He has been using the same retainer for over a year and a half, and it is now cracked despite proper care. When I called about replacing it, I was told we had already received one (we hadn't) and that we would need to pay $300. Only after I went in person and asked to speak with the technician did they confirm the truth -- the order never went through last year due to a misunderstanding. Even then, instead of apologizing, the front desk told me they would give us a replacement "for free this time," even though it was clearly their mistake. We've also had previous visits where they forgot to give us last couple of Invisaligns and insisted they had. I'm sharing this so other parents know to double-check everything during their visits. The quality of care is fine, but the office communication and follow-through need major improvement.

I have such mix feelings about All Smiles…read more First of all, I love the dentist. Dr. Furman is awesome... makes me feel comfortable and seems well trained as a dentist. I always try to support women owned business, and I looked pretty hard to find a dentist when I moved. Dr. Furman is kinda the only reason why anyone should consider coming to this practice. The front desk ladies greet you when you walk in, but it always feels forced. They are quite catty - have been overheard being judgy about patients both in English and in Russian and they don't seem to care who hears it. I've seen them roll their eyes and take on quite dismissive tones when a patient ask questions, which makes me very careful about how (or whether) I approach them. The first hygienist was super abrasive both in words and in her use of force. The second hygienist felt like she barely did anything in what should have been a deep cleaning. It was just unpleasant enough that I didn't immediately leave the practice, but after a few visits I decided that I rather drive 45 minutes back to my old hygienist at Complete Dentistry. I probably would not recommend, but if you're from an eastern block country, they would probably be quite lovely to you.

Pellegrini was able to come up with a plan using Invisalign, which I wasn't expecting for how crooked my teeth were. The attention to detail, clarity of instructions, friendliness of all staff, and ultimate care for me was more than I could ask for. Dr. Pellegrini does not settle for anything less than perfect, but it was also a partnership to achieve the final result. It took some time and a few adjustments but my teeth look great, feel great, the bite is wonderful, and I can't imagine what it was like before. Come here with confidence, they're amazing!

He has been my orthodontist for the last six years…read more He was there for the initial consult, and I was always shown a visual of what exactly was going to happen to my teeth. The office is warm and inviting, with a video game waiting area, bottled water, and usually some kind of raffle or swag. He also has a "greenie" reward system, where individuals can collect fake money for taking care of their teeth and redeem it later for different prizes. I did a couple brackets with a rubber band and finished my first round of Invisalign in about three years. Went to college and got off my routine for a while, but Dr. Pellegrini was right there to help me fix it, and offered me a no-interest payment plan. He always walked me through my options and asked for my opinions on them, making sure I was comfortable with what was happening. I have a missing tooth due to not having an adult tooth to come in after the baby tooth fell out, which led to my teeth moving and becoming uncentered. Not only did we fix the centering, but Dr. Pellegrini cosmetically adjusted my canine to make my smile the very best it could be. I will be recommending Dr. Pellegrini to individuals of all ages!

Today I realized it's not worth the commute and even if I still lived close by, I'd change dentists. I left my home with over an hour for driving. There was an accident on the way which completely change my calculations on how long it would take to get there. I sent a text and communicated. That was responded to by the receptionist saying that I wasn't there soon that my hygienist would only be able to "take records". Once I arrived I immediately asked if I was still able to get my teeth cleaned which was why I was there to begin with. The receptionist then said, "I don't know, but the sooner we get you back there the sooner we can get to that." Her tone was as if I was inconveniencing her by even asking. I didn't want to sit for a cleaning and have to pay for that if I wasn't going to get my teeth cleaned, that's why I asked. So I decided to cancel and walk out. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule, as if her tone, the experience with traffic, and the lack of general courtesy and understanding was a good time for me to schedule ANOTHER such experience. NO THANK YOU! The last time I had a clearing done the hygienist was new and barely cleaned anything. I left feeling like I could've done a better job myself. Couple that with the experience this morning...and I can't recommend this place at all anymore. A bit more courtesy and understanding would go a long way...it has in the past. It's why I stayed loyal to this place. Not anymore and it's pretty sad that you'll yank 50 bucks from someone who was trying his best to get to you. The rudeness and "hurry up" tone was very unprofessional and not an office I ever want to do business with again. Update: because this app doesn't allow me to respond to the owners response, here is my response to the doctors response... It appears as if you copied and pasted your already drafted response. Applying a late/cancellation policy is understandable...but it doesn't go hand-in-hand with saying that you strive to make accommodations when your receptionist was rude upon my arrival. You didn't address that and that's why your response looks like it was copied and pasted. There is nothing in the experience I described that would encourage me or anyone to do business with you. The waiting room was over crowded and we barely had anywhere to stand. While examining my daughter the Dr. asked my daughter directly if she had started her period. I noticed that Dr. Katz doesn't even have a medical degree and had no business asking or needing this information. She then stated that it's really important to start her treatment now because she will stop growing soon. There is no way this is accurate. She is 11 years old. The Dr. also told us she will need 2 baby teeth extracted by her regular dentist even though her dentist doesn't agree. The dentist left the office w/out explaining the reason behind this, leaving her assistant to explain. The assistant also told us that the braces will help with grinding, which made no sense. The whole visit was over an hour and felt inappropriate and grifting.

I called Feb. 25th 2025 to make an appointment for my daughter. I said that's great! well here is April 10th.. I called at 7:50am to see what time today since I haven't received a call or email reminding me of said appointment. well to my surprise, the front desk has zero record of my daughter having an appointment.. I was then forwarded to the woman who takes new patients and she said she has no chart on my daughter and then asked for my daughter's name and DOB so she can now make a chart and then informed me they have zero openings. I am beyond frustrated. why is there no proper structure with scheduling? I now have to begin looking for a new orthodontics office. unprofessional and the fact that the lady didn't apology but said "I'll take her information now so there isn't any confusion" there is no confusion, just do your job and schedule when you state you are scheduling.

Even on a rainy day it's quick and dry to get into the building. The lobby has a lovely vibe and is a nice place to wait. Always a fun cooking show on the tv to enjoy. Debbie, the receptionist, is part of what makes this place magic. She is warm, kind, helpful, and so so lovely. She treats each client like family and always goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. Whether it's squeezing me in to a last min appointment before I go out of town, calling my insurance to answer questions for me/give me a lower rate, keeping me stocked up on whitening supplies, or just making me feel valued- she is there! I love how they let you watch tv during appointments. They settle you in with laughing gas (if requested), a cozy blanket, headphones, a fresh chapstick, and the remote to the ceiling tv so you can get situated and comfy for any procedure.
