The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. Mental note to not drop your car off after 3pm as a grade school next door is letting the kids out for the day. There is a lot of local traffic and you will be stuck waiting to get into the car wash entrance. It is also a bit confusing where the actual car wash entrance is, as there are parking spaces right outside and not sure if it is part of the car wash facility or not. The next day we brought a second car here and wised up, this time we planned to go to breakfast next door while the car was being washed. It was ready when we got back. The only gripe I have with the second time here is the interior was not that thoroughly cleaned. As part of the pro wash and detailing they are supposed to vacuum and detail the interior. They had the car for 45 minutes so I would have expected the entire car to be wiped down and sparkling inside and out. As I was driving home I noticed the dashboard was still very dusty and it appeared that someone had taken a rag and just wiped a little part of it near the passenger speakers. Most of the dashboard was not wiped off. Disappointing. The exterior was sparkling and spotless though.
