I had a flare up with my rosacea and went to a dermatologist in GH a month prior. He looked at me for 5 minutes, gave me a prescription and off I went. No real direction, no real empathy. Fast forward a month later nothing changed. It was worse. I went to Nouveau to get IPL hoping that would help. I was received with a warm welcome, amazing support by both the aesthetician and the doctor and left with seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. For the future, things I would do differently with a new technician: I would find out how many units they are using BEFORE they inject me. Dr Rubins is heavy handed, I have sagging after botox. Sigh. I will go back, because the price was good. Maybe that's what happens with a good price, the spa will over inject to still get $$. I would suggest to ask her to do less than she thinks, then go back for a touch up. It's better than paying for a stroke face. Play it safe and with caution at this location! read more

This spa is a wonderful addition to the harbor! I recently visited the spa for a Vitamin B shot and then for an immune boost IV. Dr. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable and can assist in identify treatments that can be helpful for whatever area you are looking for improvement. As a person with an auto immune disease it has been helpful to explore alternative methods of improving my health. The staff is super friendly and works together to make your experience the best it can be. I have plans for future treatments including the NADS IV therapy. Simply stated Dr. Rubin, Dr. Polo and the entire staff are the BEST! Dr. Rubin, and Dr. Polo, are what you hope all doctors would be like...they really care about you and they listen! I have been seeing Dr. Rubin for years now. She was able to dial in my hormones after not getting results from two other doctors...If any of you are dealing with the effects of menopause this can be life-changing! I have also done the Mona Lisa treatment with extremely good results. Before successful hip replacement last year Dr. Rubin recommended I do infusions that gave me the best possible way to help my body recover and heal to the best of its ability.
