I don't think it would be very fair of me to give nova a completely terrible rating. Because I understand the overhead costs that are associated with owning an operating and establishment such as nova. However, I do want to at least provide the following feedback and preface it with saying this. Birthday parties are supposed to warrant warm memories for people. A person wants to look back on their birthday party in a way that is fond. Especially when that birthday party is within the first 10 years of your life. This could definitely be possible at a place like nova if they adjusted the birthday party times. We paid over $600 for a birthday party. For that money we had only 1 hour and 40 mins. The 1 hour is dedicated to the kids playing and the 40 mins is sometime supposed to cover the pizza, presents, cake, and ice cream. Everything is so rushed. Great place to take your kids for lots of fun. Large place so kids are not on top of eachother.

Went there for my grandson's birthday. We had a room I thought we had the room until 8 they kicked us out of the room after an hour!! And there were teen using weed you could smell it . It was disgusting and I reported it. The teens there were bullying the smaller kids and I witnessed one of the kids looking for a fight and had to be held back by several others. I think management needs to do a better job and the employees were mostly kids who didn't take it seriously or report to management. Disappointing read more
