After filling it out we waited for about 5 minutes before we were called back for vitals to be taken. Immediately got into an exam room where my husband was triaged by the nurse. Within 2-3 minutes of her leaving the room, the PA came in. My husband was being seen for a burn and the PA was very thorough and helpful. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy and we were out the door shortly after. The entire visit was around 30 minutes total. Truly great service and care. Very grateful that an urgent care was opened closer to home.

This is during the pandemic I started to see him. The staff was Very efficient yet very warm and friendly. The Doctor himself even more impressive. He was a perfect age, not just out of school with no experience and not so old that he lost touch with the most up to date information. He took the time to sit down and talk to me! I never felt like he was in a rush to get me out of there. He was very thorough and had me do a blood test and X-rays while I was there which was great. They had their own facilities in house to handle them also. No outside lab work needed. The follow thru was good also. The results of my tests were forwarded to me in a timely manner. They finally texted us and saw us--the provider was nice but it was right at 5 pm- they promised they would send the prescription to the pharmacy before they closed, which was important because my child had an ear infection and was in pain but they did not send the prescription and the pharmacist said they were notoriously bad about that and had a generally poor opinion of the facility.
