I highly recommend this place for a Brazilian restaurant! We came here for a birthday celebration and they made sure it was a great experience! I am craving it days later and have recommended it to everyone I know! The ambiance was wonderful and it was really clean! The staff were so friendly and helpful and since I made a reservation, we were seated right away! They had a salad bar and let us know we could go anytime. They started us out with these amazing cheese rolls that I want all the time! I love them and will come back and be sure to order multiple orders of them! My wife and I went here on a date night after dropping our Scout off for his first Troop campout. The atmosphere is nice. It's a medium-sized venue, and there is a private room for small parties. I enjoyed being there, and I would recommend it for families, couples, or colleagues. With an open dining room, people-watching was also fun. I mean...the service is about as good as you can get anywhere! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable (even willing to joke around). My favorite is the lamb, so they joked with me a bit. The Lamb Chops were better (that is gamier) than the Leg of Lamb. My wife doesn't care for the lamb, but she likes the other meat offerings plenty. When we asked for specific meats...they would bring them. Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us. The bite-sized cheese breads are AMAZING, however, I do prefer the Polenta that other places will serve over the mashed potatoes. Highly recommended! read more

Came the day before Valentine's Day because we wanted to avoid the crowd. We drive 45 miles (about 50-min to an hour with traffic to dine here specifically) This time service wasn't top notch like the other two times we came to visit, our waiter/server wasn't the same guy, although he did acknowledge us and greeted us with a welcome back. I was helped out with my seated pulled out for me, which I appreciate. The entire stay I was not offered a refill on my drink, neither were my daughters- I had wanted a piece of picahna, and the gentleman going around said he would be right back... he came back maybe 10-15 minutes later to offer it to me but by that time I didn't want it anymore, and felt full. Hey, it's a fun place with great service. Loved the setting, food was amazing, salad bar was ok as far as selection and love that they have kids prices. Adults are $60 each for dinner. Kids (6-10) are $30. 5 and under free. Also appreciate them being full disclosure with prices on their web site. We came here for an anniversary dinner to try something different that we don't normally get. Do not regret our decision at all! The interior is modern, clean, not too bright but not super dark. Good for a date. The service was suuuper friendly and attentive. The salad bar items were great, though I only went once because I wanted to prioritize the meat. They had plenty of options from veggies to rice, even sliced meats and cheese. The meats were obviously the star. I really don't remember the names of most of them but there were a couple that really stood out. Either way, you won't be disappointed, they also make sure they cook it to your liking. For a surprise Christmas lunch, my boyfriend reserved a table for us at Bitelo and it was the BEST experience! It is very clean and the service was on point. They made us feel like royalty. Every need was met before we even noticed we had one. The food was delicious! I recommend choosing your favorites at the salad bar (it's great to pair with your protein throughout the meal), get situated at your table, then let the MEAT BEGIN! I don't know about you, but Wonder Wife and I always struggle with what to eat for dinner. It's crazy-making. Neither of us can think of anything that 'sounds good' and every suggestion from either of us is met with a 'meh', at best. On a whim, I figured I'd look up Brazilian steakhouses because I haven't been to one in a while. Bitelo was the closest, so off we went. Overall, the food was very good. I could nitpick on a couple of things , but there's no real point. Anything I didn't like was just personal preference and not a problem with food quality. One exception - the mashed potatoes were watery and tasted like they came from a box. But the cheese bread was the best I've ever had at any Brazilian steakhouse. The meats were outstanding. The chicken legs are some of the best chicken I've ever had. The pork ribs were meaty and had a great pork flavor, the sausage was delicious, and all of the beef cuts were excellent. We had a dessert - Creme Brulé - and it was out of this world. What really surprised us was the service. The staff is unbelievably attentive. I highly recommend coming here if you can. As with all restaurants of this type, it's going to be on the expensive-ish side. However, the food is good and the service is top notch. read more

I treated a friend to a birthday dinner here last Friday. The place wasn't too crowded so I got to pick a table near a cool painting of a bull for us. Everyone was attentive and the food was great. Some of the meats were a bit too salty or garlicky for our tastes but all very delicious. We had to wait a bit for another round of filet, but they made a new batch for us. The salad bar had many choices. I tried their coconut caipirinha which was really nice and they lowered the sugar content for me. My friend got the tropical fruit one and it was yummy! I've been to a few Brazilian steakhouses in the past, and Bitelo did a good job delivering quality meats and experience. They gave us a birthday flan and even some champagne flutes to toast. I went to celebrate a few big milestones for the year. This was one of the best meals I have EVER had! The drinks take me back to Brazil every time. The food here is just amazing and the service even more impeccable. Mother's Day was so fun and I am grateful they fit me in on such a big Holiday. We enjoyed another great meal here this evening. We celebrated Valentine's Day. They have a nice salad bar, but of course you have to be really careful not to fill up on salad or you will be unable to enjoy the delicious bites of the wide variety of meats that they offer ! A few of our favorites are the filet mignon, the top sirloin, the bottom sirloin, the little chicken drumettes -the bacon wrapped chicken, the pork ribs, and they are now offering caramelized, pineapple, sliced right off the sword. My granddaughter and I could not get enough and probably had about four or five servings. It was absolutely delicious. They also bring a basket of Brazilian rolls, a small side of mashed potatoes and a small side of plantains , in all honesty they are really not needed, but it's very nice and makes your meal complete. I have to tell you those Brazilian cheese rolls are addictive!!! I didn't realize that Bitelo's is family owned and operated ! I was chatting with one of the young gentlemen that bring around the tasty meats and told him that I recognized many of the people that were serving and the manager as well and that's when I found out they are all siblings. That's truly amazing. They do an absolutely incredible job of customer service. In fact I don't know other restaurants where they pull your chair out. Wait for you to sit down, put your chair back in and place your napkin back in your lap! They are just so respectful and so kind. The ambience is very nice. They play some music in the background it's pleasant, but it definitely does not cause problems when you converse it's kept fairly low volume wise. The dining area is quite large and they have a beautiful bar on one side of the room, we also noticed a private dining area , so I'm sure that can be utilized for special events. Excellent food, scarily attentive service. We came in for an early-ish dinner. Meat, gorgeous meat! Srsly tho: well seasoned (not too salty), good wine list with a bottle or two discounted. Salad bar spread had great shiitake mushrooms and hella spicy tiny red peppers. Our faves were leg of lamb, lamb chops, and absurdly moist beef rib (the server brought over on of those dinosaur-sized ones to carve). I'm sure they have great desserts as well, but the roast pineapple and fried bananas filled in all the cracks. Came to about $90 for each including splitting wine. Nut allergy friendly: Only one of the desserts has nuts. We had a reservation and were seated very promptly! Salad bar: Decent variety. Highlights for me were the candied bacon and shiitake mushrooms. Family loved the heart of palm. The salad bar is overall very pure, with minimal sauces on the vegetables. Sausage (3/5): Adequate, a bit salty. Chicken wrapped with bacon (3.5/5): Also a bit salty, but very flavorful and tender. Filet mignon wrapped in bacon (4/5): Perfect medium rare bite. I think it'd be better without the bacon adding saltiness. House Special Top Sirloin (5/5): One of the best, most flavorful cuts. Ask for doubles. Pork rib (2.5/5): Extremely tender, but a little game-y. Bottom Sirloin Prime Rib (2-4/5): Interesting bark, also very tender, more pure steak flavor and less salty. My first piece was very tender but my second was for some reason quite dry. Top Sirloin Picanha with House Sauce (5/5): Also perfectly tender, and the house sauce adds a unique spice kick.. delicious! I prefer the house sauce to the garlic one (4/5). Ribeye (4.5/5): Got a little too much fat, but the meat was excellent, tender and not too salty. Lamb (5/5): Perfect lamb. The Leg of Lamb is even better with the lemon pepper reduction they use (6/5). There's a pasta and rice bar in the corner that I didn't even notice til the end, if anyone needs carbs. Overall, this is one of the more "pure" Brazilian steakhouses I've been to, with commitment toward service and quality of meat with less sauces on the salad bar. A really great experience. My family and I came here a few days before thanksgiving this year. The moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted with the kindest staff and practically had the place to ourselves. To be honest I don't understand why this Brazilian steakhouse isn't packed with people. It's possible the location is the reason as it is located in a random strip center in the suburbs of cedar park. The salad bar was packed with fresh salads, raw/roasted vegetables, different types of charcuterie options and more. The meat options are what you find at typical Brazilian steakhouses which were seasoned very well and served piping hot, fresh off the grill. The stand outs for me was the garlic house picanha and ribeye, I literally could not get enough. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant, the service and food is top notch. read more

Tonight my favorites were the house special (MUST HAVE as many times as you can handle lol), and the ribeye. SO. YUMM. I ended up visiting the salad bar before leaving and they've got a good selection there, too. They bring these mashed potatoes to the table sprinkled with some cheese, so good with all the meat. Of course the fried bananas are fire too. The service is unbeatable. I mean they pull your chair out, they say "enjoy" after they bring food to the table, they ALWAYS make sure our water cups are full, they come by multiple times to ensure your food is just right. And I just LOVE that they ask each person how they like their meat cooked. Really just top of the line service here. The vibe is small, but I love it. It's like quiet and close but still airy. Easy access to the salad bar. That's great, love that. The music is sultry and I'm HERE FOR IT. Also ALL staff I've encountered here have been top notch, A1 truly. Had another great meal here yesterday. Came for lunch. Tried some things we didn't have before like the lamb, which was fantastic. Love the grilled pineapple as well. All I say is this: we recently tried a competitor at Arboretum and can't wait to go back to our usual spot - Bitelo. Bigelow is atmospheric, offers excellent food and service. Will say though that a salad bar could have offered a better selection, especially for kids (would rice be too much off theme?), but it's not a huge shortcoming all in all. I made a reservation and when we arrived we were seated right away. I ordered the top shelf Caipirinha and it was strong but refreshing. The cheese bread was delicious and fresh. The fried banana and garlic mashed potatoes were also good. The highlights of the meat cuts were the chicken, sirloin, garlic pichana, and ribeye. The bacon wrapped chicken was a bit salty. Some of the meat cuts were also fatty. I had the flaming cheesecake for dessert. It wasn't too sweet and the ice cream was a nice touch. Ya know I came here on crutches. They were probably the most accommodating people I've ever seen. This felt like extremely high dining. The food was incredible. I probably had the best lamb chop of my life. The sides and salad bar are phenomenal. The mashed potatoes are divine. The house Pinot noir was wonderful as well as whatever flamey caffeine drink they served me with dessert. The molten chocolate cake was incredible, and plated in the most beautiful manner. 10/10 would recommend this for you and a date. The low lighting, and nicely set tables make for a great date. The atmosphere is perfect for some intimate conversation that doesn't get overheard. Best meal I've had in a hot minute. For me by myself ( date stood me up) it was $100 dollars before tip , for two drinks dessert and a meal. I think for how much I ate like a starved animal, and the quality of the meal , it was 100% worth every penny and then some. I'll be eating here again. read more
