I've been to Nourish twice now for lunch. The location is great because I don't have to leave the building to get here. I expected the food here to be quite expensive since it's convenient and inside the corporate building, but I found the prices to be quite fair and affordable. On both occasions, my meal was less than $8 after taxes. The portions were large enough to keep me full enough to not even need a large dinner after work. The food is made fresh depending on what you get. Sandwiches and wraps are made to-order, and the chips, and fries are generally fresh and don't stay out long because of the lunch rush. I haven't tried the pizza and other cooked foods yet, but I have heard great things about them too. They have rotating deals of the days that are worth a try. Lots of variety so that you don't feel like you're eating the same food every day. Depending on what time you come, you may encounter long line-ups to pay. The service from the food counters move quickly, but it's the payment line that is long. They only have two people to help check you out, and if one of the machines are broken, then you're waiting in line for the one counter to get everyone through. This is the biggest bottleneck of the whole café/restaurant. There are some tables and booths available for you to sit and eat, but most people take food back to their office. I eat here a lot during the work week. The staff is amazing. When you walk in and don't even have to open your mouth because they already know what you want. That says something. I never have a complaint. They are a bit pricy but you're not eating fast food! You pay for what you get! Never had shrimp tacos before. When I first got them I was thinking only 2? I normally eat 3! I ate the filling out of the second one. I didn't even finish all of it. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. A bit on the spicy side. I could have done without the onions but I just picked them off. The beans were a nice touch. Can't wait to eat these again! I love their salad bar. 2 soups daily. I found out I'm allergic to salad, but I eat the toppings. There are pastas in there as well as fruit. Always fresh fruit. There is even an option for morning as well with bagels fruit muffins and oatmeals. Benny behind the grill is awesome. I love his fried egg n cheese sammich! Try it! The bacon is a bit soggy but u can ask him to make it crispy and he will no questions asked. Pam and Lindsay work behind the Starbucks. It's a Starbucks but not Starbucks. You can't use ur starbucks app there. But they do have a card for 10 drinks get 1 free. And they're cheaper than Starbucks. The quality is the same. Nourish can be a bit hit or miss, and the online menu a bit misleading. Thankfully (though unfortunately) of all the options within the Tower City Complex, it's likely the most healthy and good for you. Located on the 8th floor of the Guildhall building (ask security how to get there -- they're friendly) the cafe is a definite improvement over the former cafeteria that Nourish replaced. First thing is there are always simple options available: A burger, a turkey burger and a grilled chicken sandwich made how you like it. There are limited deli options with ham, turkey, chicken and roast beef almost daily (try the chipotle mayo). And there is a giant, fifty foot long salad bar packed with good and delicious options. Then daily the menu changes. I've gotten a delicious Italian pasta tossed with sausage, ricotta and mozzarella, carved roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans. I've had tacos and burritos, pulled pork and roasted chicken, each satisfactory for a filling lunch. The people are okay though some have the warmth of recent parolees who have to be there instead of want to be there, but who can blame them? The last thing I want is someone asking me to take the specialty of the day (let's say roast beef) and ask for roast chicken instead because you don't do beef and also are the mashed potatoes vegan and humanely raised and how were the beans harvested -- were they picked at night? -- because these are clearly important questions and may or may not have happened as I stood behind someone in line. I may have made it up, but I doubt it. The cashiers are helpful and nice and even when I don't come for a while the ever-present woman at the second register recognizes me, even if I can't for the life of me remember her name right now. Sorry, nice cashier lady. You'll also find a fully staffed, fully serviced Starbucks within the cafeteria. Try Nourish for breakfast -- the daily breakfast sandwiches are great, and the salad bar turns into a cereal and bagel and pastry bar for not a lot of cash. read more

They say they serve fresh salads, but that is not what I experienced today. Nothing I find is fresh especially during the end of the week. Today was worst, chick peas were spoiled, spinach was too old and carrots are not edible at all. If you prefer quality and fresh salad then I do not recommend this place read more

Not vegetarian / vegan friendly unless you love salad. They mark chicken and other random meat dishes as vegetarian in their online menu consistently. If you are conscious about what you eat, go to Tower Deli or anywhere else instead. read more

This is a well kept secret for anyone who doesn't work at Sherwin-Williams. Peter's review does a good job of explaining how to find it (it's a bit tricky). I don't work at S-W, but no one has ever stopped me from eating here. It's solid cafeteria style food, with a grill station, sandwich station, meal of the day, salad bar, pizza bar, burrito bar and other options. It's inexpensive and the quality is above average. They sometimes can run out of things and their fries are not worth the calories, but those are minor quibbles when you're getting a solid deal on a good lunch. read more
