I went in to order a mango sticky rice to go. It cost around $13, and with that, I sort of expected a higher quality and higher quantity. The rice portion was very small, with barely any sauce. I called in an order and the woman on the phone noticed I was ordering tofu and made sure to clarify if I wanted my meal to be vegetarian/vegan since it is traditionally made with oyster sauce. She told me 20min but the food was ready in under 15. I drove my food home (40min) to eat and it was still warm. I also got fried spring rolls and they were still perfectly crispy when I got home. Great service from the moment we arrived. I'm a vegetarian and the server knew right off hand what sauces have fish stock. Something so important when you are catering to vegans. It's listed right on the menu that you can get any dish vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free. My boyfriend had the Thai fried rice with shrimp and he said it was the best he's had. You can get a thai ice tea with coconut milk. That's not always the case at other Thai restaurants. I wish this place was closer to where we lived. I would be in here weekly! My family and I (my wife, daughter, and 3-year-old grandson) came here for an early dinner on July 3, 2026. Like many active toddlers, my grandson briefly stood on a chair and was jumping up and down. The owner approached us and, in what we felt was a very curt manner, asked that he stop. We immediately corrected him, and he complied without any issue. Unfortunately, what made the rest of our dining experience uncomfortable was that the owner appeared to keep watching my grandson throughout the entire meal. We understand the importance of safety and maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests, but once the situation had been addressed and resolved, the continued attention made us feel as though we were being monitored for the remainder of our visit. As for the food, we found the quality to be disappointing, and the portions were quite small for the price. We've dined at several comparable--and even higher-end--Thai restaurants where both the quality and portion sizes offered much better value. At the end of our meal, we asked for an extra takeout container for our leftovers. The owner initially handed us one but then took both the container and the bag back, refusing our request. We found this confusing and unnecessary. Overall, we left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome rather than able to relax and enjoy a family dinner. Food and service is so good The owners are friendly and service is fast! Restaurant is clean and casual, decorated to evoke Bangkok street food vibes. I've been here twice in the past month and every dish has been worth it! The food comes out quickly and tastes fresh. I want to try everything on their menu. I read a lot of reviews before coming, and it seems like a common complaint is the spice level not matching expectations. Almost everything we ordered matched the spice level we expected, except the Massaman was a little sweet. I think a dish being milder is not an issue, as you can ask for chili sauce to make it spicier. read more

Delicious! We randomly selected this restaurant while visiting the Capital. We ordered a lot of takeout out. We were happily surprised! Our favorite were the pad see ewe, pineapple fried rice, and mango sticky rice! But the Panang curry was also very tasty! Highly recommend! read more

We've been looking for a Thai place in the area and have been really disappointed with the ones we tried before this. I could round this up to 3.5 stars, but it was just good not great and I do have a couple complaints. While the food had great flavor, it felt to me like it wasn't as full flavored as authentic Thai. The Tom Yum soup (says Tum Yum on the menu, not sure if that's a joke or not) had only chicken and mushrooms in it, and very little of that. It was mostly liquid. Also, portions were on the small side for the price. I will give this place 5 stars for the ambiance and service. It's modeled after a street stand and I got the vibe immediately! Very cute. Really wanted to like this restaurant but sadly will never be back. My husband and I went in on friday night and seated ourselves per the woman at the desk. After waiting for what felt like forever I thought we maybe ordered at the register, I walked over and before I could say anything the woman told me she is coming with our waters right now. She replied with "well atleast you had a chance to look at the menu." okayyy. Food arrived quickly and was mediocre at best. My husband ordered a 1 star and I ordered 2, why was my dish one of the spiciest dishes I've ever had at a Thai restaurant? This is coming from someone who has had this dish well over 100 times in my life. After we paid for our food I mentioned something to the waitress and she tried to tell me that 2 star is considered mid spicy, how does that make sense when the scale is 1-5? My dish was red in comparison to my husbands plate and there was a ridiculous amount of red pepper flakes left on my dish after we packed up our leftovers. (which we ended up throwing away anyways.) I was enamored by the lovely presentation and as a person who cannot get enough Thai food in her life, I was excited to check this spot out! We were coming back from a local convention and my partner was not hunger so I just ordered a Pad See Ew as the reviews raved about that dish and my partner loves this dish. Unfortunately he did not end up eating the dish as he was full from our breakfast, but he did order a Thai iced tea which was refreshing and delightful. As I received my order, the presentation came out just like the ones from other Yelpers and it smelled divine! I also ordered a side of peanut sauce which was slightly colder than lukewarm, which was surprising but since my dish was hot it worked out. Each bite was a blast of spices and flavors that hit my love for spicy foods. I wished the portions were a bit bigger for the price, especially compared to the different Thai restaurants around Washington state. My first time trying pad Thai and Nou Thai did not disappoint. They thankfully ask for your spice level before placing the order so you can go as mild or hot as your please. The pad Thai was a little on the sweet side, whether or not it is usually a sweet dish, im not sure. All I know is that this one was yummy! We got dinner for four adults and had enough left overs for meals tomorrow. The restaurant is bright, cheerful and clean, with a very cheerful proprietor. We could have called in an order, but we ordered at the place. Food was ready in thirty minutes. It's next to a cute park where you could wait or eat. We walked around the neighborhood too. First thing I noticed with the food was that the chicken was like home made, sliced generously. Not anonymous chunks like commonly found. The peanut sauce was enough to share. We had plenty of rice. Spice levels custom made. My hot sauce loving friend found his curry that was a "5" to be flavorful, but not "spicy". I found the"5" to have a little bit of burn, but didn't need water. After going to the Farmer's Market, my friends and I wanted to try something around the area on a Sunday. We found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out! It's located on the same block as the Heritage Park Fountain, across of the Olympia Oyster House. It's next to Cinco de Mayo Fruit & More on Water St. Theres a parking lot in the back but not sure if it's opened to customers. But there's street parking right in front! They're currently only offering take out. I got the chicken massaman curry, which is really rich in flavor with coconut milk and peanuts, with level 3 spiciness. My friends ordered the pad kee mao (one tofu and one chicken) with level 3 spiciness and a mango sticky rice. On the drive back home, I couldn't smell the strong basil and coconut flavors in the car. Thought the food was going to be eh because of the lack of smell. But it turned out I was wrong. The curry was REALLY GOOD. Super rich and flavorful that I couldn't stop eating it. There was a good amount of potatoes and chicken in the mix that balanced out the curry. Soooooo good. The pad kee mao was also just as good. The tofu was seasoned perfectly that my friend was in love with her dish (thought it was a tad too oily tho). The noodles were full of flavor. Not overwhelming either. Level 3 spiciness isn't too bad at all. I actually didn't taste much of the spiciness (thank god). The mango sticky rice was also really good. They used a coconut milk syrup and soaked the mango and rice in it. It's on the sweeter side but really really good especially with an in season mango. YUM. Definitely recommend this place.
