Little did I know how strong it would make me physically and mentally and I stayed consistent and grew my practice to a level I didn't think I was capable of. The teachers here are so observant and pay attention to each practitioner. I never once felt pressured to catch up with the class but was taught to own each practice as my own. Johnathan has to be one of the best teachers I've been fortunate enough to learn from. Jayme, Michelle, Gretchen all have such unique and amazing teaching styles and make yoga feel like your own personal practice- and not a commercial exercise class. That is incredibly important to me. I can't recommend this studio enough. I wish I lived closer to take advantage more often!

I had never been to this particular location before, and given the area demographics, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I actually really enjoyed the class and got one of the better Sculpt & Flow workouts I've had in a while. The class was pretty packed for 8 AM on a Sunday, but we worked so many different things and I burned more than 400 cal. The instructor was just super nice overall and did a great job motivating quotes and also demonstrating the moves. If you've been to a YogaSix before, it's the same jam: Flow water dispenser, restrooms, one studio room, decent heat. I would def return.

They definitely take pride in their studio by keeping it clean. After each class, they go in and clean/sweep the studio. They sell alo mats, but everyone can bring their own mats or rent one. A drop-in class is $10, which isn't too bad. I didn't get a chance to find out about the memberships as I booked through ClassPass. There is plenty of parking directly in front and also shared by surrounding businesses. Would I return? absolutely!

I've tried the "blue light" competitor studios around the Reston/Ashburn area, I've tried the boot camp classes and cross fit.. but I felt that none gave me the options to tailor my training based on how I felt physically that day or week and none gave me the ability to control my own pace to achieve my personal fitness goals and stay motivated. In May 2019.. I found Club Pilates Sterling and I have been addicted ever since! The variety and skill levels of classes available are amazing. If you are a runner or any type of athlete - you NEED to add this to your training! If you're coming back from an injury or just getting started on a fitness program- this is definitely the right place! If you're looking for cardio or interval training - it's fantastic here too! And of all the places I have tried - nothing beats the expertise, genuine interest and support that these instructors provide. As an additional note - when COVID hit... the studio was proactive to reach out and find out what members wanted and the instructors quickly rolled out virtual classes which not only helped me keep off the COVID "15" but saved my emotional sanity as well. As of the date of this review (June 23) - the studio is back open!! with multiple layers of procedures and protections in place to protect everyone. And the class size is only 12 people. I tried my first "in studio" class post isolation last night and felt very comfortable and have already booked my next classes tomorrow and this weekend! I still plan to continue virtual classes on the days that I work from home. Again.. the key takeaway with this studio is you have options! The studios are clean, spacious, and have all the props you may need. In addition, the cost for the classes is very manageable.
