Thought, on my way back, I'm stopping in. I arrived around 7pm on Friday night. The place was packed! All the seats were taken inside and a lot outside as well. Parking lot is kind of small, but it's in a shopping center, so you can find parking still nearby. As busy as it was inside, I walked right up to the counter, no lines. My cashier was nice and cheerful. One of her co-workers was leaving her shift for the night, and the 2 did a cute little hand shake. Took a minute to pick what I wanted. Basic cheese burger, fries, and a drink. I was given my receipt which had my order number on it. My whole meal was $9.00 Burger was outstanding. Crisp tomatoes, crisp lettuce. The bun is toasted but also soft. Cheeseburger also had a slice of white onion. Cheese was yellow cheese, and not melted on the burger. Loved the burger completely. Fries. Although the fries are fresh, and while I waited for my order, I could see a young lady putting potatoes through a fry cut slicer. I mean, you can literally see them being made. But they just didn't do it for me. They almost tasted stale. They were salted perfectly though. Very light salt. Perfect in that retrospect. I got a cherry Coke, although I don't drink soda often, I truly enjoyed the soda. Sometimes they have a syrup kind of taste. Cherry Coke didn't, and it was great. Didn't take long before they called my number. I sat along the bar against the window. I watched the drive thru cars leaving. The bar was clean, seat was clean, and the floor around was clean. The whole restaurant was super clean. One person was sweeping, another followed behind with a mop. It was like a perfect sync of cleaning duties. They had it down to a science. I did use the bathroom as well to wash my hands, and even the bathroom was clean, and well stocked with soap and paper seat covers and TP in the stalls. Even the trash cans looked like they had just been emptied. Even though they were cranking out food for the drive thru and inside, they still took time to keep the dinning area clean. Way To Go.

Craziest thing happened to me today, 7/15/26. I live in the Georgetown/Liberty Hill area and I work…read morein Leander. I ordered a meal in the app from my house in Georgetown for the local McDonalds restaurant (8221 Hwy 29), but when i went to pick it up, it said the order was ready at Leander McDonalds (1445 Hwy 183). "Aggggggg)!!!" Now I'm thinking I must have not changed the location, which I'm sure I confirmed it when I ordered. So from previous experience I know I must go to the restaurant that I originally chose. So I drive to Leander as I get in the drive through line and press "I'm here", the app tells me "Looks like you're at the wrong location, you should be at 8221 Hwy 29, GT." The location I just drove from. AAAAGGGHHH! As I'm trying to explain to one of the McDonalds associates, a couple entered the store with me and they appeared to be connected with the restaurant. They brought supplies and gave them to the store manager sitting in the lobby. I kind of casually mentioned to the young man that I think their app is glitching. I showed him my phone which was stuck between the two locations. He tried to correct it, he tried to test it, we even verified the location was accurate but nothing explained what happened. He asked me what I ordered and he comped my meal. I know people always give most fast food restaurants a hard time, but I wanted the readers to know that at McDonalds restaurant #33054, located at the intersection of Hwy 183 and Crystal Falls, with Lowe's and the Goodwill store, these folks care about the customer and go out of their way to make it right. My meal is probably sitting on the counter at 8221 Hwy 29. But it's ok, because 33054 is my #1 favorite. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

A bourbon peach smash, an old-fashioned, and a Moscow Mule. Our bartender was a sweetie. I can't say anything about the food, but everything that passed by looked delicious. I had my typical brass tap experience as its happened almost every time I've gone to any location. They were out of the first beer I ordered (martinhouse columbiana) so I decided to try them bourbon menu instead. I was excited to try cypb for $25 and they were out of that too. What is the deal with their menus never being up to date?! Beer selection was fairly limited too, about half of what the other locations used to have on draft and really no craft bottles or cans. Well, we decided to get some food since it was pouring outside so we couldn't leave easily. The bartender said the Brussels sprouts were the most ordered shareable so we ordered them. They had bacon but they were so overcooked that every bite tasted like really burned bacon. I was going to try to send them back but our waitress never asked if they came out OK so I just let it be. Overall, very disappointing visit.

I took a picture, but it disappeared... The salad was tossed in a very large amount of Caesar dressing, too much for my taste and took away from the overall taste of the salad. This place has tons of food options, I will definitely be back, but will make another food choice. The reason I am definitely coming back is because of the service. Presley gave outstanding service from the moment. I sat down to the time I was leaving the restaurant. There were approximately six parties in the entire restaurant and my drink went dry a couple times. The food is good when it comes out, but asking if things are ok and walking away before getting an answer is not good. This is my 5th time here, and this is the only complaint I have. The service is shabby. Food is great... service is why I'm keeping it at 3 stars for now. I'll come back next month.

I ordered two chicken tacos and one beef (crispy, of course!). The chicken was absolutely delicious, and the ground beef tasted homemade not overloaded with taco seasoning, just simple and flavorful the way I like it. And the salsa bar... oh my goodness. They had nine or ten different items, and you can bring as much as you want to your table. That alone makes it worth the visit! The place was packed, which says a lot. We actually stayed for about three hours just enjoying conversation and the decor. The staff were so kind and smiling the whole time. Definitely will be back!

We also ordered the chicken enchiladas with the green sauce. That was no better. There was only very bland tasting chicken no cheese or anything. They had no unsweet tea available and it was noisy in the restaurant. There was hardly any people there. It was the music and them banging something around in the back.

The server was adamant about us tasting the flavors before we made our selection! We got the strawberry chunk, mango sorbet, salty little secret, vanilla & pistachio. Since we were new, we let the other people go first. The line moved very slow in total. It took about 15 minutes before it was our turn to sample their flavors. For me personally, I was a bit bummed to see all these delicious flavors that were available, but I wasn't able to sample many of them because I have a dairy allergy. So that being said, they only had one flavor that I could try at the time I did appreciate that they had a laminated sheet of paper that listed all of the allergens and all of their flavors, so anyone that had an allergy could quickly see which flavors they could try and which ones they should avoid. During my visit, I ordered their mint basil sorbet which was very good. At five dollars per scoop, it's definitely on the pricier side. However, the ambience inside this ice cream shop was nice and I could see myself hanging out here socially if they had more dairy free options. But overall, I had an okay experience here. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They are located in a small plaza with ample parking. It was also easy to get in and out of the parking lot, which I think is a big plus.
