She also grabbed my child's hand in a way that felt inappropriate, and then denied it. Healthcare staff should always be gentle, patient, and respectful--especially when caring for young children.

I was there at 10 am and got the results via email by 7 pm so pretty fast turnaround. I am using that for traveling so very convenient and one of the cheapest options in OC. After my wait I get called up and told "we've done too many tests today so you'll have to come back on Monday". Keep in mind this was at around 2pm I was turned away but they state that they accept walking until 3pm. Absolutely ridiculous and who would have know that the lab can't run many lab tests or hit a "quota" for the day. As I was waiting, in case someone doesn't show up, I saw another gentleman be turned away for the 2nd day in a row due to the same "quota" being met. Highly do not recommend it's an absolute mess and waste of time.

I'm upset that the worker wasted my time telling me to drive 30min to a different location and assured me that they'd accept me when I specifically asked if that location can max out also. The LB location told me that the Tustin worker had no right to assure me of this and they couldn't help me. Lesson learned: never show up without an appointment because walk ins are impossible. And book your appointment early because they're booked out 2+ weeks in advance.

Once I was in the waiting area, a male staff member came out to let everyone know to pay attention to the screen to make sure our names show up and how many people are on the wait list. He explained that the ones who made appointments are given priority. He also asked for everyone's patience as there were 23 people waiting with 5 phlebotomists. I really appreciate that he set the right expectations. I was assigned to Kim and she was amazing! Got here not only is there tons of parking and it's free. They got me in within five minutes of my appointment time. Rodrigo was my phlebotomist and he did the best blood draw I've ever had done. Even with some computer issues happening, they still managed to keep things moving and get people in and out as quickly as possible. It also really helped having someone up front directing patients. I didn't catch her name, but she was patient, organized, and clearly knew what she was doing while handling the crowd. I came in for lab work and my 1-hour glucose test, and Kevin did an amazing job drawing my blood. I absolutely hate needles, but he helped keep me calm and made the process quick and painless. Walk-ins are welcome, parking was easy to find, and the facility itself was kept very clean despite how busy it was. Overall, a really positive experience.

I had a time sensitive order that needed to be finished and I would not have made it back in time…read moretowards my usual location. They close at 3:30pm on a friday and it was 3:05pm. Bring in Yelp to the rescue! Asked Siri , "find me the closest location Stat" and onward it brought me to this location in Orange. Parking was a breeze, i was greeted by Edith who assisted me with several of my orders. One of which i had to email. Word to the wise, wifi here is a bit tricky. So, i signed onto their "guest" portal via wifi and after several attempts was able to successfully send the order to them. Thank you Edith! I got lucky. It must be noted: Morning draws have to be by appointment: 7:30am-12pm. After lunch, walk-ins are possible. I made it by 3:15pm within walk-in hours and was able to be helped . Key note: this location is located on bottom floor, as you walk inside the building it's straight after security. They are open until 5pm M-F. I had to use the Kiosk to check-in via ID and verify insurance per usual and the rest was sitting in the waiting room. The vibe here is lovely. Its a small waiting room, with limited seating ( i counted 6 chairs) but it has a tv for one to watch while they wait. Edith, Brianna and Sherri at the front desk were friendly, welcoming and super helpful with my email/order issue. Each Labcorp location has its own vibe. This one is cozy yet uplifting. Once inside the Phlebotomist named: Louis Helped me. My arm wasn't being helpful, and mid-way we had to abort mission. I had a small, tiny issue with vasal -vagal nothing some rubbing ETOH can't handle. Luckily, I was able to get some samples needed for an immediate issue. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The medical assistant, Ali, was so helpful and wonderful--she was kind, attentive, and made the whole process easy. Stella, the nurse practitioner, took the time to really listen to my concerns and thoughtfully work through what testing might be appropriate. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and provided great recommendations for both lab work and supplementation. I appreciated how thorough she was and how clearly she explained everything. PA Stella Lee is amazing, I had two visits with her and I felt like she really cared, unfortunately…read morethe way this clinic runs is a little odd... 2 times the RNs gave me wrong supplements so when I got home I was all confused with the supplements that were in my bag and also very confusing with the instructions given in person and instructions that were in my patient account, both instructions of different supplements were completely different... mind you this happened twice! When I contacted someone at the office they just said: Follow the instructions that are in your account... I can tell there was a huge miscommunication between the nurse and the PA and that's probably the worst thing you can have in a medical office The other issue that happened here was the billing... I wish the front desk was more truthful about how billing and your insurance works... there's a reason why there's a billing department in the clinic right? To make sure they explain everything to the patient, Well I was so confused on why I kept paying $145-151 per office visit plus a deductible and when I spoke to someone on the phone they pretty much said that's what I have to pay every visit to meet my deductible, again I wish someone from the office would've explain this to me from day 1 and not just say "your insurance covers everything" The staff was friendly don't get me wrong but I can tell they are very busy and don't really care about explaining things to you because they don't have time, to me this clinic felt like your typical medical clinic that there's so many people, waiting and waiting to be seen etc... If I'm already paying out of pocket then I prefer to take my business to a fee for service office that you can get a better service
