A woman reached out to me via Facebook Messenger saying that an employee found a wallet on the ground in the parking lot. She offered to meet me at the bakery to return it, and this was after closing time on a Saturday night. The woman turned out to be the owner of the bakery, and I am so very grateful that she went out of her way to help out a stranger. A big thank you to her and the employee that found the wallet! We bought a birthday cake for my daughter's spa party. We got the 8" with decorations. Having bought plenty of mini bundt cakes before we knew what to expect as far as taste. I think the decorations are overpriced and not worth the money at all. I recommend you save your $9 and decorate the cake yourself. Its a bow with a paper hat that you could find at target or walmart. I also think you could be much more creative. BTW you cant put candles on the cake with their decorations on it either unless you want to set your bow & paper hat on fire. read more

These mini bunt cakes are delicious! They are moist and have a perfect amount of icing on top. We get the Chocolate Chocolate Chip every time because it is the best. I occasionally get the flavor of the month or the carrot cake. They are priced just right. I really wish they sold the bite sized ones in a half-dozen. 12 is just too many to take home just to have an assortment of flavors. Oh my gosh, I love this place!! My husband and I stopped in during an afternoon of shopping and dining in Naperville, and I immediately fell in love with Nothing Bundt Cakes. Parking was very easy. It was busy, but the employees behind the counter greeted us right away and the owner also came and chatted with us- all were very sweet, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The decor is elegant, yet playful- perfect for a bakery! The cakes are amazing. My husband chose the Chocolate Chocolate Chip bundtlet, and after he took a bite, he couldn't wait to take it home- he ate the whole thing during the drive to Ikea! I personally loved the red velvet and pecan praline. We took bundtinis with us as well for a get together we were having with friends in the evening and they were definitely the hit of the party! Everyone was asking where we got them from. In addition to the bundt cakes, they also had very cute baking accessories and serving dishes. Purchased 3 bundlets and a larger bundt cake this past Friday. I never purchased a large cake before and did not know there were stickers on the box with type of cake. Imagine my surprise when we went to serve the cake on Mother's Day and found a red velvet NOT the white chocolate raspberry I had ordered. Your food is great, but everytime I come by, y'all are somehow closed. You guys are closed on Sundays, and close everyday at 6PM except for friday, at 8. After dinner, families want to have desert. Who the hell eats cake at 6PM? You guys also are open at 9AM almost everyday, there is no reason why you can't push the hours back, open at noon and close at 9PM. Who eats cake at 9AM? Each time I have had a great experience and great food! :) The employees were very nice not the mention the manager who was walking around describing the numerous flavors and sizes of the cakes. They have everything from small bite size bundts to large bundt cakes. Very moist, very delicious. I gave a few cakes as gifts for co-workers and they loved them. I've only had the bundlets, so I cannot speak to the buntini's or bigger cakes, but I'm sure they are amazing as well. They are frosted with a yummy buttercream cream cheese frosting an it's heavenly! My son doesn't like the frosting and you can request one without the frosting. My first experience was on opening day. I was disappointed that there were a lot of employees walking around but not many helping customers. I was picking up an order for a large party of 5 dozen bundtinis and all i wanted to do was pick up the order and get the rest of my tasks done for the party. I bought one extra bundt cake to eat before the party and was finally on my way. The bundtinis were a huge hit at the party. People preferred the bundtinis over the sheet cake. Stopped in to check this place out and was really happy I did. Walked inside and was warmly greeted by the two girls working behind the counter. They asked if I had been there before and since I had not they did a really good job of explaining the different sizes and options for flavors. They also gave me a sample of the red velvet cake, which was their sample of the day. It was very good and I almost got that. Instead, I ordered an 8" lemon. Since lemon was not a flavor of the day, they politely explained it would probably take about 10 minutes for one to be ready. I was happy to wait. As I did, other people came in and I observed them also getting the same friendly and helpful service that I experienced. Within the 10 minutes, my cake was ready just as they had said. A little over $20 for the 8" cake. We had the cake that evening after our dinner and it was fantastic. A very moist cake with excellent lemon flavor. The cream cheese frosting is sweet but not too sweet and complimented the lemon flavor of the cake very nicely. I've gone here many times before and I've always been extremely happy with the service and with my bundt cakes, however today that was not the case. About a week ago, I went to buy a cake and the woman at the cash register told me to sign up for the birthday list so that I can get a free bundt cake on my birthday. I did, and I asked the woman if it would activate soon enough so that I could receive my cake on my birthday which was only a week away. The woman told me that it would work and I would receive an email on my birthday so that I could come and get my cake. Today is my birthday, and I did not receive an email. I went into nothing bundt cakes, thinking they could just look me up and I would be able to get my free cake. When I arrived I told the cashier my situation and she told me that it takes a few weeks for the birthday list to activate after you sign up. When I asked her if she could look me up in the system she rudely replied no. I didn't have my drivers license with me since my friend drove me, so without proof of my birthday, they wouldn't give me my free birthday bundt cake. Not only was I not able to get my free cake, but when my friend tried to buy a cake the cashier went to the back room, taking her time making us wait until she came back so we could check out. Overall just a bad day at Nothing Bundt Cakes. :( read more
