I called with questions after my son was seen last week for a virus. They refused to answer my questions unless I drove 40 minutes to bring them the paperwork they printed out for me at the visit to prove to them that my son was actually a patient. They mentioned new systems however in no scenario should you ever just not have patients records and be argumentative about it. The questions I was asking did not even require his chart - simply if there was an OTC medicine he could take at his age and weight (that I provided) for his cough/congestion as they did not prescribe one. We will be finding a new practice to use for our son.

The facility's size promotes a very personalized experience and enables you to feel comfortable and the staff is so pleasant from the receptionist at check-in until you're exiting the building with a prepared container of chicken soup:) I've always felt absolutely confident and assured that I'd received exemplary and professional care, you never feel like a number, there's such a warm feeling there! Dr. Gary Wertman was dreamy as a surgeon, his personality is so humble and kind, you feel so comforted and confident in his hands (literally)! To my lovely RNs, Ashley at Pre-Op and Christina at Post-Op., I was so soothed by your calming and kindhearted manners, I never felt alone or unheard. Thank you for detecting how uncomfortable I can become after being in awkward positions for any length of time. You're truly gifted and giving. Jeremy, the CRNA, thank you for sending me off to the moon! I don't remember anything but a blissful nap. I appreciate the nerve block that worked exactly as you explained and prevented me from feeling any severe pain! My only suggestion is to include a notecard with everyone's name at discharge in order for those special and professional caregivers to receive a note of gratitude from the ones that they've cared for so well during their procedure! I went here for an urgent care visit and had a terrible experience from the start. I called…read moremultiple times beforehand to check the wait time and no one ever answered. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk had an incredibly rude attitude. She immediately turned me away, saying they "aren't a typical urgent care," and told me to go to another location down the road. When I asked if she had the phone number -- since I had already tried calling and couldn't get through -- she scoffed and said they don't answer the phone there because they're "just SO busy." Meanwhile, when I walked in, the staff was casually chatting and only one person was in the waiting room. The lack of professionalism and attitude from the front desk alone was enough for me to decide I won't be attempting to come back. Highly disappointing and unwelcoming experience.

I wouldn't trust this doctor as far as I could throw him. I will find another, more professional doctor for any further checkups or follow-ups. He shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine in this town.
