I went in Sat morning to try the caramel apple cider cake. Upon arriving at home I noticed it haf already been opened and there was a finger smear through the frosting. I called them to see what they could do. She told me someone out the sticker on wrong and it was the piping bag that made the mark, but I could come exchange it. No problem! The service that was so friendly last time was just not the same today. I stopped in for another pre-paid order and there was a line out the door. Since I saw a lady brining out orders from the back, I asked her if pre-paid pickup orders needed to wait in the same line. So excited this place opened up in Santa Maria. We went opening weekend and tried the chocolate chocolate chip and the seasonal special pumpkin spice Bundt cakes. Both of them were full of flavor, fresh and very moist. The frosting was delicious and a small Bundt cake could easily be split in half or even fourths for smaller pieces. Nice little cozy feeling establishment, the Associates seemed to be eager to describe what they have. I went ahead and ordered 2 small bundt cakes, 1 velvet the other carrot cake. The velvet was fresh and delicious with the small chocolate chips and the carrot cake I left overnight in the refrigerator but it was not as fresh, I should of ate it that day. Overall a good buy. I get there and the older lady with short hair and young lady wouldn't even look up at me. Terrible customer service. I ordered a cake for delivery for my 94 year old grandma. Her care givers had to change their schedule and I needed to adjust the delivery time but their ridiculously convoluted 3rd party system just had me chasing my tail to make an edit to the order. The rep at the Betteravia store basically said you're out of luck, nothing I can do. Too bad so sad. Uber eats is who they say provides deliver services and they are only through the app which DOES NOT connect to the order of you order by clicking deliver FROM THE STORE! ‍ I'll have to waste more time on the day of delivery to see if they can be humans and actually tell the driver there was an error. My guess is they will just keep saying they can't so anything about it. Don't they have to make the cake? Isn't there a name assigned to it? This isn't rocket science it's a cake delivery. read more

I was the only one in the store and it took at least 25-30 minutes for them to get my mini bunt cakes boxed & they do not rotate or have new flavors (like crumble). They only have about 10 or so standard flavors. No flavor of the month or new flavors EVER and all cakes only have cream cheese frosting & NO Flavored Frostings EVER; that was disappointing!! Thank God their cakes are delicious or there's a possibility I would never go back. I purchased the new flavor for a bundtlet "Caramel Apple Cider". I gave my review after trying this out. I guess my first clue was if you have to go to the back to get it, this is not a good sign. In addition to charging an extra dollar due to the caramel. From the second I stuck my fork in it, I knew there was an issue. Its a cross between frozen, gummy, hard texture gross. Hello So I have to say I've been one of the first nothing Bundt cakes customers and has always been my go to for birthdays and for gathering and always a hit.. well today I ordered two chocolate small Bundt cakes and so happy to have my fav place close again until I got home and realized this is not the org frost and I'm NOT happy at all... the org frost was more of a cream cheese frosting but now it's a hint of cream cheese and whip cream not very happy at all... The org frost was the bomb this is weak and thin...I know what it should taste like and THIS IS NOT IT!! The whole point of the Bundt cakes was the amazing frosting and now that is out so am I.... I had a Bundt cake for the first time this weekend. I got the caramel apple cider and it was absolutely heavenly. I'm still thinking about it the next day. I read the last review about the caramel bundt and I'm not sure this person is referring to the same one because the one I had was, as I said, absolutely heavenly. My first taste of Nothing Bundt Cakes was at my daughters. They had a variety. My second time was when the business came by my job and gave a box of tiny bites of strawberries and cream. Now I'm not a strawberry person but this cake was amazing. They also gave me a hand full of buy one get on free flyers I used my flyer and bought the double chocolate and red velvet. Love! Stopped by and picked up some smaller bundts yesterday. They were great! The person helping me was very sweet. They also have a stamp card.
