I found Lords Cleaners and Laundry close by and decided to give them a whirl even though some of the reviews on Yelp were trending negative but the reviews were more than a year old. I called the establishment. The person answering was helpful with providing information on their services. I went there and handed over a small load of laundry with standard items with no specialized or sensitive cloth or materials. I could have opted for one day turn around or next day service. Nice options! The establishment itself could use a remodel or update, but you can't go on "looks." The next day I received a reminder phone call that my laundry was ready for pick up. The laundry was neatly folded and stacked in a paper bag. The price was just a tad bit over what I estimated but I was very satisfied with the outcome and fresh clothes for my trip which made it worth it for me. I should mention that there is a dry cleaning service available but I did not inquire about this service. So this place is not spiffy or modernized. But I respect that this is a family run business and they know what they're doing. I would strongly recommend this place for laundry and I would expect their dry cleaning to be a similar efficient service.

I spoke with Jeanne the entire time through email. She was attentive and helpful, and was able to easily set everything up for me. The day of our event, I was notified of the ETA of the bathrooms and they were delivered in the morning for our evening event. All our guests really liked the bathrooms, particularly because they had AC and music. I liked how this particular model was spacious. The cost was fair for what you get, and if I have another event, I would definitely consider ordering these bathrooms again!
