I am extremely supportive (and wanting other towns to join) of the Full Service Law, evident in Milford, Upton and only a very few other towns throughout the Bay State. After my terrible experience at the Mobil across the street, I thought I'd stop at Plaza Shell this time, as I didn't feel like traveling further into the center of Milford, and this gas station had pretty good prices (alright, it's a little more than the Mobil) and accepts Stop&Shop Gas Points. Plus, it's full serve, and you don't get the stink eye, like at the Mobil station across the street. While there is not an official store, like the Mobil, I'd prefer making an extra stop just so I don't need to deal with those clowns. Plus they do have a small store inside with drinks, cigarettes, and even some candy. Friendly employees, and this station is always less busy than the other too! Located on Medway Road / Route 109, right next to McDonald's. Remember your Stop&Shop card! 5 stars for Plaza Shell.

However, if you need an oil change, minor car repair, or even a propane tank, they've got your back too. Good prices and lots of services. No car wash, but between the other four in town, you'll find another place nearby. Having enough with his attitude, I asked for my card back with intention to leave, letting him know I didn't appreciate his attitude. The matter escalated and he continued his rant by verbally threatening me, calling me a white racist POS, and saying he was going to stick his **** in my mouth. These actions were initially unprovoked and his actions during the entire interaction should lead to his immediate termination.

The attendent said" we don't do full serve gas anymore". We said" you should take down the full service sign". Come to find out through management, that they are still a full serve gas station. They wont be changing to self serve for about 2 weeks. The manager said he will speak to the attendant who was in that night. So disappointed, we really like the location of the station. It was unfortunate to have such an experience, since I am a loyal customer.

They should never force you into giving them any bank card information like PIN number or zip code. This is the second gas station run this way I've encountered in Milford this month. I've spoken with my bank as well as other gas stations in the area, this is NOT normal and should be considered a red flag for fraud. I drove to the Sunoco next to them and had no issue.
