I don't ever give a company one star but I have to with this location. One star because I purchased their car wash and upon entering the car wash building, something did not look right. As it started spraying my car with soap and then more soap and then water, I realized that it was missing the series of brushes that scrubs your car. I paid $14 for Chevron on Rowland Way to spray soap twice, water, and blow dry to keep my car dirty. I am upset that they even allowed me to pay for a car wash when there wasn't any wash provided. I am disappointed that my car is still dirty . Lastly, I feel really robbed by Chevron. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND DO NOT GET FOOLED WITH THEIR CAR WASH AS I DID!!!! read more

Their "car wash" leaves your car dirtier than before, covered in some sort of gross soapy residue, and then the manager acts like he has nothing to do with it and can't help you. He literally said to me "What am I supposed to do about this"? Won't provide refunds. What a rip off! read more

Drive thru carwash is amazing! This is the only drive thru carwash I know near my workplace that is laserwash or touchless and brushless for my wrapped vehicle. It is actually cheaper than my regular go-to near my home, plus the drying area is different that you don't have to drive super slowly. Just park your car in the middle and the carwash will do its thing. Do not expect a spotless super clean in a touchless car wash. I appreciate that it removes dust and some visible dirt all over my car. It takes so much time for me cleaning mine without a garage and source of water supply. read more

The carwash does not clean your car. On the top of that the "manager" refused to refund my money and claimed that the carwash works fine. I had used their carwash before and it worked fine, until the previous time for which another worker gave me a code to use next time. The code was not valid when I used it this time. The manager today refused to honor this code also. AVOID this carwash. read more

Button for rewards was broken at pump so I went inside. Had to explain twice to the clerk what I wanted. She charged my card and STILL didn't allow me to put on my rewards. Which really stinks when gas is $6 a gallon. Do not recommend, cashier is an idiot and pumps are defective. read more

Best place for a car wash! You don't have to leave the car and you just get the best wash! While you don't have the option of getting the inside cleaned, this is the perfect place to go for that "in between" car wash! The "Works" is only ten bucks. Can't go wrong there! read more

I went here to get a car wash today, and paid for the most expensive option (the Rain-X whatever bullshit for $11). After grabbing a bottle of water from the apathetic clerk behind the counter, I got back in my car and pulled into the car wash line, where there were 3 other cars ahead of me. It was a sunny day, 85° outside, and I have no AC in my car. I almost roasted to death as I sat in the direct sun, since I was wearing a LLR Nicole dress that has sleeves and is hella hot. Anyway, my turn finally comes and I am just sweating and trying to stay alive. The car in front of me goes in so I pull up to the machine and enter my code to be prepared for my wash in a few minutes. I had seen others doing this too and figured it was fine, plus there weren't any instructions on the screen to tell me to wait or whatever. My code is accepted and it tells me to pull into the car wash... What? But there should already be a car in there getting washed, right...? Well, I look up and the person in the car wash hasn't started yet, and is backing up and pulling forward, over and over. Apparently the car wash hadn't registered that there was a car in there yet because of their shenanigans. I'm like, oh shit, and try to cancel my code. It's already back at the welcome screen and I'm like, fucking hell, I really hope that doesn't mean what I think it means... The person finally gets their shit together and finishes their car wash. I try and input the code again but of course it doesn't work because the person in front of me "used" it. I'm so fucking frustrated by this point that I pull forward, out of the car wash, and park my car. I go in to talk to the cashier, and this is where my head explodes. Me: "Hi, I just tried to get a car wash, but I guess I put the code in too early and it didn't work when it was my turn to go in. I guess the machine thought I was actually the car in front of me. I was wondering if I could just come back another day since I don't have time to sit in line for another 20 mins." Him (Skinhead looking guy in early-20's): "Yeah, ok, I'll give you a refund" Me (trying to be helpful, seriously not meaning anything rude by this, and in a nice tone of voice): "Maybe it would be a good idea if you guys put a sign there with instructions or a warning not to put the code in early, then hopefully it won't happen to other people later...?" (I guess this can be construed as rude, but I honestly just wanted to be helpful, I promise! And I wasn't a bitch about it either!) Him (With a smirk and shitty look on his face as he handed me $11): "Well, yeah, but it's pretty much common sense, you know?" Holy shit, what? I'm sorry, what the fuck did you just say to me? I raised my eyebrows and was just like, "Well, maybe if it were empty it would be, but there was a car in there." I walked out without saying another word to him. What the fuck? I'm sorry, I'm not fucking stupid, I know how to use a car wash, and some of them allow you to put a code in while the car in front of you is doing their wash. In fact, others were doing it before me in line! I just wasn't paying attention to the fact the car wash hadn't started yet for the person in front of me. Not sure about the gas station but this is written for the car wash. It is touchless which means it doesn't work with a Fuck. The thing goes back and forth over your car squirting water and soap and Rain-X but if you have any pooop on your car, it is not going to just blow that away with water. Take your $11 and pay some homeless man to wipe it down for you read more

This place is always clean, does a good job at the car wash, and usually no vagrants asking for change. Added bonus, free air and water for your car. The vacuum for you car is $1.75 (quarter only), but I don't know how long it goes for. read more

Gas is fine- I bought a car wash at the pump. I washed my car. When finished I looked to see how well it cleaned my car. Not clean. At all. I went in to get a refund and the cashier asked "what kind of wash did you buy?" I said "does it matter? Shouldn't my car be clean regardless of which wash I bought?". She said "not really, it's a pressure wash". I said "can I have a refund? I really expected that at least there shouldn't still be on my car". She finally gave in and gave my 7bucks back. Ok, this place is pretty convenient since it's close to the Freeway 101, across from Moylans Brewery (great beer) and next to the movie theater! And yes the fact that they have a touch less car wash that can accommodate my pick up truck is a big plus! The pumps are well maintained and clean.
