but also had other flavors rubbed off on each one. For instance, lemon had chocolate rubbed off on it and chocolate had red velvet on it. It's like they had all of the cupcakes on the same tray in the back, and she just put them all in the same container touching even more. Their regular sized cupcake was too small for the price. I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this bakery. I ordered the Butterfly Garden Cake for a birthday; the same cake shown in their advertising and display photos, just in a different color (bright blue with sparkling white). The cake I received did not include the butterflies that are shown as the main decorative element in the advertised design. The icing was noticeably dry, and the vanilla layer inside appeared underbaked. The overall taste suggested it may have been refrigerated for an extended period. Because of these issues, the cake was not suitable for serving at the event. I attempted several times to speak with a Pembroke Pine store manager on 11/05 but I was informed that Michelle was on vacation and no one else was available. After insisting on 11/10, I was contacted by a Regional Manager named Amanda. Rather than acknowledging the quality and advertising concerns I raised, she offered a $5 refund and a 20% discount on a future purchase, even though I had already explained that I did not plan to buy from them again. She also declined to provide the owner's contact information, stating it was confidential and that my complaint would end with her. This experience left me with the impression of inconsistent quality control and limited customer service support. The difference between the advertised product and what was delivered, combined with how the complaint was handled, was beyond disappointing. As much as it pains me to give Misha's 2 stars, I feel it's a must at this point. This is the second time I have an unpleasant customer experience at their London Square location. Today we stopped in for a slice of cake. Settled on chocolate because it was one of two options still available. Got home and tried a bite and stopped right there. Cake was dry, totally not fresh and all around disappointing. Even the icing was lackluster. I called the store to see if we could take it back to swap it for a different item and was put on hold while the young lady spoke to her manager. After waiting for several minutes, she came back on the line to tell me she was unable to take back food and that the manager (who was off premises) would call me on Monday morning. Cake is going in the trash and along with the $ we spent on the slice. Next time we'll try a different dessert spot. She's quiet but she has a beautiful smile and a comforting peace about herself. The cupcakes are great and the staff is even better! Yami and DANIELA are the best!!! They are always professional, punctual with orders, knowledgeable about the bakery products, and all-around helpful and awesome! I have shopped at Misha's Cupcakes for at least 15 years primarily at the London Square location, but also at the now relocated spot off US1 heading north. London Square is my favorite location!!! The kindness of Yami and Daniela knows no bounds. And their awesomeness is only accentuated by their amazing boss Michelle. These young ladies have taken Misha's Cupcakes already high standard and blown it through the roof!!! Once, my friend and I were there getting cupcakes to celebrate the life and memory of her young deceased son. It was such an emotional time for us all and the ladies at Misha's shared and showered her with kindness and even threw in a bonus. The cupcakes are delicious, but you better come early if you want the fan favorite... red velvet with cream cheese frosting! My friends and I meet here for our birthdays. I've eaten Misha's cupcakes for years, sometimes just because I craved them, but they seem to be losing their delight. Ordered a bunch the were premade (decorated for Christmas) in batches of 12 and 6, and the batch I kept for me were simply not fresh. Seemed to be hanging out in the fridge for some time. I hope the people I gifted them too didn't have the same experience. I got a glimpse of the frosting appearing a bit melted on one, and even pointed to the ones they just brought out on the cart to see if I could get some of those instead, but the front desk staff insisted that I really wanted me to take the premade ones from their fridge (this was at the London Square location). I didn't like the service on this day 2 days before Christmas, or the fact I wound up throwing out at least 4 uneaten cupcakes from my batch of 6 cause they lacked freshness. The other extremely important issue is cost. 12 cupcakes are now $30!!! What the heck??! Nope, will not be doing this again. Not for cupcakes that get thrown out in the end. The Nothing Bundt Cakes taste better and are definitely fresher. read more

Today I went to pick up the cake and it was smudged/ruined. Clerk told me oh it must have been messed up when they delivered but we can't fix it and there's no refund. So sorry you ordered a special order cake and spent $70 (not the most expensive cake but it was my sons cake), there's no manager and we have no intent on making up for this. Actually here's a 12 pack of cupcakes that should make it better. No that does not make it better! Misha likes to pretend how much they care about their customers and the community but they don't value a customer of 10 years. No pride in your work no pride in your product? I called the main number spent 30mins with reluctant employees and their recommendation was to call Nothing Bundt Cakes! They are so right! Extremely disappointed at Misha's customer service. I purchased a $96 dollar cake which tasted extremely undercooked. I contacted the assistant manager who told me that the manager would call me and requested a picture. I sent the picture and received a phone call 3 days later saying that the cake was not undercooked and they made a mistake in pouring too much of the syrup they apparently use to keep it moist. It was their mistake and they failed to take any responsibility whatsoever.
