I was able to call and book an appointment on Friday morning for that afternoon. I was running late and was able to push it back a few times, which led me to believe that they weren't busy or didn't get that much business. Upon arrival, I notice that inside was pretty big but also tight because they were packed. Most of the technicians had people in their chairs. They just move really quickly and were able to get folks in and out. I got a full set with Lee. I also got a pedicure but unfortunately, I forget the boys name who did it. The pedicure didn't even last one day, which was so disappointing. By the time I got to my event the following day, most of my toes had already chipped off. It's so frustrating when you pay for a service that doesn't last. When I do my toenails myself, they last for weeks because I don't use cheap polish to begin with, as well as I use SECHE VITE (a fast drying top coat) to seal the deal. I wish nail salons would invest in this and other quality polish for regular mani/pedis. Anyways, I absolutely LOVED my full set and am glad I found Lee. She was quick and efficient, although she had to keep leaving to answer phones, etc (maybe she's one of the bosses or managers). But I will continue to get my full sets with Lee. read more

To have those silly Air Pods in your ear while your working on a customer. I couldn't figure out the entire time if we was talking to me or not. He was on his phone the entire pedicure. Once I got off the massage chair, and went to nail dryer. That was it. I stopped getting gel pedis. He never checked on me, or nothing. Nail salon looks a little grimy, and bathroom could do better. I've been visiting some really cool small businesses, and Nouvelle Nail Spa is one of my favorites for my mani/pedi needs. The staff is welcoming as you enter. It's kept very clean and organized. They are all skilled technicians. However, I've built a good relationship with (Ryan?) and Dee. I have been going to Nouvelle Nail Salon for about two years. Amy has taken great care of my nails and I have been generous with her as well. About 6 weeks ago the only appointment available was at 5:00 on a Saturday evening. I took the appointment reluctantly because I know they are busy in the evening. Amy kept me waiting for 45 minutes then she was incredibly rude to me. When I told her nicely that one of the nails was stuck underneath she told me not to tell her how to do her job or she'd kill me. Really?? Is that something you say to anyone? Especially someone who has been nothing but kind and has tipped generously?! The next time I needed an appointment I couldn't get on her schedule so I went to another tech, but it wasn't as good. She has now told me that her schedule is full and she isn't interested in doing my nails anymore. She has also been rude to two other friends whom I have sent to Nouvelle who have decided not to go back. I've recently heard other people comment on the change in personnel and the attitude of everyone in the shop. Life is too short to put up with rude, insulting people. Went for the first time and not the best experience. I said I was in for 9 o'clock appointment but because I didn't say the person's name, I saw two other people. They never asked me what my name was and if I was here to see someone in particular. I guess we can both be blamed for that however, when I mentioned it, they put the blame solely on my shoulders. They did not seem apologetic at all. After I left I ran some errands and by the time I got home my gel nail manicure was peeling. I called to let them know and the guy who did my nails was irritated at me because I was irritated. Not good business practices at all. It seems this place is a hit or miss depending on which tech does your nails. A friend had recommended this place and I was hoping to find a go to salon in moco!! I believe I got Linda and she nicked my cuticle really deep and it continued to bleed for the rest of the manicure. I also felt extremely rushed through the process, she did my entire set in around 35 mins. I get dip with extensions a lot and the prep for my extensions felt really rushed. My friend that I came with got Lee and I sat around waiting another 30 mins for her manicure to be finished. Lee was chatting with us and took her time with my friends nails. Her manicure looked beautiful and she was happy with her experience There also seems to be some issue with pricing, when I called to make the appointment I was told 55 for dip and extensions, and was told the same price again when I entered the salon, but was suddenly told it was 60 at the end?? I was charged the the extra $15 for a gel pedicure - when I noted that I did not ask for gel but asked for regular- they only took off $5. This was all after confusion around the incorrect description of the deluxe pedicure in their menu (and on website), which states it includes paraffin AND collagen; somehow customers are supposed to just know that it should be "OR". This place is insanely expensive .. they charged me 18 dollars for eyebrow threading which was not even best threading I got.. Even for pedicure they charge way above other and has caused inflation in rates overall in Clarksville. After the Pedicure my feet were more cracked than ever.. their regular nail paint is horrible and they say if you want better nail paint pay extra. I accidentally smushed my nail paint, asked the lady to correct and she gave me angry looks Overall very unhappy with the customer service.. I had a appointment at 10am with Dee, she was friendly at first but I had a awful experience. Not professional nor perfectionist as a artist and she did make me bleed on the back of my pinky nail and then she put a glue on my skin to stop my bleeding. One of my stumps shape was done way off then the other and I asked her to fix it she said next time and I made her due it but it still looks and feels undone well. My Pedi paint is not done well. The paint is not even. And I still tipped her $10 when I was done she said next time you can try another person. I walked out and walked right in and asked another girl if her name was Amy she was like today is my last day I don't work here no more. So cheap to lie. Must have a cheap low personality. I had a manicure here a few days ago, and finished with a buff (instead of nail polish). I've never had a quicker manicure, ever! It was 15 minutes from start to finish. My manicurist barely pushed back my cuticles (and I'm someone who's cuticles grow fast and need frequent clipping), and she barely soaked my nails in the warm soapy water, and my cuticles really needed to be soaked thoroughly to be effectively removed. Also, the hand massage was maybe 2 minutes, and they didn't even ask me if I wanted additional services, say, dipping my hands in wax, or extra massage time (for extra cost, of course). At the time of my manicure, they were not very busy and no one was waiting to be served. I am so disappointed in the level of service I received as compared to my many manicures I've had. This ranks as the worst. Not worth the $! It is 3 days later, and my cuticles are not nice and short and trimmed, and my nails are already chipping. read more

This is a tough one. Overall, not a great place or experience but with a ray of sunshine. I was able to book a last minute appointment at Nouvelle Nail Spa late on Saturday afternoon. First and lasting impression was this place is a mess. A total mess. Dirty, very dirty and incredibly disorganized with clutter everywhere. I was greeted right away by two women doing pedicures. They were very welcoming. The first chair I sat in was broken, wobbly with a hole in the back where I could imagine the massage metal coming through. I had to ask to move to another chair. It's a relatively small salon. In the corner sat four or five young nail techs I guess they're ready to take walk-ins. They were all on their phones talking and laughing very loudly the whole time I was there. At one point two of them yelled at the top of their lungs. When I looked up they realized that they were disturbing the clients and toned it down a little..very little. I don't know about anyone else but I hope to have a somewhat relaxing and enjoyable experience when getting a pedicure. These guys made that impossible. Their time would have been much better spent cleaning the salon. The ray of sunshine? Nancy. Nancy gives one of the best pedicures I have ever had and I've had a lot. I have had pedicures in chain shops like Mirage, independent shops here, in NYC, in LA and in 5 star spas in the US and Europe. The pedicure Nancy gave today ranks among the best. I can't speak highly enough of her work. Pedicures at Nouvelle are not the most expensive I've had but they are pricey. I added the 20 minute leg and foot massage. Nancy made me very glad that I sprang for that. The stars in this rating are for Nancy. She deserves 5. The salon itself deserves zero stars. Will I go back? I don't know. Definitely never if it weren't for Nancy. Her pedicures will be hard to resist. It's a shame that the experience with her was pretty much ruined by the condition of the salon and the behavior of the employees. I would follow Nancy to any other salon and I hope that one day (soon) she does make a move. read more

I'm very disappointed with this nail salon. I had been a customer of this salon for the past 2-3 years. I would always book my manicure appointments with Vincent. I had an appointment scheduled with Vincent and when I showed up they told me he had quit. I rushed out of work to make it on time to my appointment with Vincent that I had booked 3 weeks in advance because he was so popular and good at his job. I had no choice but to still get my manicure done because I was going on vacation the next day. I had my nails done by a very nice young lady. I just wish I had been called and notified that Vincent had quit a few days before. The young lady that did my nails that day left my nails way too thin. My nails started cracking the very next day. I will definitely not be returning to this nail salon. The only reason I stayed a customer of this salon was because Vincent was the best at doing manicures. He always knew how I liked my nails. This is my second time going to Nouvelle nails for their SNS dip powder service and first time going for a pedicure... and I must say the service is subpar. For starters the nail technician rushed through my pedicure the entire time she was looking at the clock as if she was in a race against time or had some where to be. Secondly when it came to doing my manicure she coated on the French SNS dip powder so thick that it looked like a lump of clay was on my nails. I've been getting SNS done for over year now so I'm an expert at how the finished product should look and I was very displeased. Similar to the pedicure, my manicure was rushed and the French tip lines were uneven. She even cut my cuticle when trying to buff down the thickness of the dip powder. SNS which stands for signature nail system is dipping powder and is thinner, light weight, and helps nails grow out stronger and healthier by adding 5 different kinds of Vitamins and Calcium. After doing SNS, I really don't think I can go back to regular gel. The polish definitely feels thinner unlike gel which feels a little heavier on my fingernails. SNS feels like regular nail polish except that it's more shinny and lasts much longer. The first time I did it, my polish lasted 4.5 weeks before it got one little chip and it did not peel at all like some of my gel manicures did. My nails didn't break and grew a lot. It is pricey but if you're already doing gel manicures, I suggest you pay an extra $5 ($40) and try this product out for yourself. You'll be overwhelmed by how many colors there are to chose from. Customers get a card and after every visit you get one mark. After 5 visits, you'll receive 10% off on your service. I recommend Lee or Tiffany! read more

I love this salon. It was recommended by a friend because so had tried many salons and could not find a place that did SNS well. It's an art in my opinion. While no one is perfect, this place is very attentive. Speak up if you have questions or want something done differently. I go to Helen and she is the sweetest. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. If I have a color in mind, she always adds something or shows me something I might like better. Before we start the dip she always does a practice run on a fake nail to make sure I like the color or design. The hand massage and hot towel wrap at the end is always lovely. I've only had a pe icee there once so far and they did a good job as well. Also they never crack or chip and I go every 3-4 weeks. Which was the biggest problem I was having with other salons.
