Arrived within 30 minutes of my call, was able to unlock my door with a tool underneath the door without having to drill, and unlocked within 8 minutes. But he was rude, freaking cracked my wood frame a few times with a tool and said it was cheap wood, and charged a TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLAR ($250!!!) FEE. Update: I guess he was rude because it was Rosh Hashanah and he forego'd being with his family to help me with my door. 20 other places I called quoted $95 to $150 but they did NOT want to quote over the phone since they said they'll need to see the lock and what they need to work with. I only went with Nova Locksmith because other places were unavailable due to Rosh Hashanah or just being booked up. So be prepared to pay $250. read more
