New storage area that entices you with low rates then once you in raise them to really high rates. In my case my rent went from a doable $121 a month to a NOT doable $192.00 a month. That's a 60% increase. So their scam is to entice you with low rate once you have moved in jack that rate to the sky. Do yourself a favor this place is not worth your time and effort they are the worst type of predatory business model which is a classic "Bait And Switch" They should be run out of California for this. I have nothing but bad feelings for this shame company and will spread my disgust with as many people as possible Now I have to find another more reputable company to deal with. read more

Absolutely horrible this place has gone downhill over the last 2 years. They raise the rents when ever they feel like no schedule what so ever. When the lease says once per year. They entice you with introductory offers. Asked for a call back regarding billing issues from district manager. Was told she said there is no reason for her to call me. Stay away read more

I hope the Owner of Nova Storage reads this review and changes the hours. The only reason I'm not giving 5 star s is the hours ( 10:00AM to 4:00PM on weekends) REALLY?, closed major Holidays. How about 7AM to 7PM, or dawn to dusk? I've had several storage units in other cities, and all have very reasonable hours. In fact most of your other locations, in valley have very accommodating hours, Why does that change with Fillmore? I really wanted to give you 5 stars, both Maggie and Bob are great assets, and are one of the reasons I'm still there (The other reason is the only other storage facility is full, and I'm on a waiting list, he at least has reasonable hrs). Come on Nova Storage, let us access our stuff with more accommodating hours, Please!! read more

The facility and staff are great. The hours SUCK! They say due to COVID but i see reviews last year before COVID about the same problem. You really need to do something about your hours. Its very difficult for people to get to their stuff with the very limited hours. Had I realized the hours were so limited I would have went elsewhere. We are in the process of moving and not being able to get to my unit until 10 am is pretty inconvenient. But I will say your facility is very nice, clean and safe. read more

It's amazing how quickly one can fill a space. I was at full capacity. Whenever I have a project, Yelp, has been wonderful in getting me the assistance needed. Elite movers was the first (and forever my only) company to request lots of pictures with all cupboards open, an approximation of cost and duration, and customer service that took the time to answer all questions. The move day went off without incident. My crew consisted of four strong fellas-my crap being packed left and right, furniture being moved, boxes toted off, things I wasn't taking headed for the trash etc. They were all done by 1:30 or so and headed to the new place so I stopped for pizza/soda for them. All boxes unloaded and furniture placed where requested. Elite finished their job by about 3:30. I like them less now. The remaining boxes to unpack seem to have multiplied in the garage like bunnies but at least they are in one place. Great value for the money and no stress with packing things safely! Give them a call if your next move has you out of sorts.- they won't disappoint. Thank you!

I have been with Nova Storage for two years. Bob is a wonderful gentleman. The only reason we left is because we moved out of state. I received monthly statements via email. I paid my monthly fee with my debit card or credit card via their online payment website. I have never had an issue of them not answering their phone and if I called after hours I would leave a message and they called me back the next business day. They have always worked with me regarding any late fees I may have incurred. I would recommend Nova Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit. read more

For storage in Fillmore, CA , you can't beat Nova Storage! Great staff, clean property, clean building and high-tech security. You can't move on the property and not be seen! Cameras everywhere. If you have too much stuff, store it at Nova Storage in Fillmore. Nice clean facility, friendly managers, and you can't beat their rates! I live in Simi Valley but the rates out here were ridiculously high so I'd rather drive the few extra miles and store it in Fillmore where they gave me a great move-in special! Doesn't get any better than this! So go in and ask for Claudia or Bob and they will take care of you. read more
