Arrived within 30 minutes of my call, was able to unlock my door with a tool underneath the door without having to drill, and unlocked within 8 minutes. But he was rude, freaking cracked my wood frame a few times with a tool and said it was cheap wood, and charged a TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLAR ($250!!!) FEE.
