We were just downgrading to a smaller unit. We sent a complaint to the office almost 2 weeks ago but no one has ever called, texted or emailed us back. Absolutely an unreputable company! I can't believe they have so many good reviews when we definitely received the worst service possible. Update: I don't think it's wise for any business to publicly give an "excuse" why they did something that a customer is unhappy about, and rightfully so. Their plumber was told from the start that our current/previous tankless water heater was working just fine. Why would anyone throw away a unit that's working fine? After speaking with Lucy today, I was also asked to revise my review here if they provide a new service that is satisfactory. My husband and I run a small business and we've never asked a customer to revise their online review. It is always the customer's choice to do that on their own.
