Peanut Butter Cup Perfection (like it size)
    Justine T.

Tasty ice cream. I loved the "peanut butter cup perfection", I just wish they added more Reese's cups into the mix. I felt like it was mostly chocolate ice cream, but it was still good. I really liked "our strawberry blonde" with the big chunks of crust and strawberries. The service was okay, but the ordering system was odd. They would ask customers, all standing in line, out of order. They asked me for my order and then left immediately to prepare it without asking if I wanted anything else, and skipping over my boyfriend. It was very chaotic and not an enjoyable experience. Inside the store was also very narrow and tight. Good ice cream, but I don't recommend this location of Cold Stone.

It has been awhile since I had had Cold Stone, probably ten years or more. There was one conveniently located where I used to live back In Coral Gables, FL on Miracle Mile, then they sadly closed it down. Granted sugar is not the best thing for you but I have such a strong sweet tooth and cookie dough is one of my favorite things on this planet, that and Cuban Cafe Con Leche, really good empanadas, Tostada, and gelato (basically everything that is not great for you but if you are in a bucket list, you only live once kind of mode...you can't resist). But I would usually get the same things there when I went and I was Heaven every time. What makes this Cold Stone great is that they really listen to you, keep the line moving on busy days, are generous with portions, and. really put effort into making sure that the toppings you choose are well mixed into the ice cream. I used to love to replicate what they did as a kid and my wooden cutting board would be my granite slab, I would keep it in my freezer to keep it chilled, break out the Edy's ice cream, mix in my M&M's, warm Nestle freshly baked cookies, along with choc chips and sprinkles and put a lot of elbow grease to make sure all the pieces were well mixed in together. Nothing beats Cold Stone though. I am not sure how they do it but their i cream is delicious. I just appreciate the fact that they put so much effort into making sure your order is exactly right. I remember way back they used to sing every time you tip them in the jar by the register. That doesn't happen anymore, but they should bring it back. It made it fun when they did that at the Coral Gables store. Despite the fact that I will always be a gelato fan, Cold Stone holds its own rank and never gets old. Be aware though, that it is chilly at this location so bring a sweater:)

Stopped by on a whim since I was in the shopping center. I wasn't greeted when walking in and kinda just stood there awkwardly until she finished what she was working on. Everything was smooth though I wish she mix my mix-ins together better; I'll definitely ask for extra stirring next time I suppose. 3.5 stars.

Even on a chilly day, this place had a fairly long line, however it went by pretty quick! This was just a standard Coldstone so nothing really stood out. However, I did notice that they did have a lot of things run out which was a bit disappointing, but not a huge deal as they had so many other options. Overall, it wasn't much different from any other Coldstone store, so if you're craving some ice cream then this wouldn't be too bad! (But there are also a lot of other ice cream/gelato shops nearby which might be a better and more fun experience)

I ordered the chocolate devotion in the like it size and the employee was friendly and very fast. Although after 10 bites, I was getting sugar high, it was an ok size for the price. I felt it had more brownie than ice cream and given the weather I wanted more ice cream than cake. I haven't been to a cold stone since last year and today was the first time I was enjoying ice cream outdoor. May come back again! Note: you can only order take out and there's limited seating outside. Also, bathrooms are unavailable and there was a hand sanitizer bottle that you had to grab and squeeze, I passed on that.

Love this place! The banana strawberry and cheesecake (my custom combo) is one of the best things in the world! The Medium cup is good enough for 2! Although there have been times I've eaten them by myself. Definitely a must try if you are a ice-cream lover.

Where is the love? I was hoping to be greeted with the smiling, chipper face of young teenagers however when I walked in there was silence. No one was behind the counter and I felt as if I waited 5 minutes for someone to arrive. I was so tempted to just fix my own ice cream. Once the young lad came to service me everything was back to 'normal'. He let me sample the sweet cream ice cream and the cheesecake; for some reason, I always have a hard time deciding which I want. Since, I was rewarding myself for no special reason, I splurged on one of the many waffle bowls. Today, I went with a chocolate dipped, pecan sprinkles. There is street parking in front of Cold Stone but if that is full, there are free parking garages to the side and in front is the venue

I've come here more times than I can count fingers and toes and always enjoying getting the coffee lovers and birthday cake remix. The staff is nice and the ice cream is made well. I just wish there was more seating inside and it wasn't such a tight space.

Cold stone is always great. They take whatever ice cream you want and mash in whatever toppings you want on a cold stone. This way the add ins really get distributed well throughout the ice cream. The have pre-chosen signature creations that are a great deal for all of the add ins you get. I really love peanut butter cup perfection! My only complaint is the sizes are called like it, love it, and gotta have it which is kinda embarrassing to order. If you want less that a like it you can get a kids size! If you customize your own you get one free add in so that is a better deal if you only want one topping.

A 2 for $6 coupon ended up totaling $8.26. Who is in charge of the math in Cold Stone's system?!
    Rosie T.

I crave ice cream on a biweekly basis and getting one of their signature creations is such an amazing treat (Founders Favorite FTW)! Signature creations give you a base ice cream flavor, added with a bunch of toppings, then chopped/mixed in all together. Even getting one flavor and choosing just ONE topping (for my last visit I chose cookie butter and Snickers) tastes amazing. The drawback is that most of the time the toppings and waffles are stale. One big piece of a Snickers was so bad that I just spit it out and left it. That being said -- I don't think I will be returning to any Cold Stone again. I don't have a problem with this particular establishment; during my last visit the gentleman who helped me out was so sweet and nice. He gave me generous portions of samples but unfortunately I didn't get his name as he wasn't wearing a tag at the time. My issue is that Cold Stone gives out coupons but they don't honor them or somehow there's a flaw in their system they don't seem to care about? I had a 2 for $6 coupon which, when applied, still rang up to around $8 something. When I asked to confirm whether the coupon worked, the cashier responded that yes, it went through, and pointed out the "2 for $6" code on the receipt. She's definitely not wrong but I have posted the picture of the receipt for fellow Yelpers (who may be better at math than I am) to judge. Something in their system is not adding up and I don't think they should be tricking their customers like this.

Service needs to be improved. Waiting time was incredibly long and rude. Never would I ever be a customer in this location anymore!

I ordered…read morethe hojicha latte float with matcha soft serve, and the matcha flavor was rich, smooth, and on par with Matcha Maiko. I also loved the other ice cream flavor pairings you can choose. The monthly flavor was pistachio, love that! One note is that the hojicha latte at full sweetness was way too sweet for me, so I would recommend getting 50% sweetness instead. My friend ordered the hojicha float with pistachio soft serve and rice mochi, which was delicious and surprisingly filling enough to share. There is only one self-serve kiosk, but service was still fast despite how busy it was. Indoor seating is limited and fills quickly, but I loved the modern green and wood interior and all the natural sunlight.

The mango syrup added a nice fruity sweetness. The rice mochi was quite plain, chewy, and a bit too large. It didn't really hold onto the ice cream well. The only thing that was weird to me was texture of the ice cream, it was slightly grainy for some reason which is peculiar. I also felt it was a bit expensive for what it was. I've only tried their ice cream and haven't had a chance to try any of their drinks yet.
