I really love this place! I was looking for a good place to study and have a decent healthy meal and this place is it! I got there Paleo Bowl, Nature's Adderall cold brew, and Matcha Glow smoothie! Everything tasted incredible, perfectly seasoned and paired, and the perfect temperature. The staff is super friendly and nice, I ordered at the mobile screen instead of going up to the line to order but delivering my food and asking about the wifi, they were so nice. The music is upbeat yet not distracting for studying or working, I feel like it helped keeping me upbeat and motivated. The seating area is large, tons of different places to sit in variety of chair and table types and I love the subtle flow into a courtyard area with outdoor seating. There are plenty of tables and chairs in different groupings and styles, including a courtyard area with great shade from the building and tiny peaks of sun to enjoy. All the areas have ample plugs, so it is a great place to work from. The menu is full of smart healthy options, including the veggie burger which I got. The smash burger with avocado bun was one of the best burgers I've had in a while, already craving it again! My toddler loved her chicken tender kids meal, and I was happy to see a grilled chicken option that was served sliced into bite size. The one con, is the lack of seating. We, a family of 3 were huddled around a very small table without room to really enjoy our meal. Seems like most people were just sitting around working, (understandable, it's a coffee shop) but we would've appreciated a more convenient place to sit. read more

Such a cool cafe/working space. Huge space with a variety of seating options. Limited menu but everything I've tried so far has been great! They also sell alcohol. Ordering is pretty simple. You place your order at the register and the cashier gives you a number to take and put on your table and then they bring your stuff to you once it's done. There's also a kiosk you can order at if the line is long. There's a water pitcher for you to grab your own water on the bar as well. I love the avocado toast and the wake smoothie. Multiple entrances to this cafe. There were a lot of parked cars in their private lot, but yet the front entryway where the drive-through window seemed completely empty. There's some tables that you can see from the outside as well, and there was nobody sitting there. It looks like one of the entryways for the main café is upstairs then. Looks like a nice coffee shop and cafe once inside. Was craving an oatmeal, got a Buddha bowl and a green tea. $19.44. Wanted something more than the fruit consumed earlier. Ended up with a hibiscus tea I didn't want since the green tea doesn't taste good at all. I found it a bit odd that my green tea was brought to me to the table with no tea bag or ability to steep it myself. Their green tea doesn't take like green tea to me at all. I ended up getting hibiscus instead. Should have known better, half the bowl is filled with white rice that's they worst mushy white rice ever. The chicken is good at least, Brussels sprouts aren't bad. The half bowl of rice is really bad, so mushy and gross and beyond overcooked. I ate around the rice since it was so bad. The peanut sauce pairing is good. The Buddha bowl has some decent heat to it without hot sauce. Their hot sauce is Cholula sauce in packets. The Green Goat Cafe had a very cozy feel. The decor was warm and inviting, despite being a very large space. You noticed it the minute you walk in. They had a large food and drink menu. The focus is primarily healthy food. They had some vegan options or vegan available, but the staff person we dealt with did not seem familiar with the vegan options available. Upon arriving you order at the counter and take a number to your table. The service was efficient and the food was cooked well. My favorite part was the water station. You could still or sparkling and many different flavors. It was a nice addition to our meal. There seemed to be ample parking. The parking lot is a one way, so if you aren't as familiar with the area your it could be confusing. I look forward to stopping in during the summer and sitting on the patio. read more

Not gonna lie each time I've been here I haven't paid for my food. Both times were work meetings. That said, while the space is incredible with brick façade, a crazy courtyard with a skylight and fun building design...the same can't be said for the food. This place is GREEN like the name says but as someone who leans vegetarian, I've had good tasting veggies, salads, and healthy food. Unfortunately, this place is not that. Seasoning doesn't find its way into much else other than salt on fries. While ingredients are fresh (meaning not wilted) they lack flavor and punch. The food is bland and the prices outrageous and puts a bad rep on health food being just that, expensive and boring. Green Goat is just the cutest little cafe which is perfect for brunch, coffee or just a quick healthy snack/pick me up. They have such a diverse menu that includes breakfast sandwiches, bowls, burgers, flatbreads, coffee, smoothies, and cocktails - I really had such a hard time choosing what to get! You order at the register first and then they will give you a number to take with you as you seat yourself. The cafe itself is very spacious and there's even a cute little courtyard where you can also sit outdoors to enjoy your food/beverages. I've gotten a breakfast sandwich and smoothie here, and both were delicious and satisfying. I will say that you are definitely paying a bit of a premium for the quality of the ingredients though :') their smoothies come in the tiniest of cups and cost $9-10! I enjoyed my time here nonetheless and would still come back for the vibes. Overall, Green Goat is a a cute cafe with delicious and nutritious menu items. Four stars for Green Goat Cafe, and here's why... I came on a Wednesday morning and spent a good bit of time and money while I was here working for a few hours. They have a small parking lot (which was full the entire time) and paid street parking out front. However, I don't recommend staying for too long because you can only park in the zone out front for two hours before having to drive a good ways to another one. The entire inside is trendy, with large murals on the wall, comfy seating, and a good variety, and a really nice outdoor patio. They had strong wifi and I did enjoy getting some work done there. As for drinks, I ordered an iced honey bun latte that comes with oatmilk, honey, and cinnamon. It was super delicious and definitely gave me the boost of energy I needed. As for food, my coworker and I shared a few things and both got our own entree. We shared the amalfi toast and a side of their G.O.A.T fries. Neither were very exciting and we totally thought the toast would have avocado on it. Not sure why... maybe because that's expected when you see toast on a menu. The toast was pretty much just a bruschetta toast. I would have loved for it to have some basil on top. As for my main meal, I went with the ultimate sammy, with avocado instead of a sausage patty - a great recommendation from my server when I mentioned I was vegetarian. It also had a crispy potato (loved the texture), two eggs, cheese, and an interesting blueberry catsup. Overall, it was pretty good, but not the best ever. I'll end by saying I felt things were a bit over priced for what I got. Example - $7 for fries with two sauces to dip was a bit much. $11 for toast with a bit of tomato and mozzarella on top, a bit much. This is THE spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or just a coffee while working! Not quite downtown, ample parking, but close enough to downtown to walk if you're a commuter. The food here is always excellent! The menu isn't huge, and I appreciate that! I'd rather have a few simple, well executed choices than dozens of sub par items. The coffee menu stands out, allowing you to be somewhat adventurous without straying away from everyday favorites. I have been drinking bulletproof coffees for the better part of a decade, this one (along with Rebol and Townhall) are by far the best in the city. The service here is more casual, ordering at the counter feels like it allows you a bit more freedom to explore the space and choose what zone you feel comfortable in that day. There are a few different indoor seating areas and one outside atrium/patio (great in spring and fall, but a bit hot in the summer). The place is well designed, always clean, and a nice change of pace, especially for the area. Breakfast offerings include a couple different egg sandwiches, some bowls and a few traditional favorites. My go-to is the paleo bowl, but I've never had a bad meal here (the burger is fantastic as well and available any time). Hoping this place sets an example for how this area could look over the next few years, and hoping other business owners take note! The stack burger literally made me ill so salty. If there was a contest for worst food in Cleveland this place is the winner no debate. It was expensive. They said they were out of golden milk tea/turmeric lattes. Or that they weren't making them. Why? For those who have an allergy to coffee it's stressful to suddenly be told you're not able to make one of the few things on your menu that they ARE able to have. So I tried the Hibiscus iced tea - it was good! Came in a mason jar! But it includes something called allulose, according to the menu: are we supposed to understand what that is? *Watered down oat milk * matcha latte was weak and tasteless. Their excuse was they make their oat milk in house from a Powder and add lots of water... Had them remake an oat milk latte because it tasted like weak coffee; but the *Sour almond milk* latte with a nasty aftertaste was even worse. Fries are not GF though not labeled as such. I was excited about this place... but it just seemed to miss the mark every time. How can you emphasize your GF and dairy free options, then serve Poor quality alternatives or say you don't have it that day? In addition... The entire experience, from the moment you walk in until the final bite of that delicious perfectly toasted brioche bun and carefully curated scrambled eggs with juicy thick slices of bacon, was top notch. Overall this is a great spot!!! There is beautiful outdoor eating spots as well as indoor space as well. The patio doesn't feel like the outskirts of downtown at all. I recently stayed at Airbnb just above this Cafe and was very excited to wake up and stop by the Cafe every morning. It is a huge cafe with many cute spots to sit and enjoy your coffee or work. They have a nice open patio in the middle of the building. I went twice and the first time I had great 5 star service. Second morning we waited about 30 min for two coffees and it was not busy. By the time I got my coffee it was already cold as I believe it sat out while the second coffee was made. Amazing place!! The atmosphere is top notch with the vibe this place has. It's like they are selling an experience and these type of places have a lot of thought and personality behind it which I admire. From the decor to the chill music and layout this place is great. I also appreciate this place that also serves quality coffee and lattes with the vibe! When I first go to a place that makes me feel inspired I like to go all out and try more options than usual so I ordered an oat milk latte, power smoothie and all day-egg sandwich. The latte was very smooth and had a balanced coffee to oat milk flavor, and they exceeded on my latte art request especially with my wife's mocha oat milk latte teddy bear design! The egg sandwich was very tasty especially since I told them to add Mayo as I don't like dry sandwiches. My wife's mocha also had a great balanced flavor of chocolate and oat milk, and her BLA was tasty and refreshing. The only thing about the food I didn't agree with is the size of the smoothie for the price. It comes in a small jar and for $13 it's a stretch even though it tasted good but not exceptional. And what was disturbing is the placement of the menus... it's right in front of the register and whoever is in line checking out blocks access to the menus, please move them over to the side where we don't have to interrupt customers to grab a menu. We're so glad we checked this place out and I love how their ingredients are super clean. We will definitely come back and I will add this to my top restaurants in the area list. I recently discovered Green Goat from my friend and it has quickly become one of my favorite study spots. My boyfriend and I stuck around for lunch today and got to try a couple of their menu items.
