I have never gone to one of the locations so I can't speak to the service or ambiance. I most recently tried the lemon blueberry, chocolate and red velvet Bundtlets. The biggest takeaway- they are consistently soft cakes. It's always surprising to me how soft because I equate a Bundt cake to being heavier and more like a pound cake. These are more of a true cake or cupcake type of cake. My favorite one by far is the lemon blueberry. It is not only soft, but moist. The chocolate and red velvet lacked some moistness that I look for in a cake. The red velvet in particular was veering closer to a sponge cake kind of texture. I also prefer a higher frosting to cake ratio, it can probably be double the amount of frosting they give. The flavor of the frosting good- maybe not great. I also found the flavor of the chocolate a little strong, I could possibly say too acidic. If I ever got a sweet craving, I would definitely return for the lemon blueberry. read more

I received three of the bundtlets as a gift, and they were solid! The three bundtlets I got were the chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, and lemon blueberry. My favorite out of those three was the chocolate chocolate chip. I liked the flavor of the cake, and I loved the texture that the chocolate chips added. I wish that there were a little more chocolate chips, and while the cake was super soft and airy, it was a tad dry. I have the same complaint about the red velvet cake. The cake was soft, but it was leaning towards the dry side. The moistest cake was probably the lemon blueberry cake, and it had a lovely lemon flavor to it. Some other people who tried the cakes complained that there was not enough frosting on all of them, but as someone who doesn't like a ton of frosting, it was perfect. I also tried the full size bundt cake a few years ago in the chocolate chocolate chip flavor, and I remember liking it then as well. I can't make any comments on the service or ambiance of Nothing Bundt Cakes since I have never been the one to order and pick them up, but the cakes are very good. I was really surprised by these cakes as Nothing Bundt Cakes is a big chain, but I definitely recommend them if you are looking for something a little different from your typical birthday cake! read more

I love this bakery for gluten-free Bundt cakes because I can also purchase wheat Bundt cakes for the rest of the family or for gifts. I like the fact that there is just one Gluten Free flavor, chocolate chip,because there is no mixing it up with the wheat flavors. They don't sell a wheat Bundt cake that is chocolate chip. The Vienna location is great, it usually has consistent good customer service. On my last particular visit, Eleanor stood out. Not only was she personable but she also was able to answer a question I've been wondering about for the past few months, related to their loyalty program. This was the first time visiting this establishment (NBC). FYI arrive earlier to look for good parking. It was difficult for us to find this location because GPS kept saying it's here when it was just a parking lot that you are suppose to use for visiting one of those businesses that surrounded it. Needless to say, we found street parking behind all these businesses and it worked out well. NBC is amazing! The staff (I think most are high schoolers) are young and vibrant. They greet you when you come in, are super friendly, and are so helpful in answering questions, product knowledge, and being efficient. Although it's basically just cake in a different shape, it's a fun idea and they have a cute shop and very friendly staff. My brother and I stopped by on their grand opening, and really enjoyed the textures and flavors of their cakes. They have all the traditional flavors such as your vanilla, red velvet, chocolate, and lemon (my fav). Then they have white chocolate raspberry, snickerdoodle and a few more to spice it up.
