Their prices are relatively reasonable - cheaper than Lunds - more similar to Cub. The staff are quite friendly and nice, and there are often pretty good sales going on. I have found some good prices on meat and seafoods when these deals are happening - such as crab meat, steaks, etc. All their produce and meats are fresh, but their regular prices can definitely be overpriced for certain ingredients, and sometimes they are not selling or sold out of some rather key ingredients.

Essentially there was no event taking place. I did browse around a bit and ended up grabbing a few items. Seemed like they had great deals and some items you can't really get at other stores. They sell baba's hummus, which I love. The produce looked good and they generally had a lot to offer as a smaller grocery store. I do like that they mostly group items together so you can see all options in one place, like gluten free crackers and next to regular crackers. Same with some dairy free options for other items. They have a ton of parking and if you park underground in the ramp they have a cart ramp to get your items down easier.
