I needed attic and storage shed clean out quickly (moving out of my current home and time was of utmost importance). I called Nova Junk on Wednesday and spoke with Norman. He was kind and understanding and set up service for Friday. He called me back in a few minutes and said there was impending snow in the forecast so they might need to change the date or time. Since I was on a tight move schedule (the following Monday) and had packers and movers coming Saturday and Sunday, I explained to Norman and apologized telling him I would have to look elsewhere for this service since I couldn't take the chance of not getting the work done this week. Again, in a few minutes he called me back and asked if the work could be done the next day (Thursday) which I immediately and happily accepted. He told me they would arrive between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.. I was very happy and so pleased that Norman did everything possible to get me on their schedule within my short timeframe. Thursday morning, I received a call from Norman asking if they could come in 30 minutes....this was around 8 a.m.. Again, I was so pleased...the earlier the better!! When they arrived, the sent 2 trucks and 2 crews. My storage shed, my attic, and the front porch (full of boxes) was completely cleaned out (in under an hour and a half)....not just the junk, but they cleaned so well there was not one spot of dust, debris, leaves, dirt, or anything. Although my house is older and the shed is at least 20 years old, they now look brand new! Omar and Patrick led the crews and were amazing to work with. Omar may be one of the kindest people I have ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, there was little disruption to me and everything was clean and tidy before they left. They even made sure the entry foyer and the hall to the entry to the attic were clean as well as the front porch and walk. On top of that, their price was more than fair. Every one of their employees were happy and respectful. That alone says a lot about Nova Junk. If I weren't moving out of the area, I would hire them again without hesitation. The only thing I can do is try to support their wonderful work ethic and hope this review brings them more business. They are truly outstanding. I was hesitant to do something I thought I could do myself, but as my stuff started piling up I knew I needed help getting all of my junk out of my house. I corresponded with Norman during the booking process. He was extremely fair and answered all of my questions. I was given a window of 8:30-10:30 and the team showed up right at 8:30, appreciated that so much! Omar and Miguel were the two guys who moved all of my stuff, they were so awesome. When we were done Omar had me check the area and make sure everything was okay, collected payment and that was it! In and out in under 30 minutes. Solid company. To start with, they were substantially cheaper than the competition. Great customer service too. I inadvertently mislead them about the weight of my items, so they only sent out one person -- which wasn't doable. So they graciously agreed to come back the next day, and even put the stuff outside so that I wouldn't have to be here. Will definitely use these guys again! read more

I can't say enough good things about Nova Junk. We hired them to remove an old tv, mattress and box spring, along with a few bags of trash. They provided me a quote within an hour, and were able to schedule a pick up for the very next morning. They were amazing! Super nice and professional and fun. It was a very tough job. I cleaned out my father's house who is a bit of a hoarder. After filling up two 14 foot trucks and having to break down a shed, dog house and other structure in the backyard they worked their asses off. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I am very happy I called them. The positive Yelp reviews helped me make that choice, but they sealed the deal with the excellent job they did. I moved recently and had over a decade's amount of accumulated junk, including heavy stuff like a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a wine refrigerator that no longer worked. Norman and his team were great. They came within the time frame they were expected and made very quick work of all my junk, including bagging up loose junk that I had since I ran out of energy and time with my impeding move. They were very courteous and very much customer service oriented. I actually filled up two of their trucks (one pre-move and one post-move). They offered to clean up and help me move some of the heavier boxes that were going to be moved as well. I could not have asked for better service, and would use them again (as I already have) without any hesitation.
