Used Josh for all plumbing issues for more than 15 years and refed more than 5-people over the years, he always did a good job. Call on June 16th NO Response! Finally, I called again 4-days later, and he stated that he no longer would service the New Tampa Area. Fine, but he could have called me, this loyal customer and told me that, so I did not waste 4 more days with No working Toilets in my home. Poor Communication! I had a water efficiency issue, on 2 year old toilets. Fortunately, "Joshua Tree Plumbing" was able to fix the issues on both toilets for less than $130, the service took approximately one hour, so even if this was an easier fix, it was money well spent. The technician took extra time to ensure everything was running at 100% efficiency. My water bill has already reduced by approximately 25%, so this service will pay for itself within a few months. I called on a Friday and a plumber was sent on Monday, my issue was not urgent, yet Joshua still treated sent someone right away. The level of customer service was great and the guy sent, was looking to fix the problem without making unnecessary repairs. If I have plumbing issues in the future, this company is on my list. read more

This is perhaps the fourth time we used their service, each time deserving of a five star rating. The most recent job was the biggest we've had done, involved a complete re-pipe of well water treatment and pressure system as well as installation of new pressure relief valve and gauges. Each time guys were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable...and the work is also VERY reasonably priced. They give attention to details, and never rush to get done quickly...the job is ALWAYS their priority. Our water heater died on us yesterday and today, before 11:00 AM, we have a lovely new one. That's how fast this company is. The owner/plumber showed up early.....that's right...EARLY for our appointment...oh and by the way...they didn't give us a window of "we will be there anywhere between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM" we were given an actual arrival time of 9:00 AM and he was early! Sorry but I had no hot water so this was a big deal for me. He was very clean, professional and very personable. He got to work right away and got the job done quick. He left the area cleaner than when he started and even upgraded some things for us and included it as part of the installation. The price I paid was the price that was quoted (which was very reasonable and lower than some other quotes we had received). What a great experience...so much so we will definitely be calling this company again for some other jobs we have planned in the future. Replaced leaking disposal for $450. This was on a Friday so we were charged $100 after hours service fee since he didn't finish till 5:35. Two stars since he fixed the problem, but deducted 3 stars since after checking with other plumbers, at his request, I found the cost to be about 30% to 50% lower. Josh is very nice, but this to me was excessive. He was at the house for 45 minutes replacing a $120 part. This work was done last Friday and now writing review since I've not heard back from him. read more

My son had previously used this company so I called and had an appointment the next day. Joshua arrived on time. He immediately evaluated the drainage issue and gave me a written estimate of the job. He and Mike were able to start the job immediately. They are very professional, honest, and very clean. After all the dirt digging and drilling concrete you would never know any work had been done. We woke up on July 4th , of all days, to find our garage flooded. Our water heater decided, of all days, to die. Holiday weekend, and all we thought of was "this is going to cost us a fortune". We called Josh and he answered the phone! We told him what happened... He gave us a price, and we were floored! We told him Yes! Come on by. He showed up within an hour, exchanged the old one for a new one and within what seemed to be no time at all, we had a new water heater. He cleaned up after himself and took the old one with him. After we spoke to him, I was curious and called a few more plumbers in the area just to see what they would charge. Their prices were doubled what Josh was going to charge us! Of course because it was a holiday and maybe that's what they would have charged anyway. Long story short.... I would recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing every day of the week. So I called and got a quote from this guy, a couple days later I called back to schedule the appointment. I scheduled it for two or three days in advance, the day of the appointment I drive an hour to my rental property to meet him, call them to ask where they are and they said oh we're not coming, you never gave us all of the information we needed. When I explained to him that I rearranged my life to meet him there and asked if anyone else could come out he said there's nothing we can do I don't have anyone to send out, and that it was my fault because I didn't provide the address, even though he had my cell phone number and we spoke on the phone multiple times- and texted. I did totally forget to provide him with the address, but they just went ahead and booked someone else in my time slot. I told him as a business owner its his job to follow up with clients, same as every other business does. The icing on the cake, he said "ma'am, even if I did have anyone to send out I wouldn't because of the way you're speaking to me right now." Probably not the best thing to say to an angry customer (disclaimer I was angry because he was so rude and unprofessional!). Very inconsiderate of other people's time. Don't waste your time with them, find someone that will actually show up to your appointment. read more
